I took my vehicle in for service and my advisor was Abdul. First, let me say that he deserves a raise! When I first brought the vehicle in for my initial appointment, they were unable to hear the sound that I described. He was very patient and worked with me to ensure my visit wasn t in vain and eventually was able to hear the noise to get a diagnosis. He went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. He was clear with communication and expectations in regard to the service. If and when I need service again, I will definitely make sure he is my advisor. He is a huge asset to this location. Thank you!

Never had any issues with the company ir this location. The service department is great and their service techs Tim amd Andullah always get me right. Their whole team is frie and will have your ride right for your daily travels and pleasure

In for recall airbag. I was told by the technician that my suv had to be jumped, and my battery was below safe starting need to be replaced. I advised that my battery purchased under warranty from UnionCity Nissan.Ended up spending money on a new battery. I was not expecting to spend money. However, I want to have a safe vehicle.

Had a 9:15 appointment, but no results until 11:30. The prices are aggressively unreasonable, and a complete ripoff. I didn't get my car back until 6:00 p.m.

I have gone in twice, based on promos they offered. Each time, my total (at time of payment) was way different than what they had advertised. I had to go back and forth (both times) for about 30min to get them to honor the promo price(s) that they offered over the phone. It feels like poor communication between sales and service teams (at best), and/or bait-and-switch (at worst). Ultimately, they did the job well, and rectified the pricing issue. However, I only came there because of your (Nissan's) sales call. I shouldn't have to 'pull teeth' everytime I come in to get you to follow through on the promotion you offered me. I won't be returning unless absolutely necessary.

My Service Tech, Ms. Gabi A. provided exceptional service, and she was not originally assigned to my vehicle. She saw me and asked if she could help, and she never stopped helping. Her thoroughness and follow-up gave me peace of mind during a difficult time. I am grateful for Ms. Gabi and I feel confident in the service my car will receive. Thanks, Ms. Gabi, for caring and Nissan she's a great employee.

They usually perform great service but the one day I try to show my sons how good mechanics take care of your car, they're out there laughing and joking. Not paying attention so they forget to put a drain plug on and forget to put oil in the car. After they fix the problem, two weeks later I notice my lugnut key is missing. Even though they gave me a free oil change next time. I rather go to Newnan or do it myself. I tried to go to them because I support my community especially my own people.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

You are going to have to wait a very long time regardless if you have an appointment or not. Don't even think about getting someone to answer the phone timely... you'd come out better getting dental surgery with nothing for pain..This is ridiculous how they treat their customers.

Every Nissan service center that I have gone to has been absolutely wonderful with service. My first time at Union City, this place is ..(not the service, the actual location) confusing!!!! It was not clear WHERE to go for service, and once my transmission service was over, I received a phone to let me know... but I was clueless as how to check out, where to go to check out, my car was not in the bay. Maybe it was an off day. Everything else was great except for getting FLASHED or MOONED by the customer ahead of me also dropping his car .

The overcharge 100 dollars compared to the other Nissan places (Nissan of morrow) for a diagnosis. They told me my car had mor problems than it did. And quoted me for 18 hours of work (4500). Took it home spent 200 and y all my car is in peak condition.

Well. My appointment was scheduled for 08:45. I took that time because of me having to go work. It's 09:32. My car I still outside waiting for the service.

I was trying to schedule a service appointment online and I was constantly having issues. Even the chat representative didn t help me. I was informed that I would have to schedule during normal business hours. Which is defeating my purpose of Conveniency!

I m not giving the entire place one star but if I could give the SERVICE DEPARTMENT ZERO stars I would because everyone that works at that department needs to be fired so they could hire people that actually wants to work I was told my car would be ready in 4 to 6 hours for a oil change but car was never touched thanks to KARISSA HOBBS ..Thanks for nothingService: General repairs & maintenance
