Very nice, polite and professionals.I told them upfront that I am not buying anything, still they were very cooperative and went out of way to help and answer my questions.I like them very much and whenever needed I will visit them again

10am appointment for oil change and Tire rotation. Received call at 1pm saying they were out of oil. At 2:30, oil came in. Left at 3:15...got on freeway, tires are vibrating, we pull over, two lugs o. Tires are not tight. Had to stop at tire shop to tighten the lugs. Smdh

I came here to have a 105,000 mile service on my Camry. They told me it would take 2 hours, but 4 hours later, I hadn t heard anything. After mentioning how I missed my eye doctor appointment due to their poor time estimation, they got my car out in 20 minutes and said they ll cut $50 off. HOWEVER, my car began shaking since leaving the shop, and I decided to take my Camry to another Toyota service in Roswell. Come to find out, Nalley Toyota did not check what they were supposed to check, including a fuel induction, a fuel injection service, or even check my windshield wipers, all of which are included in the package that I supposedly got $50 off. They did nothing. Shameful.
