After having a less than stellar customer service experience at this location, I was invited to a 'do over' by the service manager. Unfortunately, same repeat poor customer service experience. After waiting nearly an hour, I checked with my advisor Amber, to be told by her they were under staffed - why not share this at the start of my visit to level set expectations? To which brought to her attention, only more excuses were given. Upon exiting, I checked the maintenance level, to find the oil level still showed the former setting... was the oil even changed, as same old sticker was left in the window??? The best service was given by Javier, the technician, who quickly apologized for not changing the sticker and resetting the oil switch, even showing me physically that the oil was changed, in an effort to restore trust, thank you Javier. Norman, please take this opportunity to elevate the service levels of the team, as you never get a third time to set a 1st impression.

I recently bought a 2023 civic from Nalley and had a great experience, so I decided to take advantage of the service pass they offer for the first 24,000 miles. Unfortunately I will NOT be coming back! I was given a time estimate of 1.5 hours upon arrival to my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was stuck waiting for over 3 hours which is just ridiculous. They wanted me to pay $40 to balance tires with less than 10,000 miles on them - no thank you. They also decided to give me a complimentary car wash that I did NOT ask for and left my car looking AWFUL!! My service advisor was very nice otherwise, but 3 hours for a simple service and smeared around dirt is not worth it at all.Service: Oil change

I had one of the most pleasant service experiences ever with Robert Tutt today. He was amazingly thorough. His honesty about my vehicle details without giving me a high pressure sales pitch was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Mr. Tutt. I look forward to working with you at Nalley Honda moving forward.

I recently serviced my vehicle at Nalley Honda shortly after purchasing a 2022 Honda Accord Sport at the same location. Actually, this was the second oil change & tire rotation. Customer Service was rendered by Alex "AK" Kelly who displayed AWESOME customer service. I have driven a Honda Accord for over 10 years which has prompted many car services with various Service Advisors. Alex is by far the BEST Service Advisor I have ever encountered at any Honda location I have visited. He's such a WONDERFUL asset. Whatever you do, ask for "AK" when scheduling your next service appointment. Thanks for a grand experience Alex!

Ben was awesome! I got back to the service center a little after closing time to check out and pick up my car, but Ben still provided great customer service and even made sure I had my military discount applied to my bill. If you are a woman stay away from Nalley Honda Service. They tried to sell me warranty services I have already done at the other dealer. Intimidating, pushy almost harassing advisors.

Overall great customer service! The staff at Nalley Honda were exceptional! Courteous, knowledgeable and checked in with me regarding updates to my vehicle. The manager Norman also greeted me and followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the service that was provided. Today I m talking about friendliness and excellent service. Fran was SUPER nice. I had an issue where Take 5 rounded my oil plug so much they couldn t get it off to change my oil. So I drove 45 minutes to see if Nalley Honda could fix it since I bought my van there.Well, not only did they get the old stripped oil plug off, they got me a new one for $6 and my oil change was like $30-$40 cheaper than what it was gonna be at Take 5.I know that Take 5 could have been faster, but they made a mistake in how they took that oil plug off that ended up costing me a lot of extra time.Fran steadily kept updating me the whole time. Even brought me back to the service bay so I could see what was going on myself. The mechanics were kind and made sure to answer all my questions.The team at Nalley Honda took care of me today. So I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you. And Fran? You are a rockstar. God Bless.

Arrived on a Sat morning when the business opened with no appt. I was told that the service would cost over $350 and because they re booked I would have to leave my car due to them not knowing when they would get to my car to service and that they close at 4pm. I thought about it, left and went to Honda on Thornton Rd for the same inquiry. I immediately pulled up there no wait in line, sat down in the customer area, received service in 2 hours and the price was less than half of what Nalley told me. You can t beat their customer service or price! Go to Thornton road if you have a Honda

It is very easy to get a loyal customer. Just take care of them when they are really in need of urgent service. If you can t handle 10 cars for an oil change in 2 hours. You should invest some for your service department while others don t take appointments for oil change service.

Thank You DJ! I didn't service my vehicle at the time, but DJ who works for you guys were test driving a Honda vehicle at the time and saw I needed help removing a tire to place on a spare. One of my lug nuts were different size than all others and I wasn't able to remove it until DJ stopped to assist and was able to get the correct wrench and remove it. Thank-you again f DJ for amazing customer service and going out his way to help me get back on the road!

Terrible customer service.I made an appointment to have body damage evaluated. When I get there, no one acknowledged me or even said good morning, can I help you even after standing at the desk in front of 2 service reps. They stared at their computers until I said excuse me for the 3rd time.Then I m told by a service rep that it would be 2 days and $200 before they could look at my vehicle.Not understanding the wait or the purpose of an appointment just to be told that I d need to leave my vehicle and find a ride home because they wouldn t be able to look at it for several days, I was challenged by the rep to call any other location, they d give me a wait of about a month. Literally she said I CHALLENGE YOU. Call anybody else, it ll be a month before they get to you. I asked if I could at least get a ride home since my car was my only means of transportation (Ed Voyles has provided complimentary lyft rides several times), I was told I d have to find a friend to give me a ride.I decided to call Ed Voyles, explain my body issue , & see what they can do. They told me to come there & they d get me in within the hour.Marvin at Ed Voyles took one look at my car and said Oh your splash guard is loose. We can fix that . He even OFFERED complimentary shuttle service.I was in & out in 2 hours. Paid $80. AND my car was returned clean.Save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else.Service: Body & Trim

Do not buy a car from this dealership! I bought two lemons in a span of one year. Terrible customer service. The salesman sold my car and I tried calling him within a week for some questions never heard or saw him again. First CRV I bought in 2020 with major repairs before a year. Traded it there like a dummy and bought a new certified used in 2021 and now I m in the service dept within one year for major issues. I really believe someone traded it they washed it and sold it to me and did nothing more.

Efficient yet expensive serviceYou receive text updates via your service rep of the progress of your repair, etc. There's always a general 14 or so point inspection and with recommendations, if any. Been there several times and there was a convenience ride to nearby restaurant. There's complimentary coffee. Snack machine and an inside waiting area

Mr. Lee provided wonderful customer service by making me feel welcomed and consistently communicating the various updates for the services I needed. Getting your car serviced can be an intimidating experience, especially when you don t know much about how vehicles operate internally. However, every question I had, he answered with clarity to set my mind at ease.

Worst Honda service team I ve experienced. Totally clueless. Communication with Xavier was terrible. They were not able to diagnose or fix problem after keeping car entire day. Had to drive car back to Kentucky with unfixed mechanical problem. Drove back to Louisville today and had car serviced at Honda World. They diagnosed and fixed the issue with no problems. Shame on Nalley Honda for taking advantage of my 22 year old daughter. Honda America will be calling soon.Service: Transmission repair

Ok customer service. Polite and will answer all your questions, but no smiles. Prices are reasonable to be a dealer mechanic shop. There were a few freebies like a quick exterior carwash and an advertised disinfection service. There's no way for me to really tell if they actually did the disinfection service, but I'm assuming it was done

I stopped by because I had an alternator replaced by another shop and they were unable to reset the radio. So I stopped at Honda service shop at Nalley Honda.They opened the garage door, allowed me to drive in then closed the door. Great climate control.I explained what had happened to my car. The service technician looked up the code, entered it into the radio then I was good to go: no charge!

It's a very bad experience. I made an appointment for the Weekday Synthetic Oil Change. I arrived 15mins in advance butwaited for three hours and the car is not washed which is included in the coupon package! Finally, I was charged for 60$ instead of 45.95$ for the reason that it is not a Honda car(my car is Nissan ). But nobody tells me that in advance!

I have been coming here for the past two years for my routine maintenance, and it s always a breeze! Mr. Tutt is always so thorough and explains every single service and why it s necessary. Absolutely recommend!
