This will be my last time going to this dealership in the service department there are few people that will show you courtesy and some others who act like you are there begging them to help you. I took my car for a full service on November 31,2020 and as soon as I got home my check engine light came on now I have to revisit this location again and pay additional funds for them to check out my car. I have been coming to this dealership in the service department for 2 years now and mainly have deal with 1 person Jamari which he gives excellent service but anytime I go to anyone else is since like they don't want to be here and you are bothering them on their job.you guys made a mistake not me you can hold back on the attitude and learn how to provide customer service.

A big shout out to service representative Marilyn. She kept me informed of my sun's progress. There were more things wrong with my suv than I thought. Unfortunately, the repair was very costly, but I'm enjoying my ride again. I'm glad my suv is working right again, and I'm hoping no other problems will come up any time soon. Also, this place is very clean, which I like.

I went there about noon, thinking I had a major problem with my car because the dash board light came on. It turned out it was minor. The technician took care of me immediately and I was out within 15 to 20 minutes. Kudos to that young man. He took the time to actually look at it. Instead of saying to me drop it off we'll look at it later/ diagnostic machine. And he fixed it. Thanks.sorry. I forgot his name.

I ve brought my car to this location several times. The last it was in the shop for a month. It seems that they fixed everything but what I brought car in for initially. I m still paying as week speak for a new coolants system that was supposed to be replaced and the exact same problem! And every time I bring it back for the same problem that they did not correct they charge me. I hate this place.

No complaints. I was done in a reasonable amount if time. Everything I needed was completed. Staff was friendly and the waiting area was clean. Overall I had a good experience.

This place is high as heck when it comes to an oil change. I will be going back to Terry Cullen in Morrow, oil change price includes filter, oil and tire rotation cheaper and Nalley! Shame in this place and the service was not superb!

Mr. Davis helped me settle into my family car he worked very fast and he made sure anything that i was unsure of before i stepped out the door i was settled he was the only salesmen that took time to help me under my circumstances and he also helped me find GAP with affordable monthly payments will be referring others to see Mr. Trosky Davis

3 Stars for getting the work done but they slow as hell. Don't expect to be updated on the service time of your vehicle; you'll have to be proactive and check on it yourself.

Service personnel is courteous when you get to talk to them. However, very hard to get in touch because no one answers phpne in the service department.
