Romero was great! His customer service was excellent! He greeted me with a smile and went over the different tire options.Nicholas performed the tire service on my vehicle. He was very professional and answered all my questions of concern. The customer service from these gentleman was off the charts! They were very knowledgeable, fast and efficient! I will be back for future services!

Outstanding customer service! This was my first experience at Mavis and I will be back for future services. Romero was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of. The manager, and the entire staff were welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere has a positive vibe. In addition, the facility was very clean! Top tier!

I ve been a long time customer of Mavis in Union City-been coming here for years and through 3 vehicles because they always take care of my auto needs and with excellent customer service and legit the best prices from tires to alignments to oil changes. Shout out to Donnie the general manager-he was super helpful, dealt with my concerns professionally, and made sure I got the right tires for my car, AND checked my sensors for me-which I ve been trying to get my dealership to do for a long time. Another shout out to Alan and Kirby just being kind and getting my appt settled. I appreciate these gentlemen!

I had a great experience with the team at this location. Romero was highly professional and helpful, and the rest of the staff provided a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The shop was well-maintained and they provided detailed explanations of the services and pricing. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of their services. I recently got my car serviced at Mavis in Union City and had a stellar experience. Donnie, the manager, was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. He went above and beyond to ensure my issues were rectified and had a great attitude. I highly recommend this place! Excellent management here!

Customer service was excellent! I came to the shop with some issues more issues then I thought but they took care of me. Romero was amazing the cost for everything I needed done was a little pricey he took care of me and got me financed to get the money for the work I needed done! I recommend this shop to anyone who needs brakes services. They are good guys with great customer service!

I was having a rough day when I caught a flat tire after morning drop off, however it was completely overshadowed by the customer service provided by Romero and staff.Romero was beyond tempered when working with systems that were working against him. Which can be a lot when you have a seating area full of anxious customers. I was provided with a wide range of tire selections and this made it easy to select the right one for me. I commend this gentleman and the overall service provided. I will be returning here for other services in the future.

I moved her from NJ and needed a set of tires, brakes, rotors, THE WORKS. I must say Donnie, Romero, Al, have shown me nothing but southern hospitality. Donnie thoroughly inspected my vehicle to make all points were covered. The wait wasn t long, the office was clean and no time was wasted. I visited Mavis at Union City to purchased 3 tires. Donni and Tae, estimated my car would be finished in less than an hour and it was done in 45 mins. They are very professional, friendly and efficient. Please visit this location for great prices and promptness.

Romero helped me tremendously! He knew exactly what kind of work I needed done as soon as I pulled up and was quick to help. He even told me about the financial aid that is offered through Mavis. If you ever come here I recommend asking for him by name. I ve only been here for about 30 and they are almost done with my car, I had to get brake pads and rotors.

They are a tad bit more expensive than others but try price matching. I didn't need an appointment for a wheel alignment on a Sunday! It was quick and easy, and my new tires look to really be new

Considering how many negative experiences I've had with every location in this street, this was actually a very satisfactory experience.We were quoted a price that was too high for us. And we were not going to do it, but they were able to work with us to give us a slightly lesser price.Also the gentleman that worked on my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was not able to get his name, Was incredibly kind and based on the way that my vehicle is driving, did an incredible job at fixing the issue.

I made a online reservation to get a wheel alignment. Received the confirmation and thought everything was all good. Arrived at Mavis on time for my confirmed reservation only to be told that it was cancelled by "admin". At this point I was upset and wanted to know what can be done. ROMERO was so helpful and displayed great customer service that he assured me that they will handle the situation. He got me in and out and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. ROMERO turned my frown upside down. I really appreciated him. Thank you Romero you if you don't hear it enough.

I love this location. Tae is quick and very informative. He contacted me and my boyfriend quickly when servicing my car and found an issue. He explained it very well and answered all of our questions with no problem.

Got my 2007 Toyota Corolla served there about two weeks ago. Donnie and his team really looked out. My brakes and suspension were bad and rather than just putting a band aid on the issues they helped me find the root of the problems. Now I m not gonna lie, the fixes needed are pretty expensive but Donnie worked with me to prioritize what I needed done immediately and figured out a plan for the future. They also looked out in the price which is always appreciated. Car was done in less than 24 hours. I ll definitely be back.

I have been a repeat customer at Mavis on Jonesboro Rd in Union City, Ga. All of my experiences have been great. The employees are always friendly and their customer service is above reproach. Donnie and Romero are awesome to work with. As a woman, most automotive maintenance businesses will try to take advantage, but at this Mavis location, Donnie and Romero do just the opposite. They take the time to listen, explain what needs to be done in a way that is understandable, and lets you know what needs to be handled as soon as possible and what can be put off until later. They also work within your budget.

Excellent auto service from Donnie, Brooks, and the team! If I could give 10 stars I would, outstanding service, knowledgeable, caring, and listen to your service needs. I have a Lexus and have always been an advocate for dealers maintenance, but their service have topped any dealership service I had. If you want an auto team you can trust come to Mavis Tires in Union City.

I went in to get air in my tire , only to be told that I needed a new tire. I started crying because that was NOT in my budget , yea whole tears from being overwhelmed. Romero came over and immediately gave me options on what he could do for me. He was able to find me a tire and found me the lowest rate possible. I m so grateful that he could assess my situation and get me back driving again! Thanks so much .

Romero & the whole team were great with finding an issue I had with my car. Romero got me checked in within minutes and the gentleman in the back found my issue and corrected it promptly & efficiently! I am grateful they were able to help me while also costing me little to nothing. This has been about the 3rd or 4th time I have brought my car to this particular Mavis & I am never disappointed!

I brought my truck in to have the breaks checked. As I suspected, they needed to be replaced. Both Donnie and Romero were extremely helpful. Their professionalism and willingness to explain all the work being done was second to none. They were also able to find and fix another issue I mentioned as well all in record time. I could not have been happier with the service I received and the great people I met while there.

After 3 hours of waiting on a tow, Romero managed to be a silver lining in my day. He has some of the best customer service that I ve experienced in a very long time. Not only is he friendly, relatable, thorough, and honest but, he get s the job done QUICKLY and keeps you up to date on what s going on with your vehicle. I Will absolutely be a returning customer and tell everyone I know with car troubles to take their services to ROMERO if they can.
