Chris went above an beyond to make me feel at home. Chris also had a detailed inspection done to my car and recommended services that I needed. This will definitely be my spot for my car needs. Thank you to the staff of Union City.

I want to say that the service has greatly increased at this location. Chris the Assistant GM along with mechanics Matt and MR. G were great examples of how customer service should be. Really appreciate it and please keep up the great service.

My visit to jiffy lube in union city was great. Everything I needed or requested was taken care of in a timely manner. Everything was explained before hand for the procedure and price. The team, Christopher S.,Corey W. and Ngobila B. was quick and efficient, and I wouldn't hesitate to return for my oil changes or tire rotations. Thank you for going that extra mile for the customer.

Chris greeted me at my car. He was very polite and a Gentleman. I was getting an oil change. They were unable to rotate my tires due to the lug nuts being swollen. I will have to have them replaced. Oh, they didn't vacuum out my car. Other than that I had a great experience. I will be going back.

The customer service here each time is great! The guys are super helpful and nice. The assistant manager Chris is amazing very knowledgeable and helpful!! I always come here and recommend this place to everyone you will not be disappointed!!

Christopher and Timothy at the Union City location on Jonesboro Road were very helpful, friendly, professional and had great communication with me throughout the entire process. I felt well informed and like my vehicle was in great hands. The manager at the desk also provided me with great new tires and helped me! I will continue to use Jiffy Lube for my service needs.

The customer service was excellent by all staff; I have received the consistent efficient service the last three times that I have visited this Jiffy Lube location. David provided great knowledge of the needs for my vehicle and the other staff member was very hospitable when I pulled up to the facility.

Customer service is what I look for. From the time we pull up and the time we left they was on point with customer care. Thanks jiffy lube you all made my day much better. after leaving 5 minutes oil change next door to you all customer service was very awful. Thanks again.

I've never spent $90 on an oil change and especially this costly time of year. I felt like I was being deceived when I saw the $55.99 price for a standard oil change on the menu. The guy rudely said we don't have standard. I would have preferred to be informed BEFORE. That's why it felt shady to me. It was my birthday and I had to pay for emissions and a tag plus Thanksgiving dinner. It makes people feel more trusting when all options are discussed up front. I wouldn't have known about a standard oil change unless I saw it myself. I know prices have increased on everything, but I can usually get two or three oil changes for that price. I was highly disappointed by the failure to explain the service I was receiving.

I pulled in to get my emissions done. Unfortunately for right now they only do that on Fridays and Saturdays but the man who answered my questions was very polite and gave me the information I needed. Will be returning to get that done based off of customer service.

I appreciate the quality of the service I received. I am new to the area and looking for a place that offered services that could fit my immediate needs. I had a quick service, however there was a rude male employee. I don t know if a customer upset him or the heat but he was rude and didn t acknowledged me as he got in my car.The oil change prices are outrageous. I paid $57 for a conventional oil change.

Christopher is amazing and go over and beyond.He is polite and his customer service is excellent and I ll always visit this location.They are fast so don t expect to sit for a long time.This is definitely the best location on the south side
