Purchased an Audi S4 from this dealership, and Myreon, the salesman, was truly exceptional. Despite registration challenges, I relied on Myreon, and he went above and beyond, assisting me by extending my tag overnight and arranging FedEx delivery promptly.Fun part : I made the purchase without ever test driving or physically inspecting the car.

Great care and concern for the customers! Rich is by far the best service expert I have ever had! He s extremely knowledgeable about the brand. He listens and follows up. His communication is above reproach. I am very big on communication and he surpasses all of that. My experience at JLR has been nothing but the best from the initial visit in 2019 to purchase to now! Although I have other vehicles, the experience is not the same. It s not even about the type of car, it s the hospitality, care and concern which should be the same no matter where you go! I ve experienced great service and acknowledgement from the team while there, but Rich and Cashier is who I deal with mostly. All others I ve met are stellar as well. Way to go Mr. Rich.

Jessica was amazing!!! I found the car listed carfacts and requests info. They replied super quick via text and we set up an appointment for the next day. I had to take my 5 and 2 yo kiddos and she gave me so much patience and grace through the whole process. This was by far my best car buying experience that I expected to be horrible! Everyone there was so kind and didn t make a stink at all about the kiddos. Even the financing was easy! Thanks JLR of south Atlanta for such a great experience!

Love the service and atmosphere of the Jaguar South Atlanta location. New management with lots more inventory and knowledgeable and courteous staff. Special shout out to my sales rep Milton! He paid attention to my listed wants and needs and delivered, helping me custom order my new car and getting it ready and waiting for me when it arrived early. Thanks, Milton! You're the best!

I went online to sell or trade my Audi A5. I walked out with a Defender. I told the representative at Land Rover South Atlanta. I did not like purchase vehicles on the south side because the representative general treat you like a number. They don't follow up with you, but Keith listen to me. He followed up with me. He was very attentive to my needs. I am glad I had the opportunity of getting him as a sale representative.

From the moment I stepped into the showroom, his professionalism and knowledge were evident. He patiently listened to my preferences and provided insightful recommendations. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and his genuine enthusiasm for the brand added a personalized touch. Over all the vehicle buying experience was easy. They made sure someone is looking at me. Sometimes the agents in store were too busy and did not answer the question right away but definitely got back later. Overall was a positive experience.

The buying experience was by far the best experience I have had. You have a true gem at your dealership. The gem is Sandra Parks. She is the "queen" of finding what you want. My husband and I searched several states and dealerships. Sandra came through and we are very pleased with the experience and the vehicle!!!

Beware of the service department here.I had my RR serviced (10/28/23) for $1100+ and during that 3 hour wait, my full size 22" spare was stealthily switched with a compact doughnut. I only figured it out 2 months later, and this Sonic company has been a complete nightmare. They claim no video is available, and that it is almost unheard of to have a full spare in the cargo area. They are knowingly lying about common features proclaimed during the sales process! So, now I have to alert the Better Business Bureau, JLR corporate, and possibly take legal action for something valued at $2500+.Word to the wise, avoid this place. Or make sure you are present during the walk around inspection prior to handing the keys over.Women: especially be cautious.

AFTER THE PURCHASE: I wish I could leave 0 stars! I purchased my dream vehicle on April 23, 2021. I purchased a Jaguar F-Pace. This purchased turned into a NIGHTMARE!!! The vehicle was certified pre-owned. I also purchased an extended warranty. On June 14, 2022, the vehicle tore up. That's fine, it was under warranty but today is May 13, 2023 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY VEHICLE! Their service department socks! Back story, I took my vehicle to get an oil change and the didn't update the mileage in the system. Good thing I kept my receipt because they charged us although I was supposed to get my old change free. I've had to get corporate involved and NOTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING! The service manager has said everything has gone this way due to their fault, but NOBODY SEEMS TO BE WILLING TO HELP THE CUSTOMER! WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A DREAM COME TRUE IS AN ONGOING NIGHTMARE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JAGUAR OF SOUTH ATLANTA BECAUSE THE CUSTOMERS ARE DEFINITELY NOT THEIR CONCERN! I'VE GOTTEN A BUNCH OF LIES FOR A YEAR AS I'VE CONTINUED TO PAY FOR A VEHICLE I HAVEN'T HAD IN 11 MONTHS! THE NIGHTMARE CONTINUES!!!! OAN: Myron is an amazing salesman. The nightmare was with the service department and their inability to fix my vehicle within a timely manner. Why purchase a vehicle with a warranty if it's going to take a year for the dealership to fix and return your vehicle? My vehicle continues to lose value and I continue to lose money by the day as it sits in their parking lot.

Tiffany helped me out yesterday to purchase my first luxury SUV! When I say nothing but pleasant, sweet, nice, very knowledgeable, etc. She even remembered my dogs name! It was such a smooth process and she took care of everything! Jo in finance was really nice too. Every question we asked him about he was spot on. I'm really blessed to have worked with these two. It was more than just buying a new car for me, I really appreciate their service!

Last month, I had an exceptional experience at Jaguar Land Rover - Unity City. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with, but I specifically worked with Yohan to purchase my car. The car that I wanted was a hot commodity and several people sought after the vehicle and I was happy to see that they abided by a first come, first serve policy. I was able to test drive the car on my own which made me feel comfortable and they answered any questions that I had. Very excellent customer service!While waiting for them to detail my vehicle and prep the paperwork, the owner Marvin approached me and asked how was my experience thus far. Then he took us over to his office and we had a great conversation discussing how he got into the car industry and he even gave me tips to use for my business. He s such a genuine and down to earth guy. In fact, all of the employees there were extremely nice and a pleasure to speak with which made the waiting process (for my detail & paperwork) go by quicker.They had the vehicle reasonably priced and the process was very straight forward. There were 3 cosmetic issues that I found on the car and even though it was an As-Is purchase, the owner offered to have them fixed complimentary (the very next week) and provided me with a lovely loaner car in the mean & between time of servicing my car. I love my new car and would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership!

I didn t expect to purchase an SUV but after being shown 6 different vehicles and packages I was sold on the Defender 130. Excellent visit. I went in for coolant for my 2020 Range Rover and drove off in a 2023 Range Rover Sport. Only because someone took the time to talk to me and ensure my needs were met. Myreon was an excellent salesman, as was Collin. Both of them made me comfortable, were transparent, and made me a deal I could not refuse. Well, that my wife could not refuse (smile). Great place to do business, and they treat you great.

I started my search for a new car in January, 2023. When I decided on a Range Rover product, I stopped by the Union City, GA store just to do a test drive and get some basic information on the vehicles. I was fortunate that Mrs. Sandra Parks greeted me. Sandra is by far the most proficient sales professional I have ever worked with.
