Staff was polite and courteous and the routine oil change was completed.However, I thought the two and a half hour wait was excessive. Ongoing updates would have been helpful. I also was not comfortable with being presented with optional maintenance after waiting two and a half hours. I was also surprised at the lack of available snacks.If I choose premium prices, then I would expect premium service. That did not happen on my last visit.

Went it for a standard service in which I had an appointment for, dropped off my car at 10am, was told it would be ready in 1-2hrs. I knew it probably would take longer than that. 4hrs went buy and no update. I sent a follow up text inquiring about my vehicle and was told that only two of the service I requested could be done and the issue that I complained about could not be reviewed so I would have to bring the car again on a different day. My car wasn t ready until 6pm and when I picked it up, I saw it wasn t washed or vacuumed like I was assured it will be. Long story short, my car spent 8hrs at the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation.

Staff was courteous however I didn t appreciate having to take an Uber home after dropping my car for service and repairs. I wasn t offered a loaner car and when my car repairs were completed. The advisor called me at 4:30pm to informed me that my car is ready. I asked him to send a shuttle driver over to pick me up only to be informed That the shuttle driver had gone home for the day. I had to secure a ride to the dealership and when I got there, my Service advisor I had gone for the day. Needless to say, I didn t get my car until the next day. The customer service that I had become used to at this dealership has really gone down over the last several years.

It has been a long time since I had good service from this dealership but Chris did a great job at keeping me informed time frame was right on time and my mechanic did a great job at performing his job thanks for a great experience see you next time

From start to finish I felt important. The service was amazing. I live 4 hours away however I wanted what I wanted at a great price, so I went to get it. After purchasing the car I had to return to the dealership for some VERY minor issues but I tell you the dealership treated me like I was a priority. They took care of me. Mr. Arvind the GM made sure I was well taken of along with CJ the best salesman. What surprised me the most was the GM Mr. ARVIND was in the service department making sure all of my requested needs were met. I want to give a Shoutout to Mr. ARVIND and his team for the phenomenal customer service. I may live 4 hours away but I have been telling everyone about infiniti of South Atlanta and the amazing team they have.

Chris, in the service department was great to deal with. Down to earth, non pushy and easy to deal with. I had an issue that a different Infinity company could not fix for almost three weeks. I took it to him and they diagnosed and fixed it within a few days. Will be back for sure!

Everything was excellent. From the moment I pulled in to Service and met a friendly young service attendant, Nevaeh, I felt at home and welcomed. The brake service went very well and I m a satisfied customer.

This was the 1st time i used this location for service of my vehicle. The service attendant was not friendly at all. Kept my car a few days for repair. The service Department called and said my car was ready for pick up. When i arrived to pick up my car, the issue was still not resolved. So, I was informed they would keep my car over the weekend. So, I was without my vehicle a week for minor repairs. I will not return to this location again.

I arrived for my scheduled service appointment at 0800. I informed my service advisor that I had to be done by noon to make it to a 1230 appointment that was approximately 30 minutes away. I received a call advising that there were a couple of additional repairs/services that they recommended. Again, I reminded him that I absolutely needed to be done by noon and if they couldn't finish everything in the 4 hour time frame, that I would need to schedule the additional services for another day. He assured me that it would be done in time. Noon approached and I reached out to him yo let him know that I really needed to go. He stated that they were washing my vehicle and it would be ready in 5 minutes. I went back to the waiting room and preceded to wait another 15 minutes. At this point, I'm not going to make it to my appointment on time. I asked for a manager and explained to him that I was late for a medical appointment and I needed to know what was going on with my vehicle. He got some information from me and said that he would bring my vehicle around. As I waited for him, I saw that he went to a an area where my vehicle was simply parked and seemingly had been ready for me to go. The conclusion I reached is maybe everybody went to lunch. I have never had anything happen like this in all of my years of driving (over 35 years). I learned a valuable lesson. Never schedule any other appointments on the same day as vehicle servicing (or schedule other appointments first).I am very disappointed in Infiniti of South Atlanta and will be taking my vehicle somewhere else when it is time for my next service.

Update: The level of customer care at this place has significantly declined. When a customer brings their car to the dealership, it reflects that they value the maintenance of the equipment they purchased. While a car can be taken to any other shop for repairs, the current customer service lacks concern for the car. The service representative discover issues with the car but fail to inform the customers. There is also a lack of effort in providing money-saving options such as coupons that are listed on their website. The personal touch that this service department used to have is missing. I was extremely disappointed with my last visit, and I am considering traveling to a different Infiniti dealership in the future for my vehicle servicing needs.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I used to come here all the time and was highly satisfied with the service they provided but not anymore. Everyone there seems to be new and a little impersonal now. Seems like they want to rip you off. While there I heard 2 other people complaining about the service they were told they needed. I got an oil change and not only did they charge a ridiculous amount of money but they put a sticker on the windshield stating that my next oil change would be in 5,000 miles, clearly a money grab as the manufacturer recommends every 10,000 miles. I ve been going there for years and it s always been 10,000 in the past. I was told they have the same owner but are under new management, they need to revert back to previous management. Very impersonal, cold and rip off feeling now. Very disappointing, I will not be back. I will try Nalley Infiniti next time, as the prices seem to be way better.

Great service from my initial call in and throughout my visit. I called in to ask what oil was recommended for my 2020 QX60 that my son had recently gifted me. While the operator was assisting me I mentioned that my maintenance light came on right as I was preparing to go out of town. And that I needed to take it somewhere for an oil change. The operator asked when I needed it done, I said today, and an appointment was made for the following hour. I was in and out 90 minutes later including the check in and out time. I made an appointment to return and have the technician recommendations repaired. The Service advisor and technician made a good team! Thank you for an exceptional experience! C Bowen

I have always maintained my QX-60 at the dealer... from Virginia to Georgia. This dealer has significant turnover so establishing a relationship is impossible. Making appointments requires multiple tries and is rarely convenient. They do good work but at premium prices. I love my QX-60 but this dealer is 40 minutes away and I'm not likely to get another.

I came in for my appointment and the system was down. Ok No problem, but the issue I had was I had three employees come up to me all back to back. And all ask the same questions three time and I felt offended because they all keep asking me was How can I help you , Are you ok. like I was not supposed to be there. It really put me In an uncomfortable place. Very unprofessional.Then made me feel like I need to reschedule because they system was not working.When all I did was pull up and say I have appointment to get my oil changed. I called in and they give me this appointment. I was not set up with any one in particular.Service: Oil change

Sorry you didn't qualify for any business qualifications other than 'zero' rating. First in May of 2023 you changed me over $1'600.00 and your service manager was also requesting over $1,400.00 for services today for services that does not make any economic sense. This is all because in May of 2023 l was told the first time that in order to continue to receive the free oil change warranty that was granted to us when we purchased the SUV in 2017 which was referred to them as "Life Time Free Oil Change". We were then denied the free oil change first time May of 2023 and again today 02/03/2024. This is absolutely unprofessional when it comes to providing services to customers. Maybe you need to take a moment and reviewed the total method of your organizational system of providing customer services. Great customer service without doubt provides lucrative sales incentives that can always leads to employees bonuses and good financial statements that can bring in more investors.I gave you bad ratings due to your insensitive uncompromising bad customer services.You can't loose a million because of one hundred. Need to reexamine your customer service behavior; always remember no good business without customers.Think about it. Thanks!Rufus Ogbemudia

My service manager Chris Marrero has totally changed my thoughts on this dealership. From my first call, he took ownership of the process, provided easy method for communicating directly with him, and gave me easy to understand line item of the work and associated cost. I will definitely return to service my QX50 here going forward.

South Atlanta Infinity earned a 5 rating on this visit. My initial appointment scheduling was made easy with professional customer service who sent me a confirmation text before my call ended. I received several reminder text including one the day prior and morning of my appointment. An email was sent which included an accurate detail summary of my scheduled service maintenance request. This assured me that the team would be prepared to complete my request. I'm a prompt and busy lady who doesn't like to be kept waiting. Today, at Southlake experienced zero wait time for my service. The friendly and professional svc. technician quickly pulled up my ticket, provided clear concise explanations and modifications, when requested. He sought addl. consultation when needed. He gave me an estimated wait time and actually checked me out a little earlier than expected. The waiting area was not as busy as before, maybe due to the terrible weather and/or how fast the service dept was completing tickets. I noted how clean and well stocked the coffee bar and women's restroom was, an improvement over my last visit. Checkout took less than 2 minutes which included a detailed explanation of charges and future recommended services. The service tech was so polite, he walked me to my car and opened the door- a welcomed and appreciated courtesy given the heavy rain showers and wet pavement.

Always a terrible experience with this dealership.Management is rude and very nonchalant about my needs when expressing what is wrong with my vehicle. They are always short staffed so your needs won t hardly get address at a timely manner.And since I am a female the whole take advantage of women because they think you don t know any better is 100% since these management is a male population they think they know better than the actual driver who owns the vehicle and knows what problems they are having .Go somewhere else. Better yet. just enroll in mechanics school and fix the car yourself these guys are worthless and not to mention Rude.

I have been receiving service from this location for many years. In the past, I have been satisfied with my service however, recently not so much. I took my car in to get an oil change 1/18/24 and of course it was brought to my attention that I needed additional services. I agreed to a couple which was replacing 2 rear brake pads and getting my rotors corrected. After paying nearly $700 on those services and being there from 10am-3pm, I left the establishment annoyed, yet satisfied in the fact I had taken good care of my car to add to its longevity. When I arrived at my next destination, I decided to take a look at my tires because my ride felt a little shaky. Upon my inspection, I discovered that lug nuts were missing from 3 of my tires AND my new rims (black) had been scratched to all be damned! I contacted the service department, informed the individual on the phone (Abraham) who was not even at the location I got serviced at, informed him of my issue and was basically blown off saying I needed to bring the vehicle back, which was virtually impossible due to the time and the fact I live 45 min away. I then decided that wasn't good enough and found the direct number for the S. Atlanta location. After leaving a message I was contacted by the service tech who assisted me at the time of my visit. He told me to come in at opening so they could replace my lugnuts and take pictures of the rims to get them fixed. So frustrated, I made my way to Union City from Stonecrest at 6am to be there by 7. Total waste of time. They only replaced the lugnuts they forgot to put back on after telling me they would be replaced and told me that they would see what they would do about my rims. All the money spent over the years being over charged for services, you would think they would just correct the issue satisfactorily. I'm highly disappointed as I have been a happy customer since 2017. It appears that many of the great workers they previously had are gone and customer service has declined drastically.

Service time was good but issues I had was no available loaner after calling day before. My car was washed as a plus but soap was not rinsed off throughly nor was my car towel dried as others were. Soap residue dried on my car and windows.

The service guy Saalih was professional, however, there s a customer service disconnect with the organization. They don t tell you, when you set the appt there s a chance they re going to have your car for 2-3 business days. On top of that they have no loaners available for you while they are servicing your car for 2-3 days. This is truly unacceptable. You charge your customers outrageous prices ($3400 - catalytic converter/spark plugs) and you can t even let them know they ll be without anything to drive for almost 3 business days?!?! At least, give customers the heads up so they can PREPARE to rent a car, etc, because you don t have loaners for customers.

Anna went above and beyond to assist me with my service needs!!! She exceeded my expectations and made me feel welcome as a customer. Infiniti appears to have changed their service model. Instead of honoring the free oil change for life as advertised when I bought the car, they tack on recommended repairs and service to recoup the cost. Infiniti will not give the free oil change and tire rotation unless you get the recommended service. To add insult to injury, some of recommended repairs needed happened there. I'm left feeling taken advantage of. And the car was poorly washed. Time to move on and take my money uptown.At least the service rep was decentServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
