Darrick, my service consultant, was a great. This was my first scheduled service for 10,000 miles and he took care of everything. Very thorough and explained all that was covered. The service technician was timely and precise. He even washed the outside of the car and vacuumed the inside. Will definitely be back to get my car serviced again.

I just want to send a Big Ole Thank you to Nate! Customer Service skills were top tier!! I didn't know about the finance option for my car and Nate took his time to explain to me exactly how it works. Nate took such a heavy weight off of my shoulders and I truly truly appreciate him for that. I will be scheduling the rest of my repairs with you all very very soon! Nate has an Awesome spirit and you should be proud to have him on your team!

Every face met is with a smile and even a fake smile is recognized because let s be real! The world is not met with compassion..luckily customer service is deeply implemented in this company! I only spend my money in places where I m appreciated. This is one of em.

Laura was very helpful, professional, and updated me often on the status of my vehicle. The associate who approved and processed my loaner was great as well. Everyone that I actually came into contact with was very helpful and professional!

Everyone was AWESOME! From check in to check out. I was seated in the movie theater to watch a movie while my car was being serviced! The dealership was very clean and accommodating ( I even observed a kids playroom).I was kept informed about all issues very timely that related to my car. ( no pushy salesperson while you waited).I purchased my original vehicle from them in 2019 and WILL DEFINITELY use them again for future vehicle purchases as well as repairs!

I always have a pleasant experience when I come here. My coolant light came on so I went immediately to the dealership. I had groceries in the trunk and Laura Glaspie & Jordan Sanders went above and beyond for me! They helped load and unload my groceries into the break room fridge so they wouldn t spoil while I waited. Outstanding customer service.

Nathan T (Nate) provided excellent service as soon as we stepped foot through the door! Nathan quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately took action. I chose the FIVE STAR rating because of the overall professionalism of the Service Team. Upon checking in for my service appointment my service attendant was aware from my VIN what service I was in need of. He informed me of the entire procedure and kept me abreast of the progress as I waited. He notified me of a hole in one of the tires and got my approval to proceed with the repair; (neither he nor I knew that I would be driving in the rain soon after nor the amount of trouble his doing the job right spared me). Five Stars Indeed!

Mr. Todd helped me when my fuel door was malfunctioning and my encounter with him made my experience exceptional. He s was so polite and caring, and totally made me discount the inconvenience of having to come by. He also gave me the impression that he was honest and makes a point to take care of everyone who comes through his door. Thank you so much. I also can t forget Mr. John who entertained me while I waited and gave me a list of winter activit�s to do around the area since I m still relatively new to the area. All in all it was a great experience because it was a human experience whereby care and attention was upheld. I must mention one more person who I regret I don t know the name, but he vacuumed out my car with such detail and as the rest was very kind mannered. Thank you so very much.4/10/24 - Mr. Ramses was exceptional. He reviewed upcoming services for my vehicle and helped take care of a slew of services to get me ready for a big road trip!

I had an extremely good experience with the shop as a whole and all the associates except my service advisor. He seemed dismissive and frustrated with the short duration of time I was using to ask valid questions on additional repairs needed to ensure vehicle safety and mobility. He made me feel devalued as a customer, starting with being late to my appointment. A different advisor helped me initially and when he arrived he didn't engage with me beyond asking for my keys; no hello, no heres whats going to happen,-nothing. Had he given me more than 10 seconds of his time he would have know that I was concerned with the $190 diagnostic fee that I couldn't afford and that I had more than one issue I wanted inspected for the appointment. Although he did everything by the book as it were, there was 0 customer service-if not for that the rating would have been a 5 for me. I still have about 8 grand worth of work to be done on my vehicle and Ill be looking elsewhere for it where Ill be treated with respect.

My car started acting differently after my oil change, reached back out to Laura the consultant she never reached back out until I called her back 2 hrs later and had to have her contacted by customer service and finally when speaking with her she was very unconcerned and nonchalant about my concerns her tone was very dry during the entire conversation. I always go here to get my oil changed and usually they are friendly and considerate. NOT TODAY!!!!

I have had a great experience at Heritage. I purchased my vehicle from them many years ago and still get service here and my experience has been good. Derrick was my service provider and he was also excellent and very knowledgeable and helpful. I'll definitely continue to have my car serviced there.

My experience was so great! Keith was excellent. He handled my initial phone call and created me upon arrival. He thoroughly explained how the entire service would go and how long it would take, showed me to the guest lounge (which is literally the best I ve ever seen!) and treated me, my mother, and my father with the upmost respect and kindness. Over the last few months, my car has had issue after issue. Of course, each issue results in an expensive bill. I'm a pretty patient person and understand things happen. I didn't complain when the valet didn't pick up my car and I had to call to remind them of my appointment. I didn't complain when it happened again. I believed them when they said I needed service that seemed expensive but wanted to keep my car in good condition...three times. Now here I am again with another issue and another expensive quote. I'm without my car for two days because of something I'm positive they caused but at this point just want it fixed enough to never have to go there again. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, pick another Volkswagen service dealership. I will moving forward and will drive the extra 40 minutes out of my way for it.

I have been a customer here for a while and up until today they have given a five star performance. Upon arrival at 8am I told the rep that even if I had to pay for it that I wanted the truck to be cleaned inside and out. At that time he said it would be an hour. I knew the service overall would be longer so I had already brought my laptop to work while I waited and boy did I wait .the vehicle had a recall so I knew it would be a minute. Long story short, he quoted me 360 In repairs but the bill was only 178 with no explanation on the difference. My baby was washed on the outside but my seven year old could have done a better job. No cleaning or vacuuming inside at all. Ten minutes into the ride my check tire pressure light came on. I m disgusted. This is the first time I drove out of the service department without feeling like my SUV was brand new.Service: Vehicle Inspection

My APPOINTMENT was at 12pm for an oil change and alignment..it took 3 hours to get it done.. Then when it was done and I m waiting, the service manager decided to call a meeting in the middle of the work day.. so I had to wait another 45mins to pay and get my car.. it wasn t busy and an oil change and alignment shouldn t take 4 hours taking a car to the dealer to get serviced should be in and out. This was unacceptable and also over priced. Not happy about that either but that s expected.

I came to this place for an oil change after purchasing my car from Carvana. I thought they were a great and customer-oriented place. I paid $250 for the oil change without any issues. However, a few days after Christmas, my car wouldn't start. I got it towed to the same place that did the oil change. They told me that my car was still under warranty, so there was no need to worry. However, I never received any follow-up calls from them. When I called to get updates, I was never connected to my adviser.The next day, I went to the place myself. After waiting for 20 minutes, they told me that I needed a new J519 modular, which would cost $1,000. When I mentioned my warranty, they said that they found burned jumper cables in the back of my truck, and that I must have tried to jump-start my car, which would be considered an outside influence and not covered by the warranty. I was shocked because I never gave my car a jump-start. Even if I had, it wouldn't have caused the problem in the first place.I called Carvana, and they told me that my car was still under warranty, and that they couldn't deny my claim for this reason. My car had not even reached 60,000 miles yet, so it was still covered under the warranty. I had to get my car towed to another place to get a second opinion, and it turned out that neither the battery nor the J519 modular was the problem. My car is still not working.I was extremely disappointed in the behavior displayed by the place that did my oil change. I felt that they treated me poorly because they thought I wouldn't be able to pay. However, I would have paid for everything. It was just the fact that they were lying and looking at cables that weren't even mine. It was an absolutely disgusting experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was great until it was time for me to check out. The advisor told me he had two people in front of me. Ok no problem. It took him an hour to check out two people, but he actually ended up checking out three. I was like wow I waited a whole hour just to get checked out. That really wasn t the issue. Of someone would have just stopped by and communicated and said hey Ms. Brown sorry for wait I will be right with you. That would have assured me on they didn t forget about me. I am really big on customer service and communication and they definitely lacked those skills this visit.

My advisor is so professional, communicable and prompt. Kept his word on timelines and always sets me with realistic expectations because I never set an appointment. Shout out to Nate. I want him at Land Rover or Mercedes Benz because he is the expectation of luxury experience since he was a valet at the dealership.

I'm not sure if I should give a rating based on timeliness especially when I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I arrived at 11;30 and left at 1:45 . The servicer apologized for the wait and I appreciate that but sheesh that was too long!! My servicer (can't remember his name) was professional and kept me updated on my truck and that they were short staffed on mechanics. Other than timeliness everything else was good.

My representative was attentive and didn t try to oversell me. I was disappointed with another dealership keeping my car multiple time over night just for an oil change which never made since to me and then charge me a ridiculous amount that had me returning every 3000 miles. This dealership costed me less and had my car in and out in less than a hour. Great service.

It was a really good experience with Heritage Volkswagen. The personnel who I met was kind and tried to do her best for the service.I had several different services at the same time but it didn't take long time.I would recommend that someone with me should use this center later.

There were 2 guys running the service counter, they were great they were friendly & attentive.My assigned serviceman was also friendly, however he told me the oil change would take 45 minutes to an hour. It took 2 hours if I d known, I would ve left & came back (appt was at 0800, so early, shouldn t been to backed up or so I thought). Additionally, I let him know I had 2 lights out and wanted pricing on that. They didn t give me prices & recommendations until they brought my car back out to the front & were ready to check me out (usually they call BEFORE they bring the car out, on top of the fact that I asked about the lights when I first got there.) Well, I wanted my lights changed out, so that was another 30 minute wait.Then, after all that they didn t do the complimentary car wash and vacuum.I usually go to the Chamblee location, but this one is closer to me now. Overall, they re friendly and have a nice facility but were a bit of a mess when I visited. Hopefully it was just an off day.
