I had a wonderful experience here after being disappointed by my local VW dealer. I reached out to them Saturday evening, they were closed Sunday, and on Monday night I drove home in my new car. I got a fantastic deal and it was a very smooth process. I am beyond happy with Milton, Corey, and Kyle for the help that they provided. I cannot recommend this place enough. They have earned a longtime customer. I will bring my vehicle here for servicing and buy my next car here as well. It s further than my local shops but it is worth the trip for the experience they provide. 5 stars!

I would like to leave a review about the wonderful experience I had with the Heritage Volkswagen dealership. And it s about the work of the awesome salesman named John! He is truly a professional in his field, courteous, attentive to details and simply a friendly person who is very pleasant to communicate with. It's been 2 months since we bought the car, if we need to know or do anything John always helps. I hope the dealership truly understands the value of such an excellent employee. We are very pleased with the purchase and enjoy it every day. Thank you very much!

Everyone should be mindful of who they do business with. My vehicle has been at Heritage for 15 days and their tech has only spent 2.5hrs diagnosing an electrical problem. Now, I asked for a loaner vehicle, but I was told by a service agent that Heritage only allows loaners to customer who purchased a vehicle from their location. I have a warranty for my vehicle and since I am not a paying customer concerning this situation. My vehicle and my livelihood is not a priority to anyone at this location.

Service was excellent. Zero hassle to make a sale. Willing to work with me as a customer. Accommodating on the price. Everyone received a great deal. Did I mention excellent customer service? VW wasn't my first choice in the list of cars I was considering to buy but the service received initially on this sale was worth it and I look forward to the same level of care as we progress forward in the future.

We had an amazing experience at Heritage VW! We bought our first family vehicle and couldn't have been more satisfied with Breanna's patience and detailed knowledge of the VW inventory. My wife and I were given great customer service, a thorough breakdown of the vehicle we wanted, and step by step instructions on the buying process and post purchase process. Mike did an excellent job with pushing us past the finish line with the financing process and made sure we knew everything we needed to know before signing on the dotted line. So grateful for our experience!!

I had a great experience with this location. Before I went in I did almost everything online. They communicated via text, my choice, and even provided options and links for me to pick once approved. I went in, filled out documents and asked my questions that were well explained. Normally car buying is such a pain but this was hassle free. Everything was well explained, organized and they worked to get me a vehicle I not only love but is reliability and has amazing maintenance package, paint and interior protection.

My husband and I just purchased an Atlas from Heritage Volkswagen and couldn t have been more pleased with the great customer service and overall transaction. Our Sales Consultant, Alex Tsankov, was personable, professional, and provided excellent customer service. We were also impressed with the Sales Manager and Finance manager. This was the best experience that I ve ever have had the pleasure in dealing with a car dealership first, I wasn t ready with what they had brought to me, but they re determination really helped my situation. They actually listened to me because they actually care about the people they are selling a car too mr. Milton and his manager, and the very funny gentleman who helped me wrapped everything up before I left, they are like a power of three. I appreciate every single last one of them. They truly made the transition a great experience.

My salesman was very friendly, understanding and showed a willingness to get me the best deal. You can tell customer service is one of their core values. I was greeted immediately upon walking through the door. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely do business here again. When you go to Heritage Volkswagen, make sure you ask for John Abney.

Alex our salesman was great! Next, time I know to do a better job checking a car out before purchasing and not rushing into it like I did. I noticed the next day after purchasing that there were two chips in the front window shield that I will have to file a claim to get fixed. Praying this is not a bad sign.

Ever since I got my first Volkswagen I ve been hooked I m on my second one and the weirdest thing happened to my passenger door but this dealership location was able to see me the very next day and help me out. The whole team was so courteous and Todd was a great help. The best part, I couldn t sit and stay to wait for my car so they gave me a free ride home to help me out. I absolutely love being apart of a brand that knows how to take care of their people. Thanks again guys!

Great sales experience with Josh Mathews and Kyle in finance department. Sign and drive event is awesome. Easy hassle free experience. Got me a new 4. Great vehicle for a great price. New update - had time to review all my paperwork. Seems they added some optional items to my lease. Let you know after speaking with dealer if they resolve . New update 12/29. Spoke to Kyle in finance. All resolved.

This is a shady company. I ve been seeking a particular car for weeks and they ve led me on, wanting me to make a deposit on a car they didn t have an invoice for nor could they provide an arrival date for. They call me today to tell me that they aren t willing to accept my friends and family discount that I received from a friend up at VW headquarters because they ll make more money off of someone else. They re so sorry that I was first in line, though. Shady! Would NOT recommend. I m having nothing but issues dealing with Volkswagen dealerships. I wish I could give Milton and his sales manager 0 stars.

My salesman John and the Manager Cory took care of my specific need and got me exactly what I wanted. I had just bought 2 cars there in April (one for me and one for my son) my son wasn t ready for the responsibility of having to brand new car. Cory worked it out for me by letting me trade in both cars, so I could have only one monthly payment. I was able to walk with a 24 Atlas cross sport fully loaded without being upside down.and a low interest rate with VW credit. I had the 23 model Atlas cross sport, it was nice but this 24 is even nicer. I absolutely love all the new features. I recommend this place, they will go above and beyond to take care of your car needs.

Great and helpful! My parents and I stopped in with the last appointment they staff stayed longer just to help us get our new ID4. I love it, my family loves it. Recently had to take my 2016 GTI in for an issue covered by a warranty extension. Despite some initial issues getting the repair covered under warranty, they repaired my car under the extended coverage in a few days. Tim was very helpful with getting the initial service fee I had paid refunded and everything sorted out.

I would like to thank Dennis and Arvind the general manager for their help with getting my vehicle traded in and into a new vehicle. I was extremely pleased with the amenities this dealership offers specifically the kids room. Servicing your vehicle with a toddler in-tow can truly be unpredictable so having a designated room for us was perfect. Parents, I highly recommend this location.

Loved my experience here. Needed maintenance done on my New Beetle and they were straightforward and easy to work with. They got me in same day, and had the issues fixed within the same week. They also pushed for the problems to be covered by my warranty. I really appreciate them being so helpful!

My experience with this dealership has been mixed. Three years ago, I purchased my Taos from them, which was a positive interaction. However, since then, I've shifted my service needs to Jim Ellis due to numerous frustrations with this dealership. Scheduling appointments and making inquiries over the phone has become a headache. Recently, I called to ask about nitrogen gas for my tires, and the process was incredibly convoluted. I was transferred six times between different departments, from service appointments to service advisors, receptionists, and parts, only to end up back where I started. The lack of communication and follow-up is a major issue I've encountered consistently, leading me to avoid dealing with their service department altogether. In light of these experiences, I would strongly recommend finding another VW dealership for vehicle service needs.

It was a really good experience with Heritage Volkswagen. The personnel who I met was kind and tried to do her best for the service. I had several different services at the same time but it didn't take long time. That's why I gave you 5 stars at this time.
