The manager James was professional and personable! He understood that I was in town for a short time and need to get my daughter s car oil changed and tires rotated. He provided reasonable recommendations and because of his demeanor and how quickly the car was done on day 1 I came back the next day to have the tuneup and cabin filter done. All will make the car last longer! I told my daughter to make sure she comes back to Firestone. I ve use you guys for years and in each state I ve received the same great service!

Not happy with the service! I made AN APPOINTMENT on-line to have my left brake light replaced and when I got there I had to wait almost 4 hours for the job to be done. I paid and left, but while driving, I noticed that not only was the issue not fixed, but now my turn signals were not working properly! I took it back the next day and after waiting for over an hour, they informed me that they got the signals working properly, but that I had to come back that Thursday and the manager would have the proper bulbs. I called on Thursday, but could not get through. I called back on Friday and after being on hold for about 30 minutes, he told me that he would call me back in 5 minutes. It has been almost 2 weeks and I STILL have not heard from them and my problem still exists...only now, I also get a warning light that my left reversed is also not working! I am really disappointed in their customer service and they truly need to do better! I still need my car fixed!!!UPDATE: On 03/16/2024, my issue was finally properly fixed! The new manager, James and his assistant, Clarence were absolutely wonderful and I thank you for making things right! I will definitely continue to do business with Firestone!

My whole experience from walking in the door of your establishment was terrible. Wrong tires tires in the beginning twice. My car had no problems going in now my check engine light is on and no one can tell me how this happened. I feel that my car was tampered with because one of the employees has the same car. I m having to spend out more money now. I am requesting a refund of all my money for my car for the inconvenience of my car being at your location for seven days just for tires. I have a receipt for tires that s not on my car. No paperwork to show that I bought tires. I was just given my keys. My whole experience was just horrible. I feel that I was taken advantage of. I asked that they put my original tires back on my car to take it some place else and was told they were disposed of. So, I felt forced to buy tires. My whole experience was terrifying. I could go on and on but not enough space. I have yet to talk to a higher up to express my concerns. No call back!

The most amazing experience. My tire blew up on the highway and they immediately took me in and fixed my tire. Mona was awesome and so helpful. 10/10 service the people are all very nice.

I had to get my passenger rear tire replaced. I was greeted immediately upon entering the establishment. The gentleman proceeded to take my information and let me know upfront they were running behind. I liked that because he gave me an option based on the timeline. With that information I decided to stay. While waiting, I was given updates every 15 to 30 minutes. I truly appreciated the kindness and service I received at Firestone. They are one of the best auto care shops in Union City.

This place might have some of the most careless workers I ve ever seen at a mechanic shop. Brought vehicle in on a Monday morning, took about 1 week to get it even looked at. Bluntly told them what I needed done and was paying for, they went above that and charged me for a diagnosis. Held the vehicle for 2 weeks, constantly telling me that it would be ready every other day, pushing it back further and further, each time I would call to get an update, even while having the parts needed at the shop. I honestly wouldn t suggest this place, especially if you re looking for anything to be done in a timely manner.

Chaos and the mechanics could not perform the service I needed. One rep said they were not trained to work on Mercedes. They could only change my oil. My car warranty provider is contracted with Firestone and they were able to service my car in Kansas, not sure whats going on what this location.

I dropped my car off at 11am for a standard oil change. They tell me it ll be up to a 2 hour wait. That s cool, no rush I ll run some errands and come back. 1:15 hits and I call to see if they ve gotten to my car yet no it ll be another 30 minutes. Annoyed but fine. 2:21, I go in person to see if they ve by chance gotten to my car at all still no. I got my keys and LEFT. Bottom line: poor service DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Worse experience ever. Basically had the police called on me because they don't have adequate technicians and would process a refund. Stay away. Double check any work done by them. Simple rack and pinion replacement turn into having police called on me and threatened to trespass. Absolutely unprofessional.

Landed at ATL, soft tire from leaking valve stem. Changed stem in the parking lot, filled the tire and had me on my way in minutes. Super service, courteous and fast. Highly recommend!!

Very chatoic! staff Using profanity on their phones and loud profane music just all around unprofessional. Kept my car entire day for a simple oil change then lost my keys the lady tried to lie to me about what happened with my keys and why i had to wait so long for them to turn up. Tried to sell me stuff i didnt need. Will not return no one seems to know what is going on in there and super dirty wait area and bathroom. Will not return

T Scott, the service manager at Firestone in Union City, GA is the best! I was desperate and panicking about my car not working. He explained everything to me and even showed me what was wrong. I am so grateful for honest people like Mr. Scott!

I had an 1100hrs appointment. Reception says they are short-handed and there will be a three hour wait. At 1400hrs, reception says he doesn't normally work this, he is helping out and that he told me there was a FOUR wait. When I disputed that, he tells me "No, I said four!" I'm thinking, 'did he just call me a liar?' 30 minutes later, I told him I would not stay and asked for my keys. He said that I never gave him my keys. Ten minutes later, during the staffs pizza party, some tech would find my keys another person's paperwork. I have been lied to, attempted to be called a liar twice and I am FURIOUS!

The person who checked me in was very nice and had a great attitude... Clarence the store manager was very professional...I would have given 5 stars, but I had to wait longer than promised due to shortage of staff which should have been told prior to the service being done... otherwise I was satisfied.

Waited 5 almost 6 hours for a damn tire change. Best thing about this location is the Eye Candy in the front other than that this has been a terrible experience. 5 for the women in the front

Made an appointment for rotation and balance. Was convinced to purchase lifetime balancing. Went to pick up the vehicle 4 1/2 hours later only to tell me all the tires were bad on a car with 13k miles. They proceeded to charge the full price of the balancing however they NEVER DID THE WORK. Tires were never rotated and the original weights were still on the wheels!! I called him out on this and the manager stepped in and zeroed out the sale. Guess what they offered me to fill out an application for a credit card to buy a whole set of tires that I didn t need!! The location is a Scam!!Service: Tires

*Update*Firestone refunded me the cost of repair under the guise that they'd actually done the work. Let's not forget that my car drove WORSE after I picked it up. Imagine my surprise when I took my car to another mechanic yesterday and he showed me the damaged coils that Firestone claimed they'd replaced. The coil pack connectors were damaged. They installed the valve cover gasket incorrectly. It was missing seals which caused oil to leak in the spark plugs. I've never seen anything like this in my life. Just know I'm calling an attorney as soon as offices open in the morning. They never fixed my car. They put old parts on it and tried to make me look crazy. They damaged my compressor and I had to buy a new one. I bought a new ECM only to learn that they never did the work they claimed in the first place. Forget negative reviews, we should all report them to the BBB and lawyer up.Don't run- SPRINT in the opposite direction! My check engine light came on so I brought it in for service. The total bill was over $3K. Once I reviewed everything with the manager, he advised that the only additional services needed outside of the engine work were the tire package and a small bulb which I declined. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick up my vehicle and the check engine light was still on and the car idled roughly as it did when I dropped it off. They kept the car again overnight only to call me in the morning telling me the technician stated that my car ran roughly because I'd 'declined the additional services'. So you're telling me a light bulb and tires are connected to the engine now? I called customer service who contacted the store manager and stated there was nothing he could do because I declined the additional services. My complaint has since been forwarded to corporate and the area manager because even the customer service manager of their call center said it didn't make sense. I have several invoices to confirm that I didn't decline any of the necessary work needed to repair my vehicle. They LIED to cover their mistake. Clearly the technicians on staff aren't qualified to do labor intensive work so they get away with stuff by lying on the customer. Thankfully, I have my invoices and other documentation to support my complaint. I will be pursuing further action because this is fraudulent. I'll never patronize Firestone again.

I got a wheel alignment at around 3:30 and was out by 4:30 on a Saturday. I was very pleased on not sitting there for hrs. The work appears to be fine thus far.

I had a great experience. Got a flat while on a road trip and called desperately 15 minutes before closing to see if they could sell me a tire. Lucky for me they had my size in stock. I arrived five minutes before closing assuming that as the shop was shutting down, I would purchase the tire and put it on myself. The technician, Jamie, wouldn t hear of it. He graciously offered to open back up and install the tire. World class service. Put him in the C-Suite.Service: Tires

Amazing Customer Service! We arrived at the store 15 mins before closing because our car was making a funny noise. The manager, Shawn went over and beyond for us (all women and children)! He worked with his technicians to find out the problem and were willing to fix the issue on the spot! I was grateful for their care. The entire staff was very helpful and informative.

This is the worst location ever!!! First, I made an appointment to get a oil change, and upon arrival on the day of my appointment. First the manager had the nastiest attitude! ( slim African American claim she is the manager ) did not have the decency to even say good morning as I was approaching the counter. I explained to her that my appointment was at 8 o clock with a typical attitude on the side of town, she questioned who what time did I call to make the did I speak to to make the appointment, what time did I call to make the appointment, because apparently they must lotta people to get them to come for service at specific times because apparently they must Lotta people to get them to come for service at specific times She was so nasty and crass, I decided to leave. I have a long history of having work done at this location, but I am done with the Firestone on Jonesboro in Union in City!! We as a people need to be more professional, and not wear our attitude on her shoulders! I definitely will not come back to this location. I will continue my services on the north side of town were it is more professional, and the workers not wear their our attitude on our shoulders! I will definitely not come back to this location!!! Lastly, I don t appreciate my time being wasted for the shortcomings of staff. I will give it 2 stars because they are always understaffed. This is very frustrating when trying to get repairs completed. The six months zero interest firestone card is a life saver for my son and his first car. It gives us a way to keep him on the road with a payment plan. The staff is friendly.
