Employees are nice and helpful. The 1 star is towards the owner of the shop. Certainly rude!! I asked him how much will he charge for a use tire , and before I can give him an answer he told his worker to put my tire back on my car until I make my mind up!! When actually he didn t give me time to respond ! I am very disgusted with his attitude . If it wasent for your nice employees your bussiness probley wouldn t stand a chance. You run customers away with that nasty attitude

They were great. They helped me with my emergency flat tire. I was working, dropping off a doordash order, when I got a flat tire. I was very panicked, because I was doing this while my son was at school. With me having my flat tire I was upset that I not only had to cancel and stop working my doordash orders, but also that I maybe late for picking my son up. The employees did a great job with giving me quick service, so I was able to make it to my son on time. Thank you so much!

I went to obtain a plug in my tire and they were able to provide the service but they are 100% cash only business. They did not inform of this prior to starting to work on my tire. I had to leave and come back from across the street at the Chevron to go to an ATM. Upon returning I got out to pay and ask did he have his PITBULL ON A LEASH OR COULD HE BE PUT A WAY He said no it was his home and I was guest and that he trusted me to leave and come back so I should not have a problem with his dog even though the dog is a vicious animal who should be on leash per state law. So basically this guy has no customer service skills and he has a vicious dog roaming freely and only accepts cash despite this being the twenty first century. This is a time period where a business should have an Apple Pay that goes in your phone or Apple Pay cash register or cashapp or Zelle payment options. Sadly word of mouth goes a long way and I have referred this business to serval people in the community in the past. However going forward I have a new experience to share and will tell them to go anywhere but there.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! It's affordable. The employees are nice, helpful, and don't try to upsell you.Just make sure you have cash... they don't take credit.This is my new go-to tire shop!

Great service. Very busy. Today they didn't have my size tire in stock so they went and picked it up. I was done in less than an hour.

I went to this tire shop today. It was closed when I pulled up but noticed some guys in a van already waiting. I get out of my car to ask the guys if they knew what time it opened when the garage door began to open. A small dog and a pit bull came out! The dogs saw me and made a bee line to me in which I began to run back to my car screaming. I jumped on the trunk, then the employee slowly came out looked at me, got the dogs and proceeded back in the building. He then returned not to acknowledge me still sitting on my trunk nor to ask if I was okay but to help the gentlemen that were already there. He came out again to advise them to pull in but again NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME OR THE FACT THE DOGS COULD HAVE BITTEN ME!!! Thank you Sir for great customer service!

By ALL means, support this business. I moved here from NC a few months ago and I ended up hitting a pothole! I dislike pot holes by the way. Oh, and this was the second pot hole I've encountered in a 3 months time. Long story short, my tire was destroyed! Nevertheless, I had a tire and needed it to be mounted so that I could drive my car again. Christopher Tire did just that. AS a female , I felt safe and looked after when getting the service I needed. On top of that, everything was affordable and RIGHT! Support this black owned business as they continue to serve our community.

I've had a tire replaced here once before thanks to the referral of my Dad. I returned today because another tire had caught a nail. Thankfully it was able to be repaired and I was back on the road quickly. They are friendly, quick, and courteous. Don't forget to bring cash.

I arrived as he was opening on time. He had my tire patched and repaired in less that 30 minutes. The cost was reasonable and I didn't feel like he was trying to overcharge because it was Sunday. If I have anymore issues, will definitely use his services again.

Great inexpensive place for tires. The service is always fast. The best part about is they are open late so you don't have to leave work early. The only downside is you have to pay cash. I rarely carry more than $10-20 so I usually have to cross the street to get cash. The atm at the gas station doesn't always work.

Went there yesterday for a used tire and they wanted $80 for a used tire for my 01Cadillac ... most used tires are between $30-$60... seems like they were trying to rip me off and on top of that they only accept cash . I won t be visiting there anymore . Also they didn t have friendly attitudes. I ll take my patronage elsewhere, ..this is just my personal opinion but hey who am I ...

Called to see if they had my tires, this man was sooooo rude! Kept telling me to call back. He was not helpful at all. Acting as if he didn t want to sell it to me. Would never buy from them based off customer service. Horrible experience.

I am no one. This place is our go 2 tire source. It is rare that they don't have the tire sizes you need. Their prices are reasonable & their service is great!

Went there and the owner was fantastic, coming from Detroit and spending my money with a black owned business is priceless. Give our people a chance and if they don't meet your standards give them another chance to make it right, we give every other cultures 2nd chances why not ours. Buy black

Worst customer service that I have experienced at a tire shop. The guy putting my tires on was very rude. If I wasn't in a hurry to leave due to me living out of state I would have left.

Sitting in front of this shop as I was told I can t be giving a price unless I come to let them see my rim get here owner is not here he told me to come and employee thT is here is saying he can t change the tire his boss has to look at it smh save your time and money typical Black business smh smh my ppl do better what a waste of time

Needed air in my tire and one guy was going to do it. I had my cash ready and a younger guy who works there said no. I arrived at 5pm and their hours on here say they close at 7.

Unprofessional, Rude and Horrible Services. Don t recommend at all! Products are low quality, you ll be looking to replace within two weeks. Takes advantage of women.
