It was very smooth from start to finish. After my first meeting with Rachel, I knew we were in good hands. She kept us informed about the work being done and estimated when it would be completed. She was right on. The customer service was wonderful and the work that was done was excellent. We got the car back cleaner than when we dropped it off. It s the little things that make such a difference. Caliber shows they really care and want to do the best not just in the repair work they do, but in how they treat their customers. Thanks so much!

Amazing Great service and staff. My advisor Jessika kept me updated throughput the entire process and my car was even ready before the date it was scheduled. Everything was managing my car came back to me like new again definitely recommend everyone here

I GOT MY WINDSHIELD REPLACED BY PAUL PETERS AT CALIBER AUTO GLASS AND WHEN I SAY AMAZING WORK. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND HE WAS VERY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL. IF YOU ARE EVER NEEDING GLASS WORK DONE HE IS THE PERSON TO CALL.

Overall a pretty good experience. Jacob (Jake) was the guy who was my point of contact during my repair and he did an excellent job of keeping me updated. Process took a bit longer than expected but items were back ordered and that cones with the territory. Car looks better than before the accident. Very professional, EXACT color match. And Caliber fixed a bullet hole in the side of the ride not part of the claim at cost and later at the fault insurance covered that so I paid zero thanks to Caliber. I would say if you use them make sure to find out when repairs will start. I thought my first visit would be to drop off but that was the assessment, actually couldn't drop off till 2 weeks later and there was some confusion about that. But still a 5 star experience.

Union city shop is top rate. All employees were kind and professional. Wes contacted me twice a week and if something changed he called me immediately. Car was repaired and detailed like brand new. Car was delivered on date specified.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I had a great experience at Caliber Collision, especially due to Rachel and her diligence with getting my car repaired in a timely manner. Management, goes the extra mile!!! I am a satisfied customer. I appreciate the outcome. My car looks exactly like when I purchased it. Recently I experienced an issue with a repair done here, however Harold stepped in and enhanced the beauty of the vehicle. Harold was excellent. He was professionally incline and communicated on all levels of understanding. Harold originally completed my estimate, however Caliber became usually busy and my file was reassigned.I received a call from the assigned person, who completed repairs. I was not happy at first. So I request Harold because he explained thoroughly the estimates and the procedures and assured me that I would receive the best service that Caliber would supply.Management stepped up, I phoned Mr. Shane and he delivered. Harold was assigned to vehicle and I cannot described how beautiful my car looks. It s amazing.They stepped up, showed their integrity and resolved my issue.Caliber put the customer first! Thanks Guys!!Harold and Shane, Thank you for your understanding that things don t always work out perfect the first time but that we are always here to make it right if it doesn t. Unfortunately I hit a deer and caliber collision on 43 3 0 Jonesboro road took care of me Mr. Ed what's phenomenal. His customer service was beyond outstanding I have never had an agent that really took care about my happiness. The repairs came out perfect every time I needed a part he kept me informed I truly truly recommend caliber collision
