Terrible and Lazy. They used glue to attach a piece to my car TWICE .the first time I called they said they apologize and would fix it! I took my car back the second time and instead of fixing it they glued the piece again, but this time the glue was added to the bottom of the piece I m assuming because they thought I wouldn t notice.. but I did. Before leaving Michele told me and assured me they did NOT use anymore glue and that the first time was just a cheap piece and this time they ordered the correct piece so the piece would fit correctly this time and there would be no need for glue and there would be nothing to worry about. But clearly she lied. Michele and another staff member who sits behind the reception desk BOTH told me that the piece was just a snap on piece and so did the manager NO NEED FOR GLUE!!!!!! They even called my phone and told me they don t know why glued was used, but you re allowing the technician to KEEP GLUING PARTS TO MY CAR!!!!!! Before I gave the man my keys I said please do not put any more glue on my car and yet they allowed the technician to use glue again!!!!! If I need a new bumper or if you all need to redo the mess you all have created then just say that and do it right!!!!!!! The technician who worked on my car came to the lobby while I was sitting in the lobby and said it s that Jetta again, it may need a new bumper not knowing I was the owner of the Jetta NOT ONLY DID THEY GLUE PARTS TO MY CAR, during the process paint was scrapped off my bumper. PICTURES OF ALL DAMAGE HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THIS REVIEW!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this location to ANYONE very lazy and unprofessional people (:

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. Everybody was very friendly and very thorough from start to finish during the process. I would highly recommend them. Hopefully I won t need any more repairs anytime soon. But, if a situation arises I know where to go. 10 out of 10.

The front desk attendant and Brandon were very efficient and professional. I was confident my vehicle would be repaired with out any issues. Brandon contacted me every Mon, Wed, & Fri with updates. My vehicle was finished much earlier than the estimated date. Overall the whole process was smooth!

Great customer service. My service technician was Roberto H. and he is very professional, customer oriented, and he answered all my questions as best as possible. My car was deemed totaled in a car accident, and Roberto was very concerned; he informed of how much the repairs would cost and why it would be deemed totaled.

I ve dealt with collision repair in the past, this was by far the best experience ever. Caliber collision took great care of me and my concerns with dealing with my vehicle . I have a very hectic work schedule which causes me to be out of town a lot and they were very accommodating when it came to working around my work schedule. I definitely return to them again if needed, as well as refer them to anyone in need of Collision repair. Brandon was the associate that I dealt with my case, and he went above and beyond To keep me Updated on the status of my vehicle, as well as the process of returning my vehicle back to me. Everything was easy and without a hitch not to mention they did great work. My vehicle looked just like new again!

As a man that runs a business, I do not like bad reviews and will not comment something that is not true. Unlike others experience, I am a very UNSATISFIED client. I had to take my Highlander back about 3 times and will not return. This has been going on since June of 2023. The complete driver side of my suv was repaired and painted poorly. Quarter panel has no shine and was not even buffed. Still has orange peel and deficiencies on the clear coat, ugly double tape exposed in the door and fender trims and uneven where the door meets the quarter panel . I dealt with Roberto which was always willing to take care of the deficiencies but when I would pick it up, repairs still look bad. I have decided that I will NEVER return and will NEVER recommend this shop. They got paid GOOD money but the outcome is NOT good at all. I will also let my insurance company that I am not happy.

The most professional and polite staff ever. This location has the upmost customer service. Called the rental car agency to pick me up and returned it for me upon picking up my vehicle. Repairs were perfect and of quality and done in quick timing. Got my vehicle back in less than a week . I definitely recommend Caliber Collision on Shannon pkwy of Union City!!!!

Hands down, excellent, excellent customer service. Contact person Robert stayed connected and kept us informed with updates every other day just about. Not a single time I was wondering where we are in the repairs. Car looks great also. Looks like it was never hit.

Horrible experience at this caliber collision. It took a month to get my car back and it still wasn t repaired correctly. I have to take it back to get a piece put on that wasn t on when I picked it up and 7000$ later my car still has the sand sound it had when I dropped it off. They replaced my catalytic converter and exhaust but I still have a loud sound on start up. My bumper and hood has a plastic piece protruding out so I have to take it back for that too but their ours are mon-Fri same as my work hours. I didn t have the car for a month and now I have to find time to take it back such an inconvenience why is not completed after 7000$.

Excellent Service. Courteous and informative. Beautiful paint job. I did experience one caveat, Michaelle. Michaelle has a tendency to speak over and dominate a conversation. There was a small issue to be resolved with my vehicle and Michaelle was not amiable to having it fixed. Luckily USAA agreed to resolve it. However when inquiring for an update Michaelle does not return phone calls. I truly recommend the shop despite one Associate.

Collision repair; it was top of the line professional and I couldn t even tell my vehicle was in a accident when they got finished with it! Brandon took care of me and was extremely professional and kept me up to date with everything! I d definitely recommend this company!

After a fender bender I took my car to Caliber Collision and they instantly got to work to fix my vehicle. I was worried if the timing to complete my vehicle would match up to the date in which my rental had to be returned, and Caliber made it happen.The job was done nice and I was informed of the repairs almost daily.Great job Caliber Collision. A most excellent experience from my initial phone contact from receptionist to advisor to the manager. I was kept informed frequently by my advisor, Roberto, as the repairs being made and when my SUV would be ready for pick up. Their Customer Service exceeded my expectations which are pretty high. I will certainly recommend Calibur to family and friends should the need arise.
