Non-responsive, order in limbo, impossible to communicate with them. They held up my entire order because they thought I'd ordered the wrong $10 transistor; even though BMW told me it was the right part. I've ordered from them before, it was great. But I'm really feeling the burn this time. I've never had this problem before with FCP Euro, but it generally takes a bit longer to get stuff delivered; that's why I chose this business for this time critical delivery. First and only comm from them was 6 days ago saying the transistor isn't on my vin supplied. yes, that was correct but BMW deleted a water temp sensor on the new hose and that was the work-around; published everywhere online, fcp Euro, and through BMW. I'm just trying to figure out if I need to cancel this order and get it somewhere else or what?

I have ordered multiple times from BMW of South Atlanta.They are a real parts department with a reasonably priced web presence.Help if you need. Questions for you if something seems a little off. Prompt shipping.What else do you want?

I'm pretty neutral about this place. Seems like things can be done better, but mainly I would fix the website. A lot of web commerce sites have no clue what they have in stock so they need their employees to constantly play this game of going to customers asking if they want the "rest" of the order. Not really the staff's fault...but there was zero communication after I responded promptly. Just a cancelled order. I will probably stick to rockauto and avoid this place in the future.

I placed a parts order on June 29th because online was saying they had the parts in stock and delivery was going to be between June 30th and July 4th. I was told on July first they did not have all the parts in stock and i could cancel the order ifni wanted to, so i did via phone and also send a message thru the BMW webiste to make sure they cancel the order PLUS CALL numerous time and they stop answering the phone. Well, i just got an email saying the parts are in transit. I already purchased the parts from another BMW dealership, and i will be stuck with parts i dont need. Now of a return them i will get hit with a 15% restocking fee. WORST DEALERSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER DEAL WITH

Great service and fair prices. I appreciate the help they are providing in helping me restore my 1981 e21 and were I to buy a newer car, I'd consider the dealership.

Placed an order online. Order process was seamlessly easy and straightforward. Communication via email was nearly instant. Shipping was much quicker than anticipated. I definitely look forward to doing business with BMW of South Atlanta Parts again. Great job.

I occasionally buy parts from here for substantially less cost and fast shipping Despite the fact that I have a local dealership about 10 mins from me in Santa Monica where prices are simply outrageous.

Best price anywhere and shipping so fast that I was not prepared for the part because I though it would surely take longer to arrive than 2 days. The part was shipped via fed-x. I will continue to use this dealership.Thanks for proving that you can get great customer service. I just had the part install and was told the car is ready so I will see how it performs but I must still give 5 stars at this point

Competitive pricing with good service. The shipping time has always been very good. It would be helpful, though, if their site was searchable based upon the VIN number similar to some other online BMW parts sites.

Excellent service. Parts manager gave correct advice about part I ordered and another I did not. Shipment was immediate and price was reasonable (at least for BMW parts). I really appreciate being able to use the dealership's website which provides access to BMW's parts catalogue

Ordered a part online and it was totally hassle free.Local dealer in Alexandria, Va could not find the part in their system. I found the part myself at this store's website. Part had to be ordered from Germany and it got to my door much quicker than it was estimated. Great communication throughout the whole process. Definitely the place to order BMW oem parts.

Purchased rear brake rotors for my 06 550i price was outstanding and shipping was fast they arrived in South Florida in just 2 days.(New review 2/14/18)Purchased some air intake parts for my newly acquired E34 530i last week, the order started processing on Monday and I received the parts on Friday which was a day earlier than notified it would be, but a little disappointed after getting my last order in 2 days. Still a 5 star review the parts were spot on and fixed the problem, it is nice to see someone with competitive prices on OEM parts that they actually have in stock. 2 Thumbs Up!!!(Update 3/8/18)Still 5 stars placed another order and shipping got it out the door very fast received it in 2 days from shipping date, and again parts were spot on!!! Great job!!! Thanks!!!

I'm very happy with the service they provide. The stock of parts is incredible, you can get everything from little cable connectors to big bumpers. Prices are very competitive in some cases better than other places famous for they cheap prices. You can buy with the confidence that you'll receive original BMW parts. Happy customer right here.

I was concerned when I saw that PayPal was the only option for payment and thought maybe I was being scammed but my parts came in a timely manner. Mike in parts has great customer relations skills. I will definitely be using these guys again. Also I live in California and it was still cheaper to by and ship across the country. Very satisfied.

BMW South Atlanta Staff are great at processing orders in a timely manner, overseeing correct parts ordered by VIN. Parts arrived quickly. Will definitely continue to do business with them for most parts.Would caution folks purchasing sensitive parts such as AC lines. Two of the new AC lines I ordered arrived with small spots of corrosion inside the aluminum lines, they were not capped on the ends like their supposed to be, and one of the lines looked old and had vertical line marks on the O-rings and appeared to be installed and then removed. Could have been from the factory during manufacturing? Who knows..... White corrosion inside aluminum lines is a sure sign of improper storage in high humidity for extended periods (years). Just hope it doesn't cause any issues with debris breaking loose and clogging the condenser or evaporator.Hate to post negative comments but, if it were your car, would you want to pay dealer prices for old parts?all other parts ordered have been fine.

Competitive prices, fast shipping, Original BMW parts, Online Customer Service.07/2000 E46 323i needed production installed water pipes replaced due to deterioration. VIN requested for verification. Brian was helpful and gave me the information I needed. Thanks for the painless parts experience. I wish I could say the same thing about the repair, but 22 years and over 117K is impressive. Says a lot about the original quality of BMW Cars on through the Millennium. Thanks again!

They had a very uncommon ('06 BMW 760Li) vehicle's parts in stock. It shipped and arrived sooner than other store's order confirmation arrives in my email. Fantastic setup. I will definitely be using them the next time I need a part.

I like the way the online Web page is set up. Scroll down the list to select your vehicle. Then pictures and associated part numbers with prices.The frustrating issue is the no longer available parts are not updated. Hours of making an order, a few days later I get email apologizing for non available parts. We assume if listed prices are more than $0 it is available.The next issue is if they need to get parts from Germany they hold all your in stock parts hostage for 2-3 weeks.The internet parts department has limited hours and not the same as calling regular parts department phone number. So don't expect to call parts number and resolve your issues.They will give you a internet number and I got a voice mail when calling.My first shipment took about 2 weeks with arriving with smashed plastic bushings from poor packing.The second order for hoses and gaskets I canceled, because of non available part emails left me without major needs.Shipping cost are high compared to USPS flat rate.

Best pricing I have found anywhere for OEM BMW parts. Mike in the parts department is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The ordering and tracking process is streamlined and everything I ordered was correct, damage free and arrived within a few days. I'll be ordering from them again.

I Purchased online a part for a BMW i ordered in good faith and i am experiencing the worst customer, I did not expect to be Taken as i thought they were a reputable Company.I ordered a part and got a email confirming the part i wanted they sent a completely different # as per Photos, Now they do not return calls i have made to them. I would not recommend this BMW DEALER.

Bought parts online and the shopping was very easy with parts organized in groups with pictures, all parts for any assembly and the number of parts needed by model. Very easy and good communication via email on status, including the FedEx tracking number.

Great service! This is the second time I have ordered from BMW of South Atlanta. Each time when I ordered, they took the time to verify based upon my VIN that it was correct. This time it actually was not. They came back to me and asked if I wanted the correct part. This prevented my receipt of the incorrect part which I had indeed ordered. Nice preemptive service.

I ordered a gas tank cover hoping that an old one was causing the check engine light to come on and off. It came much quicker than I thought it would and fit perfectly. The light has not come on since installing. I would recommend this company and use them again.

First order was fine. Over ordered some plastic parts. Was hard to tell from exploded view what to order. Better to have a few extra parts than not enough. Second order was sent USPS! To my office. Not here all hours of the day. So lazy mail man had it sent back. I never received a pick up slip or anything. The USPS shipping cost more than the part. Is pitiful really. Still no parts.... A month later.

I made a counter offer 8n the 540i which was laughed at. I explained I had researched the cars and my offer was comparable including all of the extras in car.The salesman cane back with a counter that I did not want. He simply said good luck. I told him I wanted a lower monthly note he did not even ask what that was. He did not expect me to negotiate the price. I feel like her thought he could fast talk ne unto buying the cars

We needed the parts before Christmas & UPS was closing earlier Friday on the day Mike was able to ship it to us. So we wouldn't have gotten it by Wednesday after Christmas but Mike expedited the order to get it to him so he could get it to us by that Friday at no extra charge. We are very pleased with Mike. Thank u Mike.

The exploded diagrams made buying all the small parts for a strut installation very easy. Parts were shipped in a timely manner and well marked when they arrived. Having to sign for the delivery seemed unnecessary but easily dealt with. Parts and delivery not inexpensive but will probably use again when needing something hard to source for my M3.
