Go see Michael Phillips if you are in the market for a new whip. Got this beauty Saturday December 16 and only took 4 hours. Michael was professional and patient. Great salesman who didn't pressure me into a sale. Thanks again Michael and Hussain in Finance. A great customer service experience.

Service as well as Customer service was HORRIBLE!!!!!!I brought my 2012 X3 in for a routine maintenance oil change and to check my radio/dashboard display due to a DELAY with coming on at time of push start. My vehicle was there for 6 days!!!!! My scheduled appt was 12/19/2023 @ 8:30am. No offer of a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience!!!!When I finally picked it up on 12/27/2023 the check engine light was on, a hazard light showing, time wasn't showing and date shown was 12/20/2023. See photo attached.As a black female being told by two white males, I was told it was nothing they could do about this. I was also UTTERLY insulted to tell me that my check engine light was on at time of drop off. At this point you're insulting my intelligence and BMW of South Atlanta not taking accountability of doing a SHABBY JOB!!!! I was also told my vehicle is 11yrs old and its old. I have only 109K miles and it's WELL taken care of. We also have other BMW that are in EXCELLENT condition due to our care!!!!! I feel if I was white I wouldn't have received this type of treatment!!!!!I bring my vehicle to professionals because I EXPECT PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!!!I was treated as though I was beneath them!!!!!!!I will NEVER bring my vehicle back to BMW of South Atlanta and will NOT recommend anyone else to do so!!!!!

We purchased a 2024 X7 from BMW south Atlanta after back and forth decision Mercedes or BMW. The X7 is hands down the better vehicle for your money. Kendall Tate and Sam Brutus were extremely helpful answering our many questions (twice). No pressures. Great people at this dealership. Highly recommend 5 stars!

A great purchase experience! We found the car we wanted and drove from Kentucky to make the purchase. Mike our salesperson was amazing. He was very helpful and helped us get a great deal. The sales manager was also very helpful and everyone did a great job in their part of the purchase process. We would definitely travel to this dealership again and highly recommend them.

I was greeted upon arrival and was given instructions of what to expect. Directed to the waiting area an await my advisor. My advisor Albert kept me informed as to the progress of my service appointment. All went well and in a timely fashion. The service provide went great and my vehicle is preforming very well. Exceptional service done well and I would gladly return.

I brought my car in for an oil change today. My car was driven out front and left there for 2 hours. No one followed up with me or inquired as to why my SUV was just sitting right outside the garage. I just happened to notice and asked why was it sitting there. I later found out that the truck had not been serviced. My advisor forgot the truck was there and the others assumed it was a drop off. I never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of communication. I will not be returning. I would rather take my vehicle two hours away, in a community where I know the customer or the vehicle will not be forgotten.

I appreciate the courtesy greetings when showing up for my appointment! The Lobby is very accommodating with different types of snacks and drinks , free to the BMW customers waiting for the completion of their vehicle's service. They recommend but easily respect your decisions. I've never had a bad experience since I have been a BMW driver .I've only allowed BMW of South Atlanta to service my 2014 BMW 320i since my purchase. Thanks again for another Wonderful Service experience BMW of South Atlanta!! You're an Amazing Team and the Technicians are very professional and detailed!!!Ps: The courtesy car wash was thoroughlyProfessional also!!!

I'd been calling BMW of South Atlanta all day and no one picked up the phone. The one time that someone did answer, I was placed on hold and was never checked on again. I knew that the only way I would get an update on my car was to physically be at the dealership.While en route to the dealership, I ran over a hole that I couldn't avoid. Only .3 miles out, I had two flat tires and needed to replace two rims/wheels. I filled out the service form and left the service desk with my key. I came back the next day and the woman (Crystal) at the desk couldn't find me in the system. Crystal had a nasty attitude and made it seem like it was my fault that I wasn't in their system. I was *this* close to catching an attitude back with her, but I exercised control over my spirit, as I do profess to be a Godly woman. After they finally found my vehicle, I didn't receive an apology for her nasty attitude.Thankfully, Tommy was able to salvage my experience. He was thorough, informative, and compassionate to the service that I needed on my car.

First and foremost, I want to thank the staff at BMW South Fulton for always being nice and respectful to their customers. However, Mr. Jerry, Mr. Alfred, and Mr. Alex really sealed the deal with me as a forever customer because they actually went above and beyond to address my concerns. I ve only been to this service dept twice & neither experience was satisfactory. However they stalk you to leave a review & demand all 10 s or they fail they claim. I brought my car in for a few things but one issue was the radio. The service person told me that the issue was known as well a sir was common. He said they reset my radio back to factory & if the problem persists, they would replace it. That was September 2023. It s January 2024 & I brought it back because the known & common issue, persisted. However, I m now told that there s nothing wrong with the radio. Update your phone . My phone is updated. They just refused to fix the issue. I ve heard various complaints about this dealership but it s close to my house and convenient so I went there but now I m gonna have to go out of my way and go to a dealership where Customer Service comes first whether you re buying a car getting a warranty service or paying for a vehicle service it seems at BMW if you re not paying for anything you don t get the assistance necessary.

I made BMW my car after my first purchase back in the 80 s starting with Chris BMW and Nalley BMW. Moving forward I came to BMW of South Atlanta and I have made it my BMW home. I have purchased six cars, from this dealership and the customers service client advisor and financial dealings were all 5+ stars. You the customer are most important and the personnel go above and beyond. My client advisor Mr Vince George, finance Mr Ken Wilson and service advisor Alfred Roberts get 10 stars. Thank you BMW of South Atlanta for always being there for me. I am BMW for life. Love the ultimate driving machine

Utterly Neglected and Disrespected at BMW South - Union City.I entrusted my car to BMW South - Union City at 8:00 AM, only to be met with a cascade of letdowns. My usual service advisor, Troy, was unavailable, and I was redirected to Alfred. He immediately bombarded me with a list of service recommendations, overlooking my explicit concern: a mysterious leak in my garage. I emphasized the urgency of diagnosing the leak, yet my pleas seemed to fall on deaf ears.Throughout the day, I was shrouded in silence. My repeated calls, nine in total, were met with a voicemail abyss, and my messages seemingly vanished into the ether. The clock ticked away to 6:30 PM, and in sheer desperation, I implored another staff member to interrupt this cycle of neglect. Alfred s subsequent call was a jolt of discourtesy; he conveyed annoyance rather than apologies, further souring the experience.His abrupt revelation of a $1,500 quote to repair a radiator hose felt like a slap in the face, considering the day s communication fiasco. I was not prepared for such an on-the-spot expense, which seemed to irk Alfred even more. The day ended with my keys coldly left at security, a stark symbol of the frosty, impersonal service I received.This experience was a glaring contradiction to the luxury and care one would expect from BMW. I departed feeling not only disappointed but utterly disrespected a sentiment no customer should ever be left

I visited the dealership service department and dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am sharp. I never received an update once my vehicle was dropped off so I called BMW around 11:30. I was told that my new service advisor Chesile called out, which was unprofessional. Then I was transferred to a service manager Joseph Robbins. The lack of professionalism I received from him was appalling, when I mentioned I can t wait until I receive my survey to give feedback. Mr. Robbin s said my car will be parked outside and waiting for me that they are refusing me as a customer. I value customer service and as a healthcare provider that truly made me feel like a criminal besides the racist look he gave me as I returned to retrieve my car. That tells me that Mr. Robbin s is concerned more about Metrics than customer satisfaction. Beware of Union City BMW service department.Dr.G

Elbert Cobbs is the best! If you are in the Atlanta area and are in search for a vehicle, be sure to ask for Elbert. Not only am I an an out-of-state buyer, but I am also a first-time car buyer and Elbert was fantastic every step of the way. While I was 1000 miles away, distance didn't feel like a factor in our communication. He was communicative through phone, text, and emailing and was very informative.From hopping on a phone call after hours to discuss the vehicle, to going to the dealership on his day off to ensure my car was loaded on the trailer properly for it to be shipped to me, Elbert really went the extra mile to ensure the process was seamless.I am very happy about my purchase and I can't recommend Elbert enough to future car buyers - you don't regret it.

I got my car yesterday. It was a very smooth process from the minute we walked in to driving away. Admire was very nice and knowledgeable. He exceeded our expectations. From the exact car we wanted to even providing a bow since it is my birthday.If you re thinking about getting a car there. Ask for Admire. He was very great to work with.

had one of the worst experiences with this locations service department.I m so disappointed not only at how they dropped the ball in missing a problem on a diagnosis that I paid $170 for, the customer service experience was horrible.The service advisor appeared very aggravated with explaining the issues and although I requested toSpeak with a manager 3 timesThe manager never came over tospeak with me. I asked to speak with a tech that s been working on the car and although I patiently waited 5 hours he wasStill some how too busy to come and speak with me.I was not irate I just wanted and understanding on what s really going on with my vehicle.I trusted you all because you reA BMW dealer. I wouldn t recommend anyone take their car here for service.It s worth taking the drive across town to the Global Imports location.I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and corporate

I pulled into the service center and was immediately directed into the bay. Lawrence assisted me and kept me informed throughout my service. The wait was a little long for a diagnostic however to my surprise the problem was fixed and covered by my warranty. By the time I found out what was even wrong I was ready to go. They even washed my car before I left.

My service advisor was Ns Jackie Brown and in my opinion she was absolutely phenomenal, her level of customer service was definitely superior, very professional., friendly and showed a level red k of care , that lady has a very nurturing personality .Once she realized that I was waiting on my vehicle she managed to expedite my service. .My experience with BMW SOUTH has been good so far J hope that I will no be disappointed in the future mechanical service wise and customer service wise .Again a sincere thank you to Ms Jackie Brown , I truly think I am going to loose this lady as my advisor, it won t be long until she get promoted to a management position,When I tell you good customer service and skills I am not exaggerating!Don t hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.A.
