Great place, with great man owning it. He gives you a fair price and a loyal customer discount (so far we got 2 cars from him, and I'm gonna by my next car from him too). Also, that man is a passionate car enthusiast. We have some really nice cars sitting in his parking lot. There were plenty of sports cars and even hydrogen powered Toyota Mirai and brand new Prius 2023 in limited trim (that car is dope). You can test-drive any car on the lot (unless they are in a garage, cause they are already sold).

Great dealership with very friendly people. I bought a nissan leaf from them about 7 months ago and so far it is a great car with absolutely no problems. There were no crazy added fees (no doc fee etc) so the buying process was hassle free. In the future if I decide to get a tesla or any other ev I would most definitely come back to this dealership.

I got this 2009 jeep wrangler for a great price, the owner was extremely nice helpful. they had no fees and almost no wait time, overall a great experience and will be back next time i m looking for a new vehicle for a great price

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was the best car buying experience I ever had. The staff was very helpful and didn't try to pressure you into purchasing anything. The cars are very nice and the prices are amazing. They didn't charge a lot fees like all the other dealership we visited. This is a GREAT place to purchase a vehicle.

The incompetence or dishonesty of BMVW is astonishing. Upon calling and speaking to Rebecca regarding the red 2018 Model S 100D (Stock #288730), I explicitly asked about any cosmetic imperfections, emphasizing my willingness to make a 4-hour round trip to buy the car contingent upon accurate information. Her assurance that the car was 'excellent' misled me entirely. I must also say I told Rebecca, I m very particular, but if my expectations are set properly I m easy to work with. The attached pictures that I took yesterday reveal significant damage, notably to the passenger side rocker panel, which could possibly compromise the battery. I don t believe for a second that BMVW is qualified to assess battery damage based on what I saw yesterday. Also note, BMVW posts multiple pictures of cars they have for sale but seem very good at not posting picture of obvious damage.Upon confronting the manager whose name eludes me about this blatant misrepresentation, I was met with excuses, claiming my expectations were too high for the model year. Keep in mind, he and Rebecca were the ones that set my expectations in my initial call. It's crucial to note that both the red 2018 and the grey 2017 Model S 90D (Stock #189868) I was shown after expressing my frustrations suffered similar damage, underscoring a pattern of deceit.My warning to potential buyers is clear: don't waste your time. BMVW's attempt to justify these vehicles by listing prices below market value does not excuse their false claims of 'excellent' condition. Their inability to accurately represent the cars they sell is appalling and potentially hazardous. Avoid these misrepresented vehicles unless you're willing to accept such substantial damage.In conclusion, BMVW's blatant misrepresentation of these cars as 'excellent' is a disservice to consumers and a stain on their credibility. Potential buyers deserve honesty and transparency, neither of which this dealership seems capable of providing.

My wife bought her Honda Civic from BMVW last year, and I came back last week to buy an almost new Toyota Corolla. It was a great experience. Both times we looked at the car online, came in and saw it was exactly as described! No sales person hovering over me while I looked it over, and more importantly NO FEE'S! The people inside were able to answer all of my questions and arrange my financing with Capital One. The owner gave me a great deal for a my trade in and I was out the door with my new car in less than an hour. Thanks BMVW!

I had a great experience buying my Lexus GX 460 from BMVW. Their inventory was extensive and had some very cool and rare cars. Price was good and no hidden fees! They were also very patient with me having issues with my bank.

Buying a car at BMVW was literally one of the easiest transactions I ve ever had. No extra or hidden fees, excellent service, and a quality vehicle sold at the rates I saw online. I was blown away at how easy the entire process was from start to finish. I won t be buying cars anywhere else.

BMVW gets my highest recommendation. I have always dreaded buying a car or motorcycle mainly because of two things: 1. deceptive and evasive practices that make me feel the dealer is constantly trying to get one over on me, and 2. seemingly endless extra fees that act as a bait and switch when you actually try to buy the thing. BMVW has none of either of these things.The car I bought is exactly what they said it was. The experience of buying it was positive and contained no surprises. I was offered a reasonable value for my trade. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, this place deserves your business. I drove 400 miles to buy from them and would again.

I purchased my 1st EV a Audi etron from BMVW in June 2023 and had a great experience. The test drive and purchase process was simple and easy. I was probably in and out in about an hour. Staff was super helpful in explaining details of the electric vehicle and made me feel comfortable owing one. No pressure at all! Will definitely go back for my next vehicle.

I loved dealing with this dealership even though I didn't end up buying a car. They were so helpful even getting me financing beforehand as I was coming from out of state, and then when I didn't love the car they let me back out and were still super helpful. Had the privilege of working with Tyra and Milad on recent cars purchase for my Wife and myself, and they didn't disappoint. Every phone call, every text message responded to they both actually listen to our needs and budget. There's was no pressure. I remember Tyra telling me over the phone " I'm gonna put you in that car" and she did.Thanks to all Management involved with both transactions. Most impressive we were both finished less than 2 hours. Thanks staff we are gonna enjoy these peace out.

I m a new EV owner. I just recently bought a 2015 Tesla Model S from BMVW Cars. I drove it from Ga to CT and the car runs smooth. I have had no issues. I highly recommend buying from them. The owner will work with you to give you the best deal. I assure you that you will walk out of there satisfied.

The BEST Car buying experience I have ever had (we bought a 2008 Chevy HHR) ! At BMVW Auto Sales, the customer engagment and customer service was Top Notch and phenomial to say the least ! For background, I've been buying cars from dealerships for nearly 35 years. BMVW has the quickest, no hassle, no haggle, easiest, and most plesant car buying experience you could ask for. In a nutshell, you fill out the check-in form, they copy your driver's license, you test drive the car, give them your bank pre-approval check, sign some paperwork, grab your keys and your DONE! Awesome customer experience that I highly recommend with enthusiam. I will definitely be buying another vehicle from BMVW again in the near future!

Purchased a Lexus hybrid in May 2023. The price was right, everyone was professional and not hovering over you on the lot. EASY process, no issues with doing a test drive twice ..It I need to take to my mechanic I could have with no issue.. just an overall SMOOTH and great experience, not alot of drama! Nice workers great customers service. Very easy getting set up and approved. They move and work fast. I would recommend to any and everybody. Nooo it is not a scam and nooo it is not a bait and switch. First come first served and they are going fast, those cars don t sit to long on the lot. Best car buying experience I could ask for. less than 30-45 min after walking in the door I got my keys and drove off the lot.

I recently purchased a cargo van from BMVW. I appreciate their pricing model. It's hassle-free, take it or leave it. I showed up, signed a waiver, took the keys, checked out the car and drove it. They did not follow me outside and they barely even spoke to me, aside from getting a copy my ID.I had a third-party inspector come and look at the van for $150. I used Josh Wright from Wright Automotive Touch Mobile Mechanic. I highly recommend him. He was very thorough and professional.He found some things I should be aware of and gave me a price estimate on all the minor issues that should be addressed. He let me know the vehicle was still a good deal. He did catch a dented shock. This was the one thing the dealer agreed to replace in his shop. He replaced it and I bought the van.The price of the vehicle that's listed on the website is the price you'll pay (not including tax). No hidden fees and the vehicles are priced to sell. The sales manager, Mike, is very chill and the women working the office are kind and helpful.

Mike and his team are incredible - best car buying experience ever, by a mile. No hidden fees. No lipstick on a pig they took detailed videos and showed any dings and dents thoroughly.Set up the entire transaction remotely. All i had to do was pick up the keys and drive off!Price on VW ID.4 was 5k less than anything else in the country too! Great condition.Would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking, regardless of where you are in the country!

These folks are awesome! I just bought a used 2021 truck from them and I can honestly say, I've NEVER had a smoother quicker, more painless car buying experience in my 60 years. I called ahead about the truck in question, and then drove over to check it out. It was waiting on me and they had the key ready for me to check it out and test drive. I decided to buy it, and put down a deposit on my CC since i didnt have the bank check with me. I went back the next morning with bank check to finish the deal, and they had pre-printed everything so that I spent at most 10 minutes signing everything and then driving off with my new (to me) truck! Price was as seen on their website with no hidden dealership fees. Absolutely the smoothest, trouble free car purchase ever!

My commute recently increased so my wife and I decided that we would like to buy a hybrid or electric vehicle to save money. We decided on a hybrid after considering our typical usage.We shopped around online with no models in mind but rather looking for value. We found a well priced Gen 4 Prius Touring in great shape at BMVW and decided to check it out. We were seriously impressed with their business as it was well managed, had an amazing selection of hybrid and electric vehicles, knowledgeable ownership and friendly people. They also have a partnership with Tesla and are building an EV Autoservice shop next door.We did a test drive and I liked it. I had never driven a hybrid but have driven EVs before. We were satisfied with the driving experience and cargo space, so we bought it.They made the process super easy and our salesman Mike was great. The owner is friendly and really passionate about EVs. The administrative staff was friendly too. They are helpful but not in the least pushy and the listed price is the final price. No haggling. You pay taxes and they cover tag and title.I would definitely purchase another vehicle from BMVW when the need arises. I m actually looking forward to it.

Bought a Honda Accord Hybrid for myself. It is a great car feels like brand new. Mike is soo kind and takes care of everything. They have lot of cars and all are good conditioned and well maintained. I recommend all to go this place to find good car in good price .

Purchase a 2018 Jeep Wrangler 12/3/22. Overall positive experience. Dealt with the owner himself reasonable person and genuine. I originally had trouble with the vehicle, but the owner resolved, which says a lot about the company that they are willing to fix problems when they arise. The staff and Mike are friendly. I recommend doing business with this dealership. They ve been around since 1989. I purchased a jeep wrangler, but their lot is huge and they have great selection of EV vehicles.

I just purchased my first EV. It is a 2022 Audi E-tron and I love it! I have known the owner over 30 years and there is not a more honest man. There were no surprise fees or dealer add-ons.The staff is great and so knowledgeable about EVs and Hybrids. The owner is a Georgia Tech grad and is passionate about EVs. He knows all the detail specs around range, charging rates and differences between manufacturers. The staff is well-suited to help a buyer decide between ICE, Hybrids and EVs and they have a lot of experience with each. The sales process couldn t have been easier and again, no surprises! I have purchased a total of 8 cars from BMVW over 15 years and I live 50 miles from the dealership but it is well worth the drive. They also installed an EV charger at my house for the next day. Just a fantastic experience all around!
