I read the online comments about Bella Nissan and they were not great. But whatever issues this dealership has had in the past is definitely something they are trying to correct. I liked the ability to book my appointment online and for it to be honored when I arrived. I've tried doing this at other dealerships, and they had no record of my appointment when I arrived. They work was done on time and at a reasonable price. Love the shuttle service back to my office...exceptional service.The only part of the experience that I found less that great is the language and interaction of the staff with each other. You should always conduct yourselves in a professional manner. If you act one way when you think no customers are arround and a different way when they are, one day you'll offend a customer you don't know is there....and your insincere apology after the incident will not mean much.

I just had the best experience ever in purchasing a vehicle . If you are in search of a Nissan, go to Nissan of Union City and ask for Ricardo Ward he will take care of you. The entire staff were pleasant to work with made it a pleasant buying experience. Thank you Ricardo and Nissan of Union City

Service was great. I had a nice talk with Autumn Grey, she got me scheduled quickly and even followed up after to ensure everything went well. Abdul was my service provider, had me in and out for my oil change within the hour.

Just bought 2023 Nissan Kicks and i love it!! Salesman Cameron G. will take good care of you! When you go in tell them you want your dream car and he will make it happen! Finance dept was fast and efficient! Excellent customer service!They will teach you everything about your new car before you leave!!Ask for Cameron!!

I have been here since 10:30am trying to buy a vehicle. The math wasn't matching between insurance and the note. As a single parent I can only afford so much. These gentlemen have gone above and beyond to assist me. They refused to give up on me. I wanted to give up and walk away. These guys made sure I had good insurance, a clean car, and an AFFORDABLE note. I truly appreciate how well they took of me and my daughter.

I was serviced by Shantell when I went to get my oil changed. Awesome customer service. I had a issue with my key so she had a young lady named Shawn come talk to me and she said she would follow up. Both of these ladies are high level associates providing quality care. I will definitely be coming back.

Damonte is a wonderful service advisor. Although, I have been a Nissan customer for years he renewed me revisiting union city. He is thorough and personable. I truly believe him to be an asset to your company. Good customer service can be hard to find at times. He repeatedly goes over and beyond and makes each customer feel they matter. I can t recall visiting the location and him not having a smile on his face. Special thanks to him.

Mr.Ricardo was a wonderful with helping me look for a car. He made sure that I got the best deal . He let me take my time, test driving the vehicle. He answered every question I had . He was very patient with me . He made sure I looked at a few options in my price range. I would highly recommend anyone to ask for him if they ever come to the Nissan dealership.

I was looking to buy a used Nissan Altima (2017), from a private seller, for my son. I took it to Nissan of UC to be inspected. It just so happened that I had a friend drive one of my other vehicles that happened to be a Pathfinder. Not only did they inspect the Altima very thoroughly, but they took the pathfinder in and performed all the recalls and updates that was issued on it and did a courtesy inspection on the pathfinder. When I went to pick the cars up, they also washed them both. To top it all off, they provided a pair of UV glasses so I could watch the Eclipse which was taking place while the vehicles were being serviced. Walking into this place is like walking into a den of vipers. Don't get me wrong, the salesman was great but it was the sales manager that was the problem. He did not honor the price of a new vehicle in spite of consumer protection laws against deceptive advertising. He claimed he knows the law but that's laughable especially since he tried to charge me a doc fee when the dealers website says that the doc fee was included in the sales price. He doesn't even know what is on their own website, so you expect me to believe you know consumer laws? I'm still shaking my head at this guy lol. Very unprofessional for a sales manager. I would stay as far away from this dealership as you can.

No communication from no one at this location. I had to call and call, and still wasn't able to speak with the right person. Had to pay an unexpected bill and I was not notified in advance of the amount that needed to be paid. I'm hoping that they understand the importance of other people time, and treat each customer as a priority as they should be treated because they are spending their hard earned money with them. And I wish I could have given them no star's.

I took my Nissan in for a transmission replacement. Gabi and Warren were able to help me find a good deal, and replace it all within 3 days. They also gave me a heads up about some other things I need to replace on my car. They were very nice, professional, and helpful. I will be coming back!

Sale person did a great job in selling me a brand new kicks. Only problem is the time it took to sign paper work with finance. The wrong Vin number was on the paperwork and this resulted in more time. When coming to pick up the vehicle more paperwork had to be signed which took an even longer time. All this occurred during my work hours.

The lady who assisted me, I can t recall her name, was so nice and helpful. The service was speedy, yet effective. She even showed me some new tricks on my dashboard when she didn t need to. She was the BEST!!

Words cannot even begin to express the amount of gratitude I feel for the service guys! Dan and his wonderful mechanics really are thorough and make sure they help you understand everything in detail. They make you feel very safe to be in their hands. I also met Gabbi although breif interactions each time she was absolutely wonderful so sweet and wanting to make sure you are taken care of. They are a wonderful team I will not be going anywhere else for my service! If you want to put your car in great hands and feel like family this nissan dealership is the way to go!

It is with great pleasure that I recommend the service department at this location. I know how hard it can be to find a good one, so I'm happy to put people on! I've lived in three states and have visited at least half a dozen Nissan locations around the country - if not more - and this is certainly among the best! The staff here are awesome. Ms. Terry took great care of me, but Mr. Stan and everyone else I encountered there were equally amazing!I went in for an appointment that I was able to schedule a couple of days before. I had three concerns to be addressed after a long road trip and I was shocked by how quickly they were able to service my vehicle. I didn't get a look inside because I was shuttled home but my experience from beginning to end was excellent! I will be back for all of my service needs as long as I'm in town. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

It was good experience in purchasing a Car from Nissan south union city. This is my first car. Sean Culmer(Sales consultant) was super cool in explaining the things and answering my queries. He is dealing the customers in a good and polite manner which is a must having skill. I visited many showrooms and spoke with many sales representatives. Among them, Sean culmer was the best. Overall buying experience with Nissan union city was nice.

I had a great experience while going through the process of purchasing my vehicle here at Nissan of Union City. Rikkie Vance did an outstanding job with helping me through this process. I recommend this dealership. Ask for Rikkie Vance when you get there, you wont be disappointed.! He helped me out with the total loss of my 2019 hyundai sonata, he had me riding again in just two weeks. I love my new 2022 Honda HR-V.
