Thanks to Keydoor, he made my experience one to remember. The cashier was telling me it was a long wait to get my light bulb changed, but Keydoor came right up and took care of it for me. He was a professional and well manner thank you for your kindness it's really hard to find good customer service, so when I experience it, I love to write reviews about my experience.

Thank you to Keydoor! He changed our brake light out easy and fast! We tried to offer a tip and he kindly refused and said leave a review!! Thank you! I didn t get a chance to get the lady inside name but she was awesome too!!

We had made a battery purchase and had to come back and do an exchange because it was the wrong battery, the associate named keydoor (excuse the spelling) he came outside checked the battery and helped us with getting the correct battery, he also put it in for us. He was a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. It s so nice to still see that customer service is number 1. Thanks again keydoor for all of your help.

Aye that guy Keydoor was the best guy to ask for help. He assisted me in minutes, said all he wanted was a review, and continued to assist other customers with efficiency. Besides the older gentlemen y all have working there Keydoor is a great addition. Thank y all

I was a little nervous when walking into AutoZone this morning. I had never bought a battery before. Keydoor was able to find the type of battery I needed and explained to me the different types and how they would work for my SUV. He even installed it for me, and explained each step while swapping the batteries out. I truly appreciate him.

I went to Auto zone on Roosevelt hwy this afternoon to pick up a mirror that I ordered and received the best customer service ever experienced by Keydoor L. . I actually needed tail light. He went out to check it then after I purchased he put it on. Then help put a cover for my wheel that was very difficult to put on. He really made my day. You find good service like this everywhere . Thank you

I visit auto zone on Roosevelt hwy today 1/25/24 @ 130 pm . As a woman not knowing anything about my truck not even something as simple as a head light bulb. A young man helped me out, he was patient and nice i ask him was he the Manger he replied YES. I SAID AS YOU SHOULD BE!!! THANK YOU MR. KEYDOOR. L !!!

I went in the store to buy oil walked up to the counter and asked the sales associate mark what's the difference between the oils because I am a woman and I did not know he told me to read it .every time that I have entered into this store on highway 29 Roosevelt highway in Union City that's a sales associate are awful all of them need to be fired

I visited Autozone in Union City today for a new battery for my vehicle after it died at the gas station today. Manager Keydoor L and Mark D. assisted me with the purchase and replacing the new battery. I honestly couldn t be more thankful to have met these two gentlemen. The battery was pretty challenging to take out and they handled it like a pro! I will forever visit this Autozone for future purchases and assistance! Thank you both for really helping me out today! If you re ever in the neighborhood or in need of car expertise/assistance come here and ask for these guys! Again thank you for all of your assistance today
