Great service, convenient help. Had dropped vehicle off for a oil change and they drove me home, then dropped off my vehicle at my house when it was done later.I also visited other times and aswell the service was great.They deserve my 5 star and i recommend them if you want a good Ford home. Excellent good. No complaints. The mechanic (didn't get his name) who worked on my explorer did an great job and was done in a reasonable time. Rob has great customer service being informative and making drop off and pick up a breeze.

I've been going to this dealership for 20+ years. I purchased a few cars and they service all of my vehicles. Last year had a very bad experience with service but not this time around. I needed some warranty work done and Jazmin was excellent. I would refer her to anyone who needs service. They have a new text communication system and it was wonderful. They dropped my truck off in the morning, were in constant communication with me all day and notified me when the truck was done. They detailed it and when it was ready to be brought to me, the delivery staff notified me that they were on the way. The drop-off driver was very polite. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs service of their ford vehicle to ask for Jazmin in service

Service representative spoke to me immediately. He explained how long the service was going to take. He escorted me to the business center so I could work on my computer. He called once the work was complete. It did take longer to check out than normal but overall very good experience.

I was told by the service advisor when I first arrived to have my vehicle service that my car would be ready in an hour and thirty minutes. I waited patiently for an hour and thirty minutes and the service advisor came in the break area where I was seated and told me the mechanic that was suppose to service my car for some reason had not even started on it. The service advisor apologized and asked me if I could come in the next day to have my car service I said no and I wanted to take care of it since I was already present at AutoNation. She told me that she would have a different mechanic to look at my car the same day and I wouldn't have to wait another hour and thirty minutes I said ok .I ended up waiting an hour and fifteen minutes ; as a result, I was frustrated and tired evidently there was a lack of communication concerning the original mechanic I don't know if he was not expecting me even though I had an appointment. I was disappointed because of time wasted. I hope this won't happen again with waiting in vain because it wasn't fair to me as a customer.

Auto Nation Ford of Union City provided me with prompt and excellent service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that owns a Ford. I also want to thank my Service Advisor Robert Thompson for keeping me posted about the work needed for my truck. He is extremely professional and he genuinely cares for the well being of his customers.

I had a great experience while purchasing my car. However, after I actually got my car back, the customer service went away. Law was consistent with with the great customer service throughout the entire process even after. The sales team dropped the ball. I was provided, and I owe you abs when I reached out about the communication was non existent. I reached out to my salesperson Josep and the sales manager Anthony aka Tony via phone and email with no response. I have been busy at work so I wasn't able to make it back up there yet, but I see I will need to make an appearance.

AutoNation always delivers world class service. Having used many Ford Service centers across this nation, from California, Michigan and Georgia - AutoNation Ford Union City is the best in my opinion. Normally when I schedule vehicle service I expect to wait 3 hours minimum. Not at AutoNation Ford. I was in and out before anyone knew I was away from work. Thank you AutoNation Ford!!

We purchased my Kia Telluride from AutoNation Ford so it was only right that we took the car when we needed service to the folks over there. It took some time to get parts in but I'm grateful the people in the service department. Joseph was a GREAT help when it was time to check out and get the car back, and Taylor walked me through the process from start to finish. Thank you guys! We will be back!

Customer service was good, however, it took longer than expected to get a light bulb changed and I was suppose to get an estimate for the second light bulb which that did not happen. In addition, there was no follow until I went to them after being there for a hour with a schedule appointment.

Haven't been to this dealership since I bought my first Ford in 2002. The service today was quick and thorough got there early and left about an hour and a half later. Found out by accident my adviser Jozsef shared the same birthday as me so that was a pleasant surprise! Really nice young man!

I had the pleasure of working with Jazmin when checking in. I m a new customer with Auto Nation, and she got me checked in, signed up for Ford Pass, and saw that i had work to do so she showed me to the business center.My truck was serviced well and I was on my way back to work! Thankful for the excellent service!

The actual car service was excellent , the service department people were excellent and provided me with timely updates on the vehicle and pick up time. But when walking through the sales area , some lady employee was vaping at her desk so definitely not someone I want to deal with if buying a vehicle .

No muss, no fuss, just a straightforward day of test-driving and purchasing a truck. Although purchasing a new vehicle is time-consuming, the AutoNation Ford Union City team made the process painless without any hidden agendas, complicated accounting, or bait-and-switch tactics. My experience was terrible! I dropped my 2011 Expedition off Jan 11th for TPSM sensors programming, new after-market key programming, SYNC update and low gas mileage issue. Two weeks later; the sensors were programmed, a Ford key was purchased and programmed, the SYNC update discs had not been received, and the low mileage issue could not be determined. My vehicle was there for 2 weeks, paid $470 and about an hours worth of work was done...and that doesn't include the cost of the SYNC update discs that still hasn't come in??!!

Frustrating, I was sold a car that hadn't been serviced. I paid over $11000 cash It took 5 days before they told me I had to chose a new one. When I picked a new one from another state, I didn't receive it when I was supposed to and the sales manager in Used Car Sales was very disrespectful and condescending. I wouldn't refer anyone are purchase there again. Worst case being experience I've had in over 40 years of purchasing vehicles and I've had quite a few.

-Zero communication.-Blows past estimate deadlines for updates or completion-Third time in 2+ weeks they ve had my vehicle to fix the same problem-No returned calls / texts-Inadequate mechanics to swiftly fix or diagnose any issue-No courtesy car for inconvenience and a bogus reimbursement rate for out of pocket car rental that s not even close to covering the costs0/10. Do not take your car here.
