AutoNation Union City,I hope that this letter finds everyone at the dealership well. I just wanted to take some time to show my extreme gratitude and appreciation to Cynthia Lutaloc for her exceptional customer service during my purchase of my brand-new car.I am a repeat customer of Cynthia s and each and every time I come to the Union City location, she has been extremely attentive and friendly with an awesome smile. She took the time to listen to the specific features I wanted with the new car. I admire the knowledge she has about the new features of the Ford Mustang.Cynthia took time to search for the right car for me even when she wasn t feeling well. She made the entire process easy from the beginning until I drove off the lot with my new car.I want to thank Cynthia Lutaloc once again for her outstanding customer service and everyone on her team at Union City AutoNation. She is the person I will recommend to my family and friends. She is an absolutely amazing asset to the dealership. I wish her the absolute best.

What a pleasant experience! Riley our salesperson went out of his way to make the car purchase a breeze. He was knowledgeable, professional, so nice and absolutely not pushy. We got a good deal on our trade in. Definitely recommend!

Elizabeth Hodges is a great salesperson and an even better person. She was professional and friendly during the entire purchase process. She even detailed my new Mustang when the detail crew were not there. It was a great sales experience.

I rarely write reviews and I don't know that I have ever wrote a bad review but felt I needed to in this case to warn others. I have bought numerous cars in my lifetime and my experience at this dealership is hands down the worst! I was told I could handle everything remotely as I wasn't able to get down to the dealer to do the paperwork and such due to job constraints. It took a full week of back and forth and constantly getting told it was getting done when it wasn't. I called the sales manager several times with no response except one time. He made false promises and never followed through and when I tried to follow back up, I never got a response. The salesperson did try very hard to make me happy but I felt like there were things going on behind the scenes that she couldn't control. Finally got the deal done at the last possible moment. The car was delivered annndddd it was not fully functional. I purchased a plug in hybrid and when it was delivered we plugged it in, the charging wasn't working. We tried everything and there was a error message everytime we plugged it in saying it was not able to charge. After calling and calling the dealership for guidance on what to do we were finally able to get in touch with the GM and he told the people that delivered it to bring it back. I spent hours over the past week working with them to get this car and they delivered a car that wasn't functional. Either they are incompetent and do not fully inspect used vehicles before selling them or they are dishonest and try to sell used vehicles that have major issues in hopes their customers do not notice. Either way, it's not good! It's been almost a week since this has happened and I have yet to get a call or an explanation on what happened or an apology or really any communication since they took the car back. I reached out to the finance employee that was helping me and asked for confirmation that the deal was cancelled and no response. There are plenty of car dealers in the Atlanta area to choose from and this is one that I would stay away from at all costs, literally!

Horrible customer experience. We purchase a 80k vehicle over a month ago and dealer is still not able to respond to us to finalized the deal. We are still missing our ford points from purchasing the vehicle and still waiting on floor mats that was suppose to come with the vehicle. It's been over a month now since we signed the contract. We are in direct contact with the GM at the dealer and that doesn't seem to do any good as we are still waiting. Thankfully after 3 weeks of constant back and forth. They realized that they had to sort out out pro 80 am charger that should have come with our vehicle and the at least we have confirmation. But still waiting for dealer to honor their end to wrap up the deal. Never will I go back to this dealership again. I should have ran when I heard new management took over and new people are there.

Service department was very short staffed, they however did they best to service the multiple items on this job. Since some of the repairs included road testing, it took about two weeks to get this done. The service department offered to compensate a portion of my rental charges for the delay. This was a welcomed gesture and I will use them for service again in the future

Great experience all in all with everyone at this dealership! My case was a little different as i drove from Richmond Va down to Union City Ford to trade in my vehicle an obtained another vehicle that they had. Grandon aka G-Money answered all of my questions. Also Ciera and the Finance guy Law are all great people. Highly recommend this dealership if your in the area or not it's worth the drive

I do not know how this dealership has gotten any good reviews . I have tried to use them 2 times for service and both times I got service I would not wish on me worst enemy. The first time I was hung up on 3 times by the rudest female service advisor and she still works there even when I expressed what happen to service manager. Just image that you at your work hung up on a customer on purpose 3 times what would happen to you. The second time I dropped my car of 4 days ago with no phone calls to let me know what is going on. When I called in to check , no one in service dept answered even though I kept calling for an hour. I called backed on automated system and used option to schedule appointment and someone immediately answered, but said they can only schedule appointments. So they care about some one making appointments but if your car is there they don t care at all and have no one answering so you can check on vehicle . I was again hung up on 3 times 2 by sales person 1 by sales manager . I called at 4 and service closes at 730 and the sales manager said he have someone call me. Guess what no one has called

Purchased a vehicle here and it was to be delivered the next day. Sales rep. Or manager wouldn t update us or anything. Had 5 days to return vehicle, well upon this post I had to go to the store. I will update accordingly, but as for me this place can go to H. As of 3/14/24 still having issues with this company acting as they fixed my alignment. They stated they did it 5 times, ok well I told them that they should put new tires on the vehicle. The mechanic guy pointed out the tires were dry rotted which I had mentioned to the salesperson to have the tires check. The tire light kept coming on and now by the vehicle alignment is not corrected I would most definitely would change the tires, but they are too cheap for that, since they are not certain what can be going on now they are sending to a dodge dealer. I hope they charge them an arm and 3 legs. I will update this review as things unfold.

(Be aware of service department!)If you get an oil change that is not a Ford brand make sure they don't put generic filters on your car from AutoZone, advance, etc. I have a maintenance plan and ever since I have 10 out of 20 they're putting generic oil filters on my car that leaks. I spent 2 hours to get a oil change and the next weekend two more hours for them to replace it. I think it's unfair. this has happened more than twice I specifically let them know do not put up off brand on my Dodge and they continue to do so. I spoke with the manager and he insured me they'll change it the next day however who has time to spend 2 hours every weekend to get an oil change.Sincerely unsatisfied customer

Customer service was okay and Auto Tech was working his magic, but at the end of the day I spent $3,700 and the issue with my vehicle was not Resolved. They did have good valet service that brought my vehicle back to my house but vehicle WAS NOT FIXED. I AM AT A LOSS FOR WORDS!!!

When I say, 1st class treatment I mean it!!! I was very picky and detailed with what I wanted and Cynthia was extremely patient and was determined to deliver. And in 2 quick days, everything that I asked for in a vehicle was in the front of the dealership waiting on me. GM Jerry was very clear and also made my truck purchase awesome. 5 stars

I was dealing with 3 different dealerships while looking for my next vehicle. I was reluctant as it had been a while since my last vehicle purchase. When I came to Autonation Union City it was a completely different vibe. Everyone I have encountered so far felt like I was dealing with a cousin. You know the vibe of hanging out at grandma's kicking with your cousins. It didn't feel stuffy. They were also willing to do what it took to make me a happy customer. I have no complaints so far. If it ever changes I will update this.

I do not recommend this dealership. They re dishonest and full of games. They will get you there based on false advertisement and try to force a more expensive vehicle on you if you qualify and attempt to convince you to purchase thousands of dollars in warranties further increasing the price. They will also run your credit multiple times unnecessarily for cars that they ll present to you as pre-certified that minutes later supposedly fail inspection. A bunch of incompetent swindlers run this place. They wasted my entire day and caused me to lose points on my credit score with their unscrupulous tactics.

Amazing staff. Thanks to Riley and Charlie over there for the truck. Riley was amazing at finding us what we exactly wanted getting is the truck. Charlie helped us every step of the way for the financial part of the truck even with all the paper work involved.

It was a long process from the initial start. As soon as I can back from orders and drill, I went there to look at a Chrysler 300. However, someone else had already purchased it, so Mr. G and I started looking at other potential vehicles I might like and ended up on a Chrysler 200 touring, so I ended up staying a whole day and a half to get paperwork done with the sales and I now left the dealership with a new car. Everyone there showed great customer service and tenacity with the sales.

The service department is the most unprofessional department I have ever dealt with. They have had my fleet vehicle for over 7 months. We can not get a update on what issues the vehicle has, what repairs need to be made or even if they still have the vehicle. The "service manager" said that he would personally be in charge of the repairs but he no longer works for the company. I can not get in touch with anyone. I have left numerous messages and can not get a return call. I have resorted to filing a BBB complaint, but they are not accredited. They have a BBB rating of F. Stay far away from this service department!

Dropped my vehicle off on 2/5 for a scheduled safety recall and was told I should have it back by the end of the week. I was notified it went into a service bay on 2/6. I got a message on 2/8 my vehicle would be done between 4&5 pm. When I tried to get my vehicle the guy at service desk said it would be another 30 min. I waited and next I was told there was an issue with a brake actuator and it would not be done today. The next day Friday I was told my vehicle was in the finishing stages but the tech working on it would not be in until Monday. Made several attempts to speak with someone by phone. No one picked up in service or sales and I got cycled back to start of automated system. On Tuesday 2/13 I made another trip to the dealership. Finally Taylor was able to explain the brake actuator failure has to be approved for warranty work, which had been done, and the part needed was in Atlanta. They would have the part Wed 2/14 and finish the work. Finally after two false claims my vehicle would be done Auto Nation and Taylor spared me a trip and had my vehicle delivered. I got no documentation of work done but am told it will be emailed to me. Overall a much more frustrating experience than expected.

Well I always go back to Ford Autonation for my maintained needs and this last visit was not great! It was a simple oil change and tired rotation. Whomever did this wasted oil all under the hood. Like they pulled the hose to early. So my car was smelling I thought I was over heating but it was the oil burning off. Next time I know to have them let me look under the hood before I leave. And then they left all there paper and plastic in the front seat. They should remove all that when they deliver the car to the customer. Just not a good visit this time

The mechanics did the tire rotation as requested during the appointment. Fantastic work on that part. A worker approached me, gave me a quote, and said I needed two tire sensors. And I said I was okay, no thank you, but there was no disclosure or information about my brakes. I read the summary paper you get after everything is done and taken care of, and that s when I saw it says, RBK NEEDS ATTENTION NOW. With not being knowledgeable about vehicles and the terminology, I had to do my research. I found it very unprofessional to get this information without verbal communication about the issues regarding my vehicle after being serviced. As a dealership, I expected everything to be discussed after the appointment and given a summary paper with issues to be addressed. Being a customer of Ford and having issues after having a brief diagnosis on my vehicle, this was not professional at all. If something urgent stops the vehicle and needs attention, it is essential and relevant to why it needs to be discussed verbally. Why wasn t I given more information on it or just disclosed to me in general, like the tire pressure sensors were when that s something I most definitely need? I m sure anyone else would want to be informed about their brakes needing attention now. I m glad I looked at the paper.

Ford Autonation Union City Service center had my car 12 weeks for transmission work on my 4 yr old car! Worst experience of my life with delays, misinformation and lack of consideration for a customer. I m a 5 time ford customer but will NEVER use this dealership again!!

We received outstanding customer service during my recent visit at AutoNation Ford Union City service department. If want to ensure your concerns and auto repair needs are addressed ask for the Service Advisor, JOZSEF. He was very attentive to our vehicle repair needs and he ensured the repairs were completed timely. He promised to have our vehicle returned to us on a specific date, but it was ready three days before the date promised. We were so excited as this enabled us to get our company vehicle back on the road reducing other expenses we incurred during the time our vehicle was being serviced by Auto Nation Ford Union City mechanics. We would like to give sincere thanks to JOZSEF, our PREFERRED Service Advisor, for ensuring our vehicle received the repairs that it needed to get our company vehicle back on the road safely. We will refer others to you JOZSEF as you were an effective listener during the time of our visit. Thanks Auto Nation Ford - Union City!!!

I called in to schedule service on my 2020 F150 Lariat with 3.5 Ecoboost and 10-speed transmission. I am having transmission shifting issues similar to those reported by many owners of this truck.I was advised that could drop off the truck on a Sunday morning before flying out of ATL for the week. When I arrived the gate was locked. Fortunately, someone showed up to enter the lot just as I was about to leave my truck across the street and get into an Uber. I relocated the truck to the front of the service department and dropped the in the key box with service ticket.I received a call first thing Monday informing me that they backed up several months on transmission work and would not be able to work on the truck. I advised the service staff that I would pick up the truck the following Saturday.Upon arriving to pick up the truck, there was no record of the vehicle in the system, and they cannot find the key. It looks like it s going to be several hours until they can get the key and have it programmed.Totally unprofessional. Not the way I expected to spend my Saturday afternoon. Bush-league.

Have been to AutoNation twice in the last few months. Once for a noise coming from the tire well (turned out, it was the aftermarket tires creating friction on the mudflaps). However, when I arrived I was greeted by Jaz and she did an amazing job getting my truck inspected.I recently retuned for an oil change. Again, Jaz was responsive and informative. I ve worked in a dealership before, she s a great Service Advisor.I will continue to have my truck maintained there.
