Went there this morning to get an Emission while they were open for business. The inspector was mowing the back grass area with headphones on. As he noticed me pull up to the station, he shook his head NO and said he was not doing Emissions at the moment because he was busy mowing the lawn. Wow, what great customer service. Will never visit here again.

Fast and efficient service. They have two terminals so even if there is a line, you don t have to wait long.

They get you in and out. Staff very accommodating. Prices on higher end ($22), many others I've seen are $18. Was pushed for time. As was the case here, most inspection places close at 6 pm.

Be weary, there's one who seems energetic and adhd their name is Norris he's weird af, no respect for boundaries but he'll get you out. Then there's Dominique their Navy vet who takes their time to make sure everything is right before he goes in a wonderful rant about whatever you talked about. He's weird but he's a great conversationalist so I digress

Awesome!! AWESOME AWSOME SERVICE!!! I've been coming here for years just because it was convenient. HOWEVER the new owner has kicked it up 10 notches. The service is AMAZING and it looks and smells great now. Very very professional and efficient. Job well done and congratulations! I will refer this business to everyone I know.

I've visited this location 3 times and all was well until yesterday. Typically, I'm in and out quickly and the service is friendly. Yesterday I received the rudest service I've ever received anywhere (no exaggeration). The gentleman that assisted me was older and I took into consideration that he could have been tired. After tolerating his rudeness for a few minutes, I asked if he was busy today to try and engage him in conversation and shift his mood. He went on to tell me that the had serviced 46 cars non-stop and was a diabetic who didn't eat until 4 o'clock that day. I sympathized with him and tried to overlook how rude and short he was being, however, I eventually had to tell him that he was being very rude to me and it was uncalled for. He offered a quick apology and I told him to enjoy the rest of his day. Management/Owner - please make sure you have assistance for this gentleman the next time he's scheduled to work. He will surely run off any new business that comes your way. I plan to return to this location next year for my emissions test, but I could not let this one go. He needs a little customer service training or scheduled breaks so he can eat and keep his blood sugar in check.

Thank goodness that young lady I think her name is Makara is gone. She cursed me out and took a lunch before I could get my emission last year. I will try again my daughter said she is gone. So I will update my review based on my next encounter

Have had reason to come here three times in the last few months, and each time the staff was wonderful, and were able to answer any questions. Very kind and professional.

What a great experience. Got there with 2 cars ahead of me, only took about 10 mins to finish with them to see me. Kristy (sp?) was amazing. Very enjoyable to talk to and finished quickly. Will be coming back for sure. Seriously thank you Kristy for the great conversation and quick work!

The Staff is Excellent! They were very thorough and even a little candid.They were fast, courteous, and professional. They Accept pre 1996 cars and truck and they also can do post 1996 car and trucks. Great place. Will be back again.

I've been using this emissions location for the past few years, I have four cars that I typically take each year. Have even told family and friends to go there. Yesterday I went to take my retake and the operator told me the car is not ready. So I asked him specifically will I still have a free retake and he stated "Yes you still have until tomorrow because I wasn't able to test". I opted to take the rest of the day and the following day(today) to drive around to ensure the car was ready for testing.So today I get to the location hand the operator the paper she tests the car, the first thing she says is "I can't give you your free retake because it expired yesterday". I'm looking shocked because I just came yesterday and talked to the operator who told me specifically that I had a whole additional day to drive around and prepare my car for the free retesting. She stated that its nothing she can do that management will take it out her check. I felt bad for her that management would even consider something like that. She proceeds to call her "GM" on the phone and I get a chance to talk to him. He says he can't do anything about the situation that the operator from yesterday is "new". Pretty much saying he can't honor what was told to me. As a GM you can do whatever you want it's just that he didn't want to. He said he can knock a few dollars off, if you can do that you can honor my free retake based off of false information. Was told I can either take that or I can go to a different station.You can bet which option i'll take. I'll be taking my multiple cars as well as references to any other station possible. Best of luck!

I was able to get my car in immediately. Chris was extremely kind and professional! I went back the next day with my second car. I will definitely be back next year and refer other friends.

Everything was great except for the line to get in they need to make it different so you're not out in the middle of the road if it gets too long you'll be in the middle of the road

My experience was overall excellent! I took my bmw i8 somewhere else and it didn't pass but brought it here to mr Cooper and was in and out with a pass! Great service!

The owner of Auto Emissions Express saved my life by finding my embedded GPS on my phone.I was headed for a committee hearing on lowering prescription costs for people on Medicare in Fayetteville when I got totally lost and pulled into this shop for help.While the owner was kind and patient enough to stop working for a maiden in distress, he deserves all the business in the community.
