I am here from Maryland and each dealer is different. Jones Kia is truly set apart with their Jones for a lifetime guarantee with free oil changes, car wash, pedicure, shuttle service, etc. However, I at least expect a clean waiting area and maybe a shuttle or a loaner, especially since there is another service that I need to get and they want me to leave my car for 3 days! I have a child and I work and she needs to get to school so to ask that is a true hardship.Just search Jones Kia in Bel Air, MD. I promise if I ever drive back up north I am going there on the way to my destination.This is what I left as feedback directly on ALM Kia's website.:The waiting room where the service department was DISGUSTING! All of the chairs are dirty and peeling there are food and drink stains on all of the tables and surfaces. The place looks like dirty storage and it would be better suited for just that. Please do not offer this as a lounge. It makes it look like you care nothing about your customers. The level of peeling on the chairs alone, why would you make customers sit on that when there is no upholstery left? The peelings are also all over the place. It was just a sad place to be and it made me feel poor sitting there.Our service guy Brandon was great and he was the only one that saved you but I would never consider buying a car directly from your location. The only reason I got service there is because Morrow did not return my calls and I could not get a hold of anyone. Unacceptable!

They expect you to leave your car with them for 5 days just to diagnose problems and will not provide a loaner car. I'm not sure who they think can part with a car for 5 days. If u you know it takes five days before you can look at a car, how about telling folks to bring their car in 4 days. Or, using an actual appointment schedule.

What service? Made several calls, no answer or voicemails were all full. Finally spoke to a young lady and she was clueless and not well trained. I then asked for a manager, was transfered to a full voice mail. 1 star is too much for this place. Do better (Union City Location!!!).

...Fam, this is me! Eye'm hurt, in disbelief, and my vehicle was "Violated"!! That's right!!! You're reading this right . Just know, never, ever, never ever aaaaah-Gen!!!! Let my emojies continue to speak and represent!!!! .

I took my car a 2022 Kia K5 in to have a passenger control arm replaced on my car because I hit something on the highway and it bent the control arm. ALM Kia of Union City kept my car for almost a month. I got my car back in Jan. 2022. I was afraid to drive my car because every little bump in the road my car would shift making it seems as if I m gliding. I thought the control arm was just tight and it would loosen up with time. Unfortunately it didn t. My car has less than 3900 miles and I got into my vehicle and to my surprise the wires on my tires where showing on the inside of the tires.I asked a guy to look at my tires because he builds racing cars and he told me that my tires are leaning therefore I didn t have any traction and could ve had an accident. I had my car dropped back off at ALM last night and as I m writing this review today I ve been on hold for over 26 minute.

The wait time for service is entirely too long and i'll make sure this is my last visit. Arrived at 8:15am(15mins before scheduled appointment) looked as if i was the first person there as most employees were just arriving. I understand waiting, but it took 3hrs to rotate and balance tires. No oil change, just to rotate tires. They also washed my car which would be a nice gesture, but I advised them NOT TO as it wasn't necessary and it was done anyway.Service: Tire rotations

Service manager was extremely rude when I dropped off my car. Won t be doing any business with Kia or ALM ever again

The people who answer the phone here are extremely rude and promise to get back to you with more info but they never do.
