Another seamless repair, drop off and pickup!!! Very dependable and reliable. Love the upfront estimates and expectations that there maybe a wait to get the truck fixed. Very fast , efficient and knowledgeable. We love that they won t let you take the truck if it s not ready even if you need the truck back they won t just rig it to get you to the job they actually take the time to fix and make sure the repair is done properly and the mechanics even do ride alongs with you to ensure the repair is done to your liking. And the if the mechanic notices something that needs to be repaired or checked they let you know if there is a concern. The entire is amazing!!!! Thank you guys so much!!

I was broken down in Fairburn, GA at this truck stop, Kevin (part owner) immediately arrived to diagnose the issue.I drove my truck to his facility to have it repaired, IMMEDIATELY the technicians worked on the truck with hesitation.The very next morning I was up and running.I highly recommend this establishment do to their professionalism, care, work ethics.I thank the crew, Kevin and his Wife (owners) that was able to get me up and running quickly.

I wanna Thank Mr. Kevin and his crew for getting me back on the road immediately. I had a DEF pump go bad and was already at derate couldn t drive past 5mph. Mr. Kevin drove to my location and tried to force region so I can save money from getting a tow. He was able to get my truck to his shop and drove back out to pickup the part needed to fix. His professionalism, understanding of the business, and kindness really was above and beyond any mechanic shop experience I ve had. His prices is very fair and reasonable too. Any other shop I d pay a lot more and not be back on the road the same day. Thank you Mr. Kevin and the 16th Phase Diesel team!!! Also the shop close at 5pm and they stayed open after hours to make sure the job was finished same day

My experience here at 16th Phase diesel has been amazing!! Antoine and Star are the absolute best! They kept me informed throughout the whole repair process. True and honest pricing. I truly recommend 16th phase for any diesel repair!

This place was amazing! Our truck broke down and they were able to get it seen the same day. I was completely amazed at how clean and professional this place was. The owner was super helpful and went above expectations. I highly recommend them.

This diesel repair shop definitely deserves a 5star rating. I came in and they pull my truck in right away and got my sensor and steering wheel clock spring/ steering angle sensor done and completed with in an hour and replaced my gas exhaust sensor as well. Thank you guys so much. 10/10

I thank y all so much for treating me like family and updating me on everything that was wrong with my truck this was the fastest and best service i ever had.
