Freddie is the nicest garage owner I've met. Not only did he get our car up to speed while we were on vacation, but he gave us a ride home when we dropped it off. Roger, the mechanic, knows his stuff. They are very reasonable. If you need a great mechanic on Tybee or the Savannah area, take it to Freddie's Garage. It's worth the drive. Just make sure you have cash or check.

I had to get a tire patched while in town on vacation. They got it patched and had me on my way in only a few minutes. Being from out of town, I was afraid of being overcharged, but they were honest and reliable. Fast, friendly service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing!! I needed someone to check my radiator. They checked it, added water and were so kind!! I live in the state of Georgia but I was traveling home over 300 miles away. I had my 2 kids with me. I highly recommend this local business if you need a mechanic.

Great experience at Freddie s this morning. Needed a slow air leak fixed ahead of a drive back to NC. Mechanic Gavin cared for the tire in question, showed me the areas responsible for the problem, installed the spare in seconds flat, checked fluids, and had me on my way. Price was extremely reasonable. Thank you, Gavin and Freddie s!

Roger and Laura were fantastic. Fixed my windshields wipers and AC blower. They were quick and very reasonable. And both were really nice. Highly recommend.

AWESOME OWNERS, AWESOME EMPLOYEES!THESE PEOPLE WERE A LIFE SAVER!!!My wife and I were down in Tybee Island this past weekend Oct 7th to Oct 10th for my brothers wedding, when we arrived on the 7th (around 10pm) it was noticed by my dad that our brake light was out. We did a quick search of parts stores on Google to find that the closest one was 20 minutes away. We slept on it and the next morning at 8 a.m. we searched the local gas stations and couldn't find the bulb we needed. Finally I found what seemed to be the only auto shop in Tybee, We gave them a call and they told me that they did have a bulb that will work for me, "just come on down" when I got there they not only sold me the bulb (1 dollar), they loaned me the tools needed to replace it!!!YOU DO FIND PEOPLE LIKE THIS ANYMORE. GOOD, GENUINE, HELPFUL PEOPLE.

The folks and the service at Freddie's is top notch. They are both honest in repairs needed and helpful in explaining the mechanics. I recommend Freddie's to anyone needing work done and wanting to use an auto shop with the utmost integrity.

Freddie's do great work, at reasonable prices. Tow, jump, tune-up, oil change, or major repairs, they will do it for you. They can be insanely busy in the summer when the tourists are here, but even then, they put in some long hours to get people on the road.

Very nice people, great prices and quick service! We were in and out quickly and I was relieved to pay much less than I expected. Plus, they have two lovely shop cats and we chatted about them while I was waiting! :)

Freddy's had to give my van a jump start. He rushed off too fast. Took my money and was gone in minutes.My alternator light came on. He should of stayed there a little longer anyhow. Though I am thankful they were there to assist us.

These folks were great! They helped me with my tire. I was supposed to take off for Atlanta...and they repaired and checked all the tires. Forever thankful!
