TSI has worked on every car I have ever had, I have never had a negative experience, until now. I called 3 weeks ago to get an appraisal for a transmission change out. The lady who answered, every time, kept telling me Let me ask if he has done it and I ll call you back. Which is fine, if I actually got a call back. I called up there almost everyday for a solid week then 2 days the following week, and even text a man, which the lady told me to, the information on my car, and STILL no call back or response. I have always bragged on TSI and have sent everyone that I know their way. I will no longer be doing that.

Was suggested to TSI by a friend about a specific repair that they did for him in the past. When asked if they could do it for me I was told that they do not do that type of work.

My Toyota Tundra was out of service for months needing a transmission. After a year of it being down because folks say I m fixing it and trying and failing I just needed it fixed. I took it to TSI because of word of mouth saying they re the best and THEY ARE THE BEST!! Because of it sitting I also needed some other maintenance as well so they went ahead and did all that too plus more! I got it back and it my lil 2002 runs like a dream! Thank you so much TSI!!

I had a transmission rebuilt and a few days later I returned cause a strange noise while driving my Ford Transit, it turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. They fixed it on the spot and changed the worn front disc brakes.I loved their customer service, expertise, and clear explanation in taking care of my vehicle. Top notch!

There are plenty of places you can take your vehicle to have it repaired. The hardest part is to find is a shop that is honest and on the up and up. TSI has always been honest and fair with me and never tried to charge for unnecessary work to make an extra buck. I wish other garages I've dealt with operated like this. I will definitely stick with them for future repairs.

Had my truck in for repairs spent 400.00 in repairs and the check engine light came on after I picked up the truck I took it back and the owner said it needs a motor.when I questioned him he got very defensive???
