I had the greatest customer service experience ever from start to end once i made my deposit until i took delivery many other stores said a 12week wait I received mine from zip tire in 4 weeks due to custom order they have many sizes and color forgiatos in stock i got installed in less than 45 min everything was handled in a very professional and courteous manner !!!!! I highly recommend them for all rim and tire needs!!!!!

Had a great experience dealing with these guys on 2 occasions. My orders were placed from out of state and shipped to my desired location. Rims and Tires were already mounted and balanced upon arrival and only had to be installed upon arrival. I had not one complication! My second set was a 24 rim with a 9 lip. A very custom build going on a 1971 Monte Carlo. Car still being built will upload photos later. These guys are a lock for all my Rim and Tire needs!

My experience was Great, especially after being referred to Zip Tire from another prestigious rim and tire shop, they highly recommended Zip Tire and I was not disappointed! Ms. Nubia was a great help, informative and very courteous and Mr. Allen sealed the deal with his thorough knowledge and welcoming approach! These guys were very patient with me as I was indecisive with which direction I wanted to move in for my new vehicle. Which wheel, which size, custom touch or wheels as is??? I was all over the place and they helped me through every idea, never once trying to upsell or over charge me. These guys had my best interest in mind throughout the entire deal. I appreciate the experience. I love my cars new look and stance and I will definitely be a return customer to Zip Tire!

Very professional staff and great experience. I purchased 2 set of wheels from Zipp in less a year. Definitely a great place to go if you want to to actually see the rims your getting. It s not like most rim shops that only have 4 rims in the whole building. He has wide selection to choose from

Zip Tire saved the day. Hit a big pot hole and damaged my rim and blew the tire. Was stuck on the side of the road for 2 hours because I had custom 24 rims and tires. Until I found Zip Tire. They were able to come out and replace my tire and also I purchased a whole brand new set of rims and tires. The process was seamless and the customer service is top tier. The Convenience was priceless. They ve definitely gained a lifetime loyal client. Thank you again for saving me time, money, and getting me back in motion. Highly highly recommend.

I special ordered my Forgiato twisted maglias from Allen. Allen the owner was very professional and responsive throughout the whole process, even communicating with me through their Instagram page!!! I definitely highly recommend Zip Tire for your rim and tire purchase!!!

I can t speak enough of the customer service and the overall experience of being taken care of, as opposed to feeling like I had been taken advantage of when I ve used other tire dealers. I was given plenty of options before selecting my tires, all within my price point. I ve used Zip Tires a couple of times, but I m even more impressed by the service that was rendered when I had to use the mobile service. The technician was prompt and courteous and explained every part of the service. I would definitely recommend Zip Tires to my friends and family, I wouldn t go anywhere else for my tire needs.

I called Dwayne and told him I live in Maryland so I needed some help and what I was looking for. I was looking for some Forgiato rims. He gave me a few suggestions, told me the build time and when to expect the wheels back, and shipping to Maryland. He kept his word and everything was right on time and as promised wheels and tires! He made the process as painless as possible, he earned my business for any future purchases, and will definitely recommend him to my fellow car enthusiasts! Forgiato all day

This place was amazing Dwayne was very helpful and his service was above and beyond.. I have purchased two sets of rims and tires from Zip Tire and will be purchasing more. They also support the military veterans..I live about two hours south of there location and they came out installed and serviced on my wheels. GREAT place to purchase wheels and tires

Ziptire has great customer service & clean building. Mr. Dwayne took care of me once I walked through the door helped me look for 22" inch Forgiato. Once I paid for my wheels he told me "Your wheels will be here in a week". He is a man of his word my wheels came so fast. I recommend this place for rims & tires #1 In Georgia THANK YOU ZIPTIRE!!! I purchased some rims and tires from zip tire they are a professional business. I got there they told me how long a wait I have before they were able to install they were very prompt in doing so. We had to come and leave this business a review. We live in indiana. I must say that dude had excellent experience and quality. He shipped our Rims and tires to our address and they arrive in a timely fashion. Prices are great and he seems to care about making sure your needs and wants are satisfied. GO ZIP TIRE!! I contacted Dwayne the owner of Zip Tire and he gave me easy instructions on visiting his website; reviewing, purchasing and retrieving the tires at a local tire distributor near me in Norfolk, VA. He was truly professional and assisted me throughout the process. Zip Tire prices are very reasonable and I saved $150 compared to National Tire Chain prices. I look forward to doing business with Zip Tire in the future for all my vehicle needs.

I am seriously blown away that they do not have more positive reviews. Within one hour (to the minute) of me calling early on a Saturday morning Zip Tire came out. They were actually recommended to me by a competitor who had far less stars so I am very grateful. Some mobile repairs seem a bit shady, but these folks have it together with a quote, and online payment options. They also stand by their work and products. Wonderful customer service, close attentiveness to detail, and world class tools used, this is literally the gold standard for mobile repairs. I implore you to book now!

The service was spot on and the rims were a perfect match for my vehicle. I will definitely use these guys again the prices were great for my budget and the tech is a really cool guy thanks a million for helping me out. Looking forward till the next set up this will make 3 sets on the next time.
