We live across town but drive over to Wilkinson anytime we need anything done because they take care of us well. Always up front about what s needed and the cost, reliable and finish things when they say they will. Got four tires recently and thought reasonably priced for Michelins, they ve been great so far

Came here to get 3 things done to my car and they were able to complete two of them. They couldn t find the part to replace my third item. I dropped my car off in the morning and was able to get it in the afternoon. The staff that helped me were friendly and efficient. They charged half the price than what I was quoted from the dealership. Overall good experience.

Seems to be struggling with getting good help. Took car in for repair, left overnight, issue came back, left again overnight, found out they left a part off, called in about the part they didn't have it, no offer to replace the part. I will not be going back. 2 stars because I feel sorry for them.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! They only want your money. They are not willing to accommodate the customer. I bought 4 brand new tires from this place in June 2023. Paid for an alignment and an oil change. $1,290 later the 2 front tires are now bald. When going back to them to inquire about a warranty on the tires since I only had the work done 4 months ago I was told the warranty would not be honored. I asked for them to do another alignment since I had my struts replaced and to go ahead and replace the two balding tires. I had to drop my car off for the work to be done. After 3 days of having my car and no clear communication I finally picked up my car to find THEY BROKE my camber arm in the rear of my vehicle (which of course I had to pay for) and THEY NEVER REPLACED THE TWO FRONT TIRES. It s 4 elderly men running this shop. They are disorganized and don t have an efficient system when handling the volume of traffic that they get. My experience is a clear example of this. DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE AT WILKINSON TIRE CENTER!!! It s a waste of time and money.

Mike Wilkinson personally took care of my car. I had an out of round wheel and he was able to pinpoint the problem and find a solution. Excellent service by Bryan and the rest of the cru. You pay for what you get. Highly recommend this business. Thank you very much for your dedication to provide outstanding service ( something hard to get these days)

I have been going here for years my parents before me ,they are always fair and they are a real local family actual family ran place , from tire to mechanical I go here the best place great service , you may have to wait a couple days on the repair cause they are bust AND it is worth it

Just awesome. When I called and asked for four tires they asked which brand I wanted. I told them cheap but not lowest price. They provided quotes for two different sets of tires. Then when I got my car there they said probably not done that day, but they were able to finish it that day! Very fast service. Then they let me leave my car for a day on their lot so I didn't have to make a special trip. Price is a bit high but tires and man hours are expensive, so don't expect to save money. That said, their prices were NOT predatory or extortionate. Their prices seemed fair and they were very up front with how much I'd end up paying. Thanks Mr. Wilkinson. You and your team were great and the ride is smooth as ever.

This place is seriously the best. I have been consistently provided with amazing customer service, excellent work, and it has been affordable. Everyone is kind, and they seem to care about what they do. As a woman, going to auto repair places can be frustrating because of assumptions that are made about you when you walk in the door. It never feels like that at Wilkinson. I can t recommend them enough!

Was able to walk in and haveu sensors replaced. The owner Mr.Wilkinson was very kind and knowledgeable. Havent had any issues since. Will definitely return!

I have had tires replaced here on multiple occasions, initially good, however, my last tire replacement, the mechanics put on the wrong size tire, causing my car to mechanically shut down when driving. I returned, and they tested, and insisted it was fine. I left, same errors happened. To save time and writing space, this happened two more times. They put the wrong tires on despite the correct ones being in eyesight and verbally told, and three total times insisted there was no way they did it wrong. It's true I've had occasional good service from Wilkinsons but this sort of mistake makes me want to not risk coming here again.

Had Wilkinson install a lift kit that I purchased on my own and install new tires. Work was quality and on time by all measures. Will be returning for all future tire purchases!

I could write several paragraphs to detail my experiences at Wilkinson Tire... but I'll just sum up my first one. After getting my vehicle inspected at a dealer - and being told I needed front rotors and pads for an exorbitant price - I was referred by a friend to Wilkinson Tire. When I saw the technician pull my rear wheels off - I ran out to tell him that it was the front I came in to get repaired. He quickly informed me that they perform complete brake inspections... and that there was nothing wrong with my front brakes. The rear brakes, however, needed rotors, calipers, and pads. I was happy with the honesty; the price; and the final result. I've been back since then - and just put a new set of tires on my vehicle at a price that could not be beat. The owner, Millard, and his son, Mike, personally attended to my service, as I'm sure they do for so many others. They stay busy - so get there early... and don't come on the weekends as they are resting up from all the hard work they do during the week. Five stars!

I spoke with Michael several times over the phone to schedule my appointment. Even though the shop was short-staffed, he took the time to get me an appointment and to listen to my concern with my Michelin tires.My Michelin tires were rated for 65000 miles but by the time I have 40000, they were nearly bald. I took them to Wilkinson hoping that they would be able to evaluate my tires and get me a readjustment on pricing for four new Michelin tires but was not very hopeful of this after the conversation I had with a Michelin associate.Michael and his team evaluated my tires and then called Michelin to explain my situation. Michelin agreed to sell me a new set of tires for half price. I was blown away.I would recommend Wilkinson Tire Center to anyone in the greater Atlanta area. Michael and his team were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. My car is riding great on my new set of tires and I want to thank everyone at Wilkinson for their excellent service.

Wilkinson came recommended to me by a family member who has been using them for years. Now I know why. They are HONEST about their work. Yes, an HONEST car shop. I m so grateful to them for not costing me a whole pay check for the work they did on replacing my wheel bearing. I ll always choose them over any chain or other shop. Highly recommend them.

Honest and experience mechanics. They have taken care of my family's cars for 10 years or more. They have advised me when buying used cars on what to look for and what cars not to buy, and have been forthcoming when they believed that the cost of a repair was just not worth it for the car that I was having them work on.I can wholeheartedly recommend Wilkinson's tires for anyone who needs a good mechanic.

As a person who lives in the Tucker area, I have used the good services of Wilkinson Tire for several years because I try to support the local merchants. All interactions have resulted in exceptional service. Today, however, that exceptional service became even better. As I was leaving my Range Rover to receive a new set of tires and preparing to walk home (I live about a mile from Wilkinson Tire), a gentleman approached me and offered me a ride home. That gentleman proved to be Mr. Wilkinson, the founder and owner of the business. He had overheard that I was preparing to walk home and thought it was simply too hot outside. After taking me home, I later learned that he personally oversaw the choice of tires for my car, using his past experience with Range Rovers to suggest the best tire manufacturer for my car. Thank you, Mr. Wilkinson, for your thoughtfulness and for such personal service!! I recommend Wilkinson Tire with the highest enthusiasm!

Reserved service online, arrived as scheduled and they had paperwork in hand. Estimated work complete by 6:00 pm. They called me at 4 pm to say my car was ready. I am very pleased with their service!

Fantastic service - knowledgeable staff. I have had my 96 Corvette serviced here along with some customized work. Extremely transparent and trustworthy. Highly recommended. Tom is the mechanic to work on your hot rod.

Most honest folks I've been to. I like taking my car to the dealership for the inspections and driving right over to Wilkinson to get the work done for half the price. Great people - highly trusted and adept.

This place is awesome. I went in for a flat tire and my car was making a mysterious loud noise. My tires were replaced quickly and rotated. The owner drive my car and discovered what was causing the noise. The plastic cap covering my air filter is cracked. The owner said the noise was not hurting my car and I didn't need to fix it right away since it wasn't damaging anything. Two weeks earlier, I took my car to AAMCO for the noise. They said all I needed was a tune up, oil change and new air filter. I paid $250 and drove off with the same noise. Honesty is HARD to find. I will never go anywhere else but Wilkinson Tire again.

Once again the folks at Wilkinson amazed me. My wife's car had a vibration noise that had become more and more obnoxious over time. I took the car to Wilkinson, and they said that they would try. A half hour later, they showed me where the vibration was coming from and about ten minutes after that I silently left. Then they called me the next day to make sure that the vibration had stayed fixed. Great fix. Great service. What I've come to expect from Wilkinson.

They are an excellent car care center I only went there to purchase four new tires. They diagnosed a break squeal readjusted my brakes and removed at small piece of metal from a brake pad. No charge. Probably the best car care garage in Tucker.

The guys at Wilkinson are courteous and helpful. They really try to get your car fixed as quickly as possible. Their work is excellent and they stand behind it!
