I always bring my car here but they had an issue and couldn t complete my rotate and balance when they have always been able to do it. Waste of time! Laziness. They couldn t even at least check my tires for air. At least do that.

I came in for an oil change and nobody came out. I left after making contact with a couple of the guys inside and nobody came. I went there for convenience but will now be going to Take 5 from now on.

It really is the worst auto center in Georgia. They don t honor appointments, never staffed, and slow to do anything. I ll never come back.

I was told to come at 7a to get my tire changed. Turns out they don t start changing tires until 8 or 9a per the tech person.

I had an appointment at 5 pm for an oil change they didn t get my information until 5:30 they told me I could do my grocery shopping while I wait it was then 6:45 and I still hadn t heard anything about my car so I asked the gentleman at the desk how much longer he said approximately 20 min it then reached 7:30 and I the man came in from my car and told me they didn t have the screwdriver they needed to use for my oil change I waited 2.5 hours for them to tell me they couldn t do my oil change at all I wish there was better communication and they told me they couldn t do my oil as soon as they got my car instead of me waiting Service: Oil change

Awful experience - needed 4 new tires and decided to take a chance using Walmart. I ordered my tires weeks ago and was supposed to have them installed the following weekend. My order just kept saying delayed and no one could give me an estimate of when they would be ready/available for installation. Between the employees in the auto care center and Walmart customer service, I kept being told different things. First, I was told they would guarantee within 24 hours they would be ready. 48 hours go by. Then I m told to contact the store directly. It took me 2 days of attempting to call to finally get someone on the phone only to be told my tires still hadn't arrived and there was nothing they could do. Then, I m told that even though my order still says delayed , my tires had arrived and would be ready the next day for my appointment. 2 hours before my appointment, I get notified that it s been canceled because they don t have my tires and to call the store to reschedule. I called and called and no one answers. So, I drive all the way over there. The employees are rude and tell me they don t have my tires and there s nothing they can do. I m told if I want a refund to call Walmart customer service. So I did, 4 times. As every single time they only cancelled one of my tires instead of all 4 like I specifically asked. Thankfully I got a full refund and am able to take my business elsewhere, but word to the wise, don t be fooled by the reasonable prices. This was a nightmare of an experience and I will never again attempt to order tires through Walmart.Service: Tires

Absolutely awful experience. I wish I would have looked for the reviews before I ever tried coming here. Just need an oil change and it took 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. The woman in front of me and I were told to wait outside and then told we could only get it if we went inside and then told we could only get it if we wait outside. The employees could not be less motivated to work. My opinion of walmart was already terrible but the auto center is even worse than expected. I will never come back. I wish there was some sort of accountability for such bad experiences, but Wal-Mart doesn't value its customers at all.They ended up getting the woman in front of me and then telling me it would be an additional hour and a half to 2 hours for mine. After waiting an hour already. Hell no.

I was going to give this place a try despite the low rating. I went in on Saturday and they claimed the computer was down and they didn't have any idea when it would be back up so I should just come back another day...so I came back on Monday. It wasn't even 4:00 yet and the guy told me that there was no way they could get to me because they were closing soon. I asked him when they were closing and he said 5:30 even though the website says 7:00. There was only one person in the waiting room and two cars in the garage but no one working. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location.Service: Tires

This was the MOST unprofessional experience I ve had in a while. I needed 4 tires, I was told they had 5. I asked could someone put eyes on the tires to ensure the tires were there before I drove there. I was told they were their come in. I get their was never greeted, James along with 3 other employees were bickering over a spill that delayed oil changes. After about 35 mins of time wasted and putting 3 customers ahead of me James finally tells me they only have 2 tires. The staff was rude and VERY unprofessional.

My view of this location is already terrible and I haven t even gotten my tires done yet. First of all, would be nice when customers come in to be greeted and acknowledged when we arrive. The girls stood there and acted like I wasn t even trying to get their attention. Secondly, doesn t matter when you call, they may answer the phone, but they always put you on hold and never comeback or check in on you. Need better staff in this area

Called in for tire service. Manager gave a quote, said he had 4 tires in stock, told us to come in. Arrived in 10 min and only two techs working, manager was gone and they only had 2 tires in stock. Waited a very long time for work to be done but tech was very professional and did his best to accommodate. The three stars are for the great work of the technician. If based on the manager I would have rated it Zero stars.

These guys did a very thorough job, even though I got a basic oil change. They were professional and pleasant and have a very hard job, but still managed to be friendly despite being understaffed. There was very high volume at this particular Auto Care Center that day (Saturday ) and there were only 2 techs working in the dock and the cashier was doing battery checks it seemed like every 5 minutes and even was ringing up people's groceries! They got the job done and I am thankful to the tech who did a great job and the team for holding it down so professionally despite a lot of pressure.

I've been to this place 2 times... They are usually open till 7pm... 2 months ago my friend from out of town got a flat and this was like the only place open on a Sunday... We got there at like 701pm and the older gentlemen took us anyway he really didn't have to do that and my friend was able to leave the city... That's what made me come there for my oil changes which are reasonable a well

I came here to change the oil and tire rotation the manager said we can t change the tire because the key is not good I told him you not going to play with the key leave the key inside they said we can t change the oil because those people are lazy and really tired. Walmart need to change the stuff the one who can take care of the customers after I asking the name of the manager and he was refusing to tell me his name I have the video the way they was taking care of me they even don t answer me Walmart need to change the stuff if they want to get good business otherwise Walmart will be losing the business this people need rest they have a manager his name is Bennie looks like he want to fight with me I have the video I was making video also. So Walmart can know what there stuff doing and they are taking care of the customers.

Horrible. If you are thinking about getting your car serviced, THINK AGAIN! Absolutely slow and unorganized. The workers do not clearly communicate what you are there for to each other. Sat for 2 hours after being the 1st car to arrive. And when they were finally done it was utterly unorganized to get me out the door. The manager was trying to spew directions that the workers had already done. Just give me my keys please.

Purchased 2 tires online and at pickup the Service Manager refused to install purchased tires due to a difference in what was on the vehicle and what the tablet showed factory size for the vehicle, even though the new tires were same size as on rims. 205-65 R15

The managers in auto care center are just lazy and they play entirely too much.. the short guy monta seems like he's there by himself all the time very helpful and fast working guy i don't know the other guy name but he's the dark tall ball head guy he's a great worker also the only two i allow to work on my car.. they seem to be always short on staff and need new management team ASAP !!

I went in for a a basic oil change two weeks ago and went into the store, as my vehicle was to be serviced. I was sent a text stating the mechanics had to speak to me. When I got back to the service center, there was one mechanics there and when I asked about the status of my vehicle, he stated Uhm ahh yeah they said you have an oil leak and we can t touch it. MInd you, I put two quarts in seek priori and some did spill on the side, because I didn t have a funnel. That was the oil they saw. Instead of being honest, that there was oil on the side of the oil hub, and not trying to JIP ME OUT OF MONEY, I wouldn t have to make this review. I took my truck to my guys mechanic, no oil leak, oil changed filters changed no issue.I do thank you Walmart Car Care Center, I found my forever mechanic at another legal location!!!

Nobody answers the phone. It takes time to get someone at the store too. They are very unprofessional and can't explain well about the tires or services available and will rush you. Overall a bad experience.

I will never go to this auto center again. The manager tried to put the wrong size tires on my car and added extra services to my bill without my knowing. In addition, the last time I had a battery installed, the dash panel (speedometer, odometer, fuel gauge, warning lights, thermometer, etc) went out and nobody informed me of this. I found out when I cranked my car prior to leaving. Plus, they were unable to fix it. The manager told me they weren't working when I arrived..smh. Long story short, take your business elsewhere.

I pre-ordered a set of tires online and had them delivered site to store. Got my email saying they where ready to pick up at the auto care center to have my service performed.I walked back to the auto care center and there wasn't a single person to be found. Waited for about 5 minutes and walked around the nearby isles to find someone. Once I came across an employee I asked him if there was anyone available in the auto care center. He just stood there, frozen, staring at the shelf like an idiot. I asked again, this time more slowly and he asked me to go check if there was anyone there. I told him I was just there and he asked me what I wanted and after my answer he told me to go to the front of the store to the pickup counter, get my tires myself, drag them back to the auto care center and they would perform the tire swap. I told him the email told me to go to the auto care center where my tires should be. He seriously told me with an attitude that since it was site to store i have to go to the site to store pickup counter in the front of the store. I didn't realize that I worked at Walmart...I went to the pickup counter and again explained my situation. They had my tires up there and placed them on a big trolley and gave it to me to push back to the auto care center. I pushed this huge cart back through the store damaging store displays and pushing items off shelves but at that point I didn't care. This store was run by the laziest most incompetent group of people I have ever met.After getting my tires back to the auto care center and waiting another 5 minutes the same employee appeared again and asked if these where the tires I wanted on my car. Are you serious? No these are just the tires I like to drag around Walmart while I shop... At this point I had last all faith in this employee's ability to do anything remotely helpful.He told me to push the tires into the garage and tell the mechanics to put them on my car. I referred him to the very obvious safety warning stating that mechanics only through this door and he said it was fine and would unlock the door for me to enter. I just wanted my tires changed so I opened the door and pushed my tires through and found a confused mechanic who took the tires and had me go pull my car in. As I was about to take a seat in the waiting room I heard the lead mechanic scold the other employee for having me walk right into the garage by msyelf. At least one person had a clue.The tire service was fine and took about 2 hours even though there was no wait to work on my car. But at least it was fairly cheap.Next time I would pay a few more dollars and go somewhere the employees give a crap.

Was going to purchase a battery here and have them install it because it was "free". Walked around the store for a while and received a call to come back to the tire center thinking they were finished. Come to find out they hadn't started because the "technician" didn't know how to remove my battery. He literally told me they couldn't do it. 2014 Sierra - factory battery. Went to Costco to buy a battery and install it myself. The employees were friendly but extremely lazy and incompetent.

Very slow service, now I am waiting for half an hour for battery. Unorganized, slow and not customer friendly. Also went in for oil change and the guy made any effort to not service my car, after calling the manager he said he would do and I walked out for an hour and came back see my car outside saying that for technical issues they are not doing the work. Seems looking for reasons to pass time not doing anything.
