Vn is the best mechanic I ever had he never let me down! He been working on my car over 5 yrs satisfaction is guaranteed his word is valuable to meet u can trust Vn with your car he my Car Hero! And the prices are the best he cares it's not about money thanks Vn for being good to me!!!

Very rude!! He will charge you $100 to check the car and then give you a price and when you agree for the repair he will call you one week later to tell you he doesn't want to do the job that it is to much but still wants to charge you $100 fee. If I'm agreeing for the job why should I pay the fee if you can't fix it. Scam scam scam be aware!!!

Be aware especially women I have been using this guy for a number of years and in the past getting what I thought was good work but recently very bad experience I had a oil leak on the bottom of my car he charge me $300 to change out the top oil gasket I went back to him three times because the bottom of my car was still leaking oil .He lied to me and told me it would be additional $1,000 to fix the problem I knew he was lying so I went somewhere else and had the problem looked at I was told it was leaking oil because the oil drain plug was loose.The other place tighten my oil drain plug and charged me $25 for having to look and correct the problem. And no longer experience oil leaking.

Such a rip off! The owner has a very bad attitude towards people of color.We politely asked him to let us know how much the coolant thermostat repair will be. He rudely said first bring me the part then I ll tell you how much.We asked again nicely to at least let us know the ballpark so we know what to expect. And he just decided to walk away.Stay away from this place!

I love this mechanic. I went to him after the clown mechanic next to his shop (Varona Automotive) worked on my car and screwed up my brake. This mechanic is FAST, affordable and extremely knowledgeable!!! VN Auto Repair was very good to me. They repaired my Nissan Altima for a very good price and they knew exactly what was wrong with it. They even called me a few days later to make sure that my car was still working properly. The shop doesn't look very polished, but don't let that fool you. They are very good at what they do and I highly recommend this shop. I would definitely bring my car back if I had any other issues.

warning!!!! Crook!!! Liar!! Dangerous! Do not go to this mechanic. He lied about the repairs I needed and charged me a huge price and I believed him and paid. Once I realizedThat he never replaced the engine that he said I needed, I contacted my credit card company. They wanted me to work with him so I took the car backin--- while it was there he sabotaged my car. He put water in the antifreeze container -- loosened bolts on the timing belt, emptied the oil and power steering fluid.I have all the documents from him and the bank and they sided with me because he lied to them too--- but he did get my car very messed up after they sided with me.This man could have killed me and my children. He is a full fledged crook!

I've been taking my cars here for years and my parents and uncle have even longer than I. Everything from Mercedes, Mazda, Hyundai, Infinity, Kia and Toyota Hung and his team have worked on them all. He is honest and is straight forward with me. He lets me know exactly what is wrong after running a diagnostic and gives me options. From the beginning he lets me know what he and his team are capable of doing and not.I was there today just a couple hours ago and before I explain what happened it's best to know what the situation was. A lady had dropped her vehicle at a body shop down the road (that was not VN Auto) and they were unable to fix her vehicle. That body shop contacted VN Auto to see if they were able to help them repair her vehicle. He accepted the job.Hung was running a diagnostic on my car inside the garage when an irate and entitled couple stormed up demanding answers. You could see from the beginning there was absolutely no reasoning or talking to them. She demanded that she wanted her car right now and asking why it is even here when this is not the shop, she brought it to. Hung politely asked them to please calm down and that is when all hell broke loose. The lady was screaming and said she was calling the cops. Hung walked away to find someone to help them since he was already with me. She began to tell anyone that would listen how horrible this shop was. I ignored her the best I could, but she just would not stop. I asked the gentleman she was with if they could just calm down I said "Hung said he would help you, you can't expect for him to drop what he is doing you aren't the only customer here". He proceeded to raise his voice at me so I walked away to ask Hung if I should stick around for the cops to come so they would have the correct information from a third-party. The gentleman proceeded to yell at me telling me to come back and not walk away from him when he is talking to me (entitled much?). What kind of person thinks it is okay to treat people like that? Anyways. I have footage and audio of these individuals. I stuck around long enough to give my side of the story to the cops. Take all the reviews on here with a grain of salt. Yes, the lot is crowded and yes, sometimes you will have to wait but no longer than you would at any other shop.

Had been going here for years but This time the customer service was horrible don't be disrespectful and hush me bc your doing to many cars at once and under staffed.I waited over an hour for a 30 min job. Putting tires on and doing a tire balance shouldn't take 1 1/2 hours. People pulling up workers stopping to work on their cars, owner stops working on my car and leaves to go to another shop he owns, when I ask the other workers why is my car just sitting they don't know nothing, owners wife in back I asked her she doesn't know and walks out, I call the owner and ask what's going on he says just a few mins ill be done and hung up on me. I'm not taking unprofessional customer service when spending my money. It's tax season so beware they wanna pull in all the work they can to get big money so if your spending small money like me on a install and balance you can wait. No! Wrong! I will not spend my money where the customer service is horrible and you think your going to handle me in just anyway you choose. Bye!!!

I've had them do brakes, replace radiators, coil packs, control arms, wheel hubs, and timing belts. They know their way around cars. It's not a glamorous location and I always bring the parts I need replaced or installed. Their labor rate is very reasonable and they have always finished when they said they would.

Took car to shop for diagnostics. Shop did the diagnostics. Came back to take car back and shop owner mentioned diagnostic is $100"and he told me cost over the phone. Total lie. Even though he is lying, I told him I would pay half way $50. He said $100 or do not get car. I was forced to pay like paying to a mafia boss holding my car for random. His time to do the diagnostics was not even 10 minutes and he charges a ransom price of $100. He even lied that he bought parts for my repair. This shop is where you go to experience first hand soprano way of providing customer service. The rating should be negative 5 but there is no option for this.

This man knows cars. When he has recommended repairs, he has been right and when he repaired it, it ran right again. He gets the repairs done in the time he says he will and you won't be in there all day. Bring your car in first thing in the morning, and you could probably have it out by noon. I've had a starter replaced and a wheel bearing put on for $500 for both, which was very reasonable. The only two things I don't like are his handwritten receipts which may not fly with my aftermarket warranty and extremely limited parking. I agree with another reviewer, if you byop (bring your own parts( that makes the cost go significantly down. He also does body work.

I paid Juan 1700.00 to put a motor in my 2010 Toyota Camry. Its been over a month and my second time coming back for the Same issue!!!! Oil leaking!!!!! The 1st time i was here 4 hours, now im here again in this cold waiting room and he wants me to sit here from 10 am - 5 pm!!!! He very unprofessional, and i told him when i counted your payment out to you I ddnt have a problem. Please be mindful of this place!!! Im very irrated with Juan and his nasty attitude makes it more frustrating!!!!

A while back i took a GMC to get a engine. They broke it down and then jack the price up 500.00. Then i got it back no light worked. They caused electrical problems after putting it in someone else had to fix. Unprofessional, inexperienced, business ethics.

This is a great company to take your car to for any issues. I've been here several times, sometimes not knowing the exact issue and they found it, fixed it and I never had an issue again. I also have other family members that go here as well.

Unprofessional and scammers. Got my transmission replaced there and not even a week later the transmission fluid flooded out of it leaving me stranded. They charged me $150 to tow it back to them and wanted $400 to fix what THEY messed up. I will NEVER go back to them again.

Please don't fall for the hype.. the worst place ever. The owner is a lier and won't fulfill the promises. I was so disgusted dealing with them how they lied to me in to fixing my car and then called me and said they won't do it. Why waste my time and money?. Please think twice before you get these guys to your car. I was frustrated and upset

Extremely busy in a tight space. Waiting area is nasty, no outlet to charge phone and I am eager for them to finish so I can get up out of here!I suppose you get what you pay for.
