Called and asked for a price to mount my new tire on the rim he told me he didn t do that and hung up. I showed up because I was literally on the way I ask him why he do that he tell me they were busy ????? Then tell me it s going to be $30 and I have to wait an hour and a half. Don t go here for your own sake. I don t even see how they still in business

After being turned down by one automotive center because the placement of my blinker light was difficult to reach I called a second automotive center with the same result except I could drive to the second location so they could evaluate the situation and maybe they would be able to replace the blinker light. Third time was the charm. Spoke to Allen at Tucker GoodYear who said yes I can do that no questions or complex diagnostics required. My problem was solved and I was out of there in about 30 minutes. Great service. Great atmosphere. I ll be back.

My experience at this particular Good Year was beyond my expectation. My mechanic Anthony was excellent. The customer service was superb and I will definitely be sending more customers to this location.

I went in to get a set of tires and oil change. Tires was priced lower than any place around. Very good service in and out about two hours. if you need good service talk to Allen.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff. These guys are awesome! Allen was a great listener, he knew exactly what I needed. The mechanics kept me informed, and gave great recommendations! And they got me in and out and quickly as possible.

Hello.. This place is so awesome..Mr.Anthony the Manager is absolutely about customer service..and Mr.Allen is right there to. You come in and their on it ....No messing around Great customer Service...Good work guys..

Great service through the years!! This location has serviced a few vehicles over time. No matter the issue we were CONSISTENTLY shown care to our cars all with exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.

Mike, Anthony, and Ken were super patient and assisted me with my card payment issue. Not sure of the tech name (Hispanic guy) but he did good work but I noticed these pieces were left off my glove compartment from where my filters were replaced! I've tried to reach out several times with no response! Check your car before leaving.

I went to this location after trying a few other tire places because I had a flat tire. It was close to closing and other people had turned me away but the guy here immediately took my keys and told me he would look at it for me. It wasn't even 10 minutes and he had the tire off, worked on it, and repaired it for me. When he returned the keys to me and pulled my car around he just wished me a Merry Christmas and told me it was no charge. I was stunned and I asked him if he was sure. He assured me that it was free. It has been a long time since I have received customer service this good. I wish I had gotten his name because I will definitely be returning here for any car service I may need!

I would not recommend this location they are private own. I purchased tires here with a warranty and when I had a flat they told me they could not repair the tire it was a small hole they wanted me to buy a whole new tire for $250 since the only warranty they offer was patching the tire for free. I was told of the warranty before but when David A white man I never seen before knew I had a warranty he changed his demeanor and suggest that I buy a new tire basically he lied and did not service my flat tire. I guess the business didn t have much business so they scamming people out of thousands just to make it up.

on the google they say they are open at 8 am . when i drove all the way to the shop . they were closed . they put out a bourd that says open but the door was locked . totally disappointed . waisted my time .

If there was a negative star they would receive it. Took my car in to remove check engine light. I the diagnosis was knock sensor. I paid them to change it. The check engine light came back on for the same problem and it took them almost 9 months to resolve this issue. It wasn t until I took the car to the dealership to diagnose to find out they had put aftermarket parts on it. I I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to this location because the manager told me to come back and see him because my undercarriage had hit an object and was falling from my car. I asked David to see the manager and he ignored me. He proceeded to ask me what was the issue, I told him and he proceeded to look at the problem and I asked for the manager again and again he ignored me. I assumed the manager was not there yet I allowed the technician to remove my undercarriage. The manager, Anthony appeared and asked me why did not I ask for him. I told him I did yet David did not call for you as I thought you were not there. Afterwards, I reasoned that he did not acknowledge my request because I was a woman. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

This place is the best place I have ever been to for the service of my vehicle. I have had horrible experiences at other places, but it is always pleasant here. All of the mechanics and workers are great, but Anthony is my favorite. He and his colleagues are so knowledgeable about cars and they really care about the safety of their customers and the reliability of their vehicles. It is obvious that whoever does the hiring hires people that really know a lot about cars and not just people that need a job. Because I had such a wonderful experience here I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Go there and see Anthony. You will not be disappointed. He is my favorite, but everyone else is wonderful too. Whoever manages this place is doing a great job! I am very happy here.

RIP OFF BEWARE- They advertise free aligmentment with new tires and then charge for it, they won't reverse the charges. Same with the brake check should be free but charged anyway after brakework. FRAUDSTERS That need to be investigated by DeKalb county UPDATE: when they put the new brake pads on they didn't tighten a bolt, which meant after 6 months my brakes were making a horrific noise, $$$ took in elsewhere for correct repair

My daughter and I have used *this particular Goodyear location* (also known as Tucker Tire) for the past few years for oil changes and car repairs. And overall we have been very pleased with the service and repairs. Dealing with cars can be very frustrating and as we all know expensive. The staff here (Neil, Rick, and Ken) have always been up front with us about what services are neccesary and they always work with us on the price. As of late, Neil and Rick have been exceptionaly helpful with our car needs, and we really appreciate their help. We also feel like the mechanics here have done good work. I did have one problem a couple of years ago with different personnel. And I almost didn't return. But things have since been positive. And Neil has especially gone above and beyond to provide good customer service. I have tried many mechanics over the years. And it is challenging to find the best price and good work. If you try this location, I am sure Neil and Rick will be of help. Dee & Taylor

Good work done on my vehicle. The waiting room was rather dirty, not somewhere I would have waited if I had a choice. Overall pretty professional, just find anywhere else to wait.

Ladies take your business elsewhere! This is another repair place that is rude and dismissive towards women. My fianc� took my car in for warrantied maintenance and watched the manager take the car back and do a quick fix, but not actually complete the repair. When he tried to call the guy on it, he was rude and dismissive, told him he fixed the problem didn't even give him a receipt for the work he'd supposedly done. He also only had the car in back for 5-10 minutes tops. Definitely not long enough to patch a tire properly(unless you're moving the pace of a NASCAR pit member, which I assure you he was not). When I called and talked to the manager he was extremely rude to me, interrupeted me, raised his voice and treated me like I was just some gullible woman and not an informed customer who can still not see where this supposed patch was done to my tire. I got fed up and told him off(believe me it was earned), but the most disgusting part about his behavior was when I told him I'd be going over his head to make a formal complaint and he laughed and told me to go right ahead. I can only imagine what the rest of this locations employees are like if a manager behaves THIS poorly.

I came in with my mom and we were very impressed with the gentleman at the counter. He was very polite, handsome, respectful and knowledgeable about my mom vehicle. Apparently he hadn't been at the front counter very long because we were here in july and he wasn't there. The manager name was Anthony and the owner obviously made a wonderful choice in choosing him. He actually took me out to the car and throughly explained what was needed and how much it costed. Of course we got the service and will be back only because of Mr. Anthony. I have told several of my employees at the Dekald medical Center to ask for him only. About time change has come to Goodyeaar in tucker. Hats off Anthony.

These guys did a wheel hub assembly on my car and I couldn t be happier. Neil and Rick up front were friendly and kept me updated on my vehicles status and Anthony who worked on my car did great work and got the job done quickly. I ll definitely be coming back for future work. Thanks guys!!

They wer nice nice but after like an hour of waiting for 2 tires to be put on my car i went to the counter to see what was taking so long and the dude was like "ok yea i think you are ready to go". My car had been done for a while apparently bc it was already parked back in the front for me to pickup. Definitely not cool wasting folks time.

Came in shortly after they opened to get my brakes done. Was told the wait would be 30 mins for estimate. I waited an hour and a half for price. I ve been here now for 2 hours and it s still not done. It s freezing in here and I m uncomfortable. I told the guy at the front and he touched the thermostat but it s not any warmer in here. No TP or soap in the bathroom. I ll go someplace else next time.

Went to this location to get a oil change and a tire. A week later I had my check engine light. When I went in to check it out they told me I had transmission fluid on my filter (new engine and filter prior to going here) and I had a massive air flow issue. Taking it to my grandfather he said that the part was tampered with and had some kind of brown substance blocking air to go to my engine. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN BEWARE THEY WILL TRY TO GET THERE COMMISSION OUT OF YOU !!! Will never go here again !!!

Had to bring my car back here 3 times to get one problem fixed. Third time truly was the charm though . My car finally was fixed and horrible grinding sound gone. Turned out my car was not properly aligned (after they originally aligned it) mind you that was trip 2. Trip one brought my car back after "repair " because I heard a horrible grinding noise every time I turned right, I was told it was a "driving plate" a what , anywho 5mins later car was supposedly "fixed" less than 10 minutes and a right turn later, guess what, yup grinding sound. So long story short, shop manager was finally in when I came, he got his mechanic to properly align my car. The entire issue was my wheel was hitting my tire rod anytime I turned right. I never take my car to GOODYEAR for repairs I have always had bad experiences with them. My car ended up here because of a repair that needed to be made after a accident, the shop I took my car to did not do tire work & used GOODYEAR for this sole purpose. Definitely would not have been my "Go-To"
