Take your Tesla anywhere but here. They had our X for 5 months! It went on 4 parts holds (cause they never ordered all the parts at the same time), it was flagged as ready to pick up 3 times yet when we went to pick it up it had critical errors and warnings of free roll do not drive. And when we did finally get it, the car STILL had issues! And it was filthy (full of random parts, trash, branches, etc) The brakes weren t working correctly, the wipers no longer worked, and one falcon door was not closing. It has taken us 3 more months just to get all of these issues resolved through the service center and another collision center (cause I m not giving them my car again!), turns out they installed some of my windows incorrectly as well - just what kind of shop are you guys running anyway? During that 5 months we NEVER heard from our advisor, her voicemail was always full too. I will never bring another Tesla here, for any reason. I would rate zero stars if I could!

I recently had my car serviced at Tesla Collision in Tucker and I m thoroughly impressed. The service was incredibly efficient, with everything completed in less than two weeks. What stood out most was the communication from the staff. They kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I was always in the loop.A special shoutout to Joshua Barros for his exceptional service. His clear and frequent updates made the whole process stress-free. It s rare to find such attentive and speedy service in auto repair, and Tesla Collision Tucker, especially Joshua, went above and beyond. Highly recommend for anyone needing efficient and well-communicated Tesla repairs.

We had a very pleasant experience with this body shop. The staff were both helpful and polite. We had about 12k worth of body damage from a car wash . Tucker Collision did a wonderful job working with USAA to get the payment for repairs. Our 2023 X was repaired in less than two weeks. I'm extremely thankful that it was done so quickly and that the process was not stressful. The car looks beautiful!!!

Although the staff was friendly and it was very easy to schedule the appointment, I have to give a two-star rating. I took my M3 in for a minor scrape on the rear bumper. The rear quarter panel was pushed in but not dented. The damage looked very minor--so minor, that I didn't bother getting it fixed right away. The sensors weren't affected at all and the damage was purely cosmetic.The Tesla receptionist warned me right off that I would have a major hassle getting my insurance company to pay the claim, and I soon found out why. The service rep estimated that the work would take about $11-14K to fix. I was floored.I immediately had the car towed to a Tesla-certified shop that ultimately completed the repair for about $4500 and I had no problems getting my insurance company to pay it. The repairs were completely quickly and flawlessly and the shop provided a liftetime guarantee on the repairs. My car is as good as new.I have no doubt for that the Tesla Collision Center also would have completed the repair quickly and flawlessly, but there's no way that the $11-14K figure they quoted was justified. Had I allowed them to repair my car, I would have had to cough up at least $6K out of pocket. I'm guessing that Tesla wanted to replace all of the parts when repairing them would have been more appropriate given how minor the damage was.Based on this experience, I would recommend that any Tesla owner avoid the Tesla Collision Center at all costs and stick to Tesla-certified shops.

If I could go back in time and start my service request at Tucker instead of Marietta - I would do it in a heartbeat.Never in my life have I ever been at any automotive shop that didn t provide a breakdown of work to be completed. I had to drive 2 hours round trip 3 times to Tesla matietta collision only to have them do nothing and some reason couldn t figure out what was needed to resolve the issue.Body alignment issues - they completed a wheel alignment. Seriously?Fast forward, I see Tucker has a collision shop and request service at that location as I refused to go back to Marietta.Start to finish, Jimmyand his team - Josh walked me through step by step, documented all the items, and had it resolved within 48 hours.I hope I don t need collision services again, but if I do - I recommend Tucker over the Marietta collision. (Which I m still irritated Marietta promised me a $100 Uber gift card, only to realize it didn t work and it was only for Uber rides / why would I need this when there s a rental is beyond my knowledge.)Thanks again Jimmy and Josh!

First of all , I must say that I waited a month for this very moment . Long Story Short , I was involved in a hit and run . I have Tesla insurance which is not in available to consumers in Ga , however I wanted my car fixed in Ga . My car was towed here . Tesla doesn t offer in house rental cars ,even though you are using their branded insurance . @Tesla Please change this , some of us don t support the hertz or enterprise, and budget brand . However after 2 weeks of back and forth , Car was approved for repairs via insurance . I was upset I was going to be without a car , but I sucked it up to be able to see who I have invested in when it comes to automobiles . The customer service was amazing . Kim and Jason was always polite and professional . When it got to the adjuster or estimator , Krystie gets this shoutout . Thank you for always keeping me informed about the car, and just simply going above and beyond through the entire process . After a month of inconvenience, I got the car back , and it was completely repaired . The cost after it was said and done was 11k . We had to pay 1k deduct , due to the other driver having insurance , it was a rental car . I wanted to put the money back in Tesla , it was worth it . For all the previous reviews , things have changed at this location . Another note , at the time of pick up , it was welcoming to their service center , it was clean and offered lots of snacks and drinks . Thank you everyone at this location for representing the Tesla brand well.

I was involved in an at the beginning of the year and because of Krystle the claim adjuster for the site along with her team, I was able to get my car fixed and returned in a timely manner that was high beneficial to me and my situation. Krystle is amazing at her job. She goes the extra mile to help and is very understanding.

Hey Tesla in Tucker update your customer service skills, I had my car there for 3 weeks received a few updates by text, never saw my service advisor when I picked up my car, the receptionist pulled my car around and handed me my key card. I ll go back to Tesla in Chicago the service was beyond excellent.

I had an exceptional experience at the Tesla Collision Tucker service center, and I want to express my gratitude, especially to the outstanding service provided by young lady Krystie Balbuena. Throughout the entire process, she went above and beyond, guiding me through dealing with a challenging insurance company. Krystie s positive spirit not only eased my stress, but made it easy to get answers to any questions I had. A big thanks to Krystie for her professionalism and unwavering support during a stressful time.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I ve had a great experience with Tesla Collision in Tucker. Took my Model X in for back bumper damage and the job was completed within one week. Travis is the best! He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and updated me with everything. I m very Satisfied with the work. I pray that I don t have to visit any collisions center for any damages to my vehicle again. but, if I do it will DEFINITELY be Tesla Collision Tucker.
