I got the best help from all autopart store in the area, the part that I have doesn't have a specific part number, transmission seal that I tried all crossing part numbers and couldn't figure it out. Finally I see people with knowledge exceeding what I expect , they don't worry too much about just selling as much as they worry about helping. Also about 10 days ago another issue with newer model clutch kit that they order and got it delivered , pricing and service is the best . Thank you Orielly team at tucker store.

Great selection. House blends as well as National offerings. Big savings. Antifreeze house blend $12 a gallon vs QT $19 a gallon. Thank you

MS. SHAWN IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! OMG she went above and beyond and made sure I was properly taken care of and received the right product. Rosy was absolutely amazing! She took her time to figure out what the problem was with my headlight bulb that I had just purchased 3 weeks ago. She worked patiently through the entire process and was able to fix the issue. I've always had a great experience with the staff at this location!

Ms. Shawn went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me yesterday! She was patient, professional, compassionate, and she helped me find a SOLUTION instead of just sending me away with a suggestion. We need more genuine people like her; because she cares- about the customer and the job! It's for this reason and this reason ONLY that I choose O'Reilly versus Auto Zone and Advanced Auto Parts.

I am a 60 year old woman who drove alone from Texas to go to a family reunion and visit my brother who lives in Tucker, GA. When my Ford Expedition check engine light came on as I was getting ready to head home, it started misfiring badly. I went to the Lawrenceville Highway O'Reilly Auto Parts for them to do a free diagnostic. As Chris, the O'Reilly employee, hooked up my car, he felt the misfire and thought it might be a bad coil, but until he checked it on the computer he could not say for certain. As the diagnostic device did it s thing, he and I got to talking and he mentioned he had just had his coil replaced in his Ford Explorer the prior week. All the Ford Dealerships I called in the area, prior to taking it to O Reilly, told me it would be days before they could even look at it, let alone fix it, and my brother s mechanic had covid. I asked him where he had serviced his car and he gave me a terrific recommendation for a repair shop! The repair happened that afternoon and it was indeed a bad coil and I was able to start my 950 mile trip back to Texas the next day! I am so grateful to Chris for being so kind and so helpful in what was an extremely stressful situation.

I was looking for window wipers. Went to all the competitors, and they were all overpriced for what I wanted. O'Reilly had it for what I wanted to pay. I'll be back.

If you want to get into an argument over price matching with the manager Rosie. This is the place for you!!!Lady just fought me tooth and nail over about $30 worth of parts concessions.I will never buy another part for this brand!You won Rosie. Hope that $30 bucks was worth losing a customer for life.

the store manager and staff was very helpful our company has been going to Oreillys for years and she is the only one to talk about benefits of having an account, we are currently getting where as the other one did not. thank you.

Never go there you've been warned- especially dealing with the store manger rosa she's rude snd disrespectful. I have been going to this particular store for years she has no respect for her customers . I will mever go this location ever again until she's gone

Went to go get my check engine light checked. Was met by a blonde, short, heavier set woman with glasses. Gave me a lot of passive aggressive attitude. Seem like didn't really want to help. Seemed to want to do the minimum job and no more. Had better experiences at other O'Reillys. Would avoid if you have another choice.

Stopped in to get some spark plugs, a tool and a light. Very friendly and helpful staff. They don't make you feel like a nuisance like other auto part stores I've been to. Will definitely make this my go-to store.

**UPDATE**I called customer service after the incident below, they said I was right. I went back a few days ago. They accepted my card without breaking any of the rules.**OLD**Employees demanded ID just to use a credit card in direct violation of merchant rules. Employees were overly rude and condescending and lied about it being an O'Reilly policy as I have shopped at many other O'reilly's but without any of the harassment. I went thirty seconds down the road to the Autozone and got exactly what I wanted with none of the nonsense.

Sisters this is the place to go...there were two very nice but more importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! ladies behind the counter, nice to go into an auto parts store a d feel the USUAL Male intimidation atmosphere...I will go there for my auto needs in the future...and thanks ladies for singing me up for my discount card!!!...H Hawkins....

You always need to check the big 3 auto parts stores for price. But for me O'Reilly's has been pretty consistent with good quality at a good price.

Not so good with customer service, I walked in and no one was around to be found. When I did eventually find someone I spoke nicely and the guy walked past me to greet someone else walking around the store as I stood at the counter... Just rude!

Even after looking up my vehicle...sold me the wrong gas cap that hindered me on passing emissions check... don't rely on them to be knowledgeable.

Wouldn t return part for me cause I bought part at different store. She s a liar who didn t want to return part cause she didn t want her sales numbers down. I m a mechanic and won t ever buy parts from any oreillys anymore because of this woman.

Came in to borrow tools for a stubborn bolt and was directed to purchase instead. I've borrowed tools at other locations in the past and never had any issue.

I thought I needed a new battery Befire he sold me he checked it Battery was good Then I thought alternator he checked it It was good He looked and found a bad belt $7.00 I love O'Reilly's
