Amazing Quality Of Sevice at a reasonable price. From my experience, each customer vehicle is taken care of as if it were their personal vehicle. Honest place to get any of your vehicle service necessities or special desires taken care of. I recommend MVP for all German & Corvette services.

Great experience Kendall who is a ray of sunshine pleasant to work with is the first person you meet. Got a tour of the shop which was clean and maintained as any NASCAR shop I ve seen. The owner explained to me my mechanical problem had the part ordered which was delivered the next day and I was on the road again.Give them a 6 STAR REVIIEW.

I have a 08 BMW X5. 4.8iI figured i would make an appointment. I wanted to see if doing a adaptation (engine reprogramming) would help after i had the camshaft & crankshaft sensors replaced.I spoke with Bill, the owner he didn t pressure me he gave me a price & did the job. I understood doing the adaptation may work, or may not work.Nevertheless i got to say, excellent service. Super friendly staff & Bill the owner gave me a tour of the shop. Very impressed. You get what you pay for. So if you want honesty, knowledgeable mechanics, w/over 20 yrs in the business. I highly recommendMVP GERMAN AUTOService: Auto engine diagnostic

MVP has been around for years! They have a wonderful reputation which is why I chose to go there. I just bought my first Volkswagen and wanted to go to someone who specializes in German cars. The owner, Bill knows his stuff and leads an incredible team of technicians. Office manager, Corey is a delight and will take excellent care of you. The environment is warm and welcoming. I walked in in January of 2023 as a new client because I had concerns about my 2020 VW Tiguan burning oil. They helped guide me through steps on how to handle the situation with VW. I now have a 2021 VW Tiguan and a place I can go to that I trust and know I m in good hands. You won t be disappointed! I highly recommend MVP!! The customer service was excellent! Bill took good care of me even when he couldn't get the headlights the way he promised, it still looked better than it was and didn't even charged me for the service he rendered. I definitely will be taking my corvette to them instead of the dealership for now on. Thanks for the good car repair experience.

I was referred by a coworker who has been going here for years--I have always received excellent and appropriate service on two of my BMW's--always at a reasonable price. They are not close but I keep driving out here because they do a nice job consistently.While I don't have direct knowledge of any of the complaints on here, I have no idea what these people are talking about. Several people I sent here have received great work on their cars--with wonderful customer service.I recommend them highly and will continue to refer friends/colleagues.

Highly Recommend! I can't express enough how great of a place this is! Very efficient, reliable, and customer friendly environment. I've been to MULTIPLE shops concerning any issues with my Audi Convertible and this shop is the only one that will have my business for life. Regardless of what other car I may get down the line. It didn't take long before they found me a new engine, installed it, test drove it, and fixed whatever other issued that came from having a bad engine. All for the absolute BEST price. Affordable, nice, and very effective technicians. Thanks again guys!

Kyle Davis, the attendant is always helpful. The mechanics do good, honest work. They will be completely honest with you and will not overcharge you for anything you didn t know. Price for oil chg $65 Labor + $25 Filter + $100 Oil Audi Gwinnett charges $110 all inclusive and their the dealer. Oil changes can lead to further service, but because it s so expensive you re losing out on potential customers what s the logic?

Well its general understanding that MVP does great work with German autos. They also do fantastic pricing on the parts. We recently checked the prices that they offered on parts against the manufacturer and MVP was very generous. MVP is conveniently located in Tucker off of Mountain Industrial Road and Hugh Howell Road. I recommend their ability to get the job done.

MVP was my only mechanic when I lived in the Stone Mountain area. They knew my car and my name anytime I called up needing service or some advice on how to best take care of my car problems. Having moved away last year, I called them up today to ask for records of my vehicle's repairs to help with a insurance claim adjuster. They knew right away all of my information, including what repairs had been done and when. They never fail to impress!MVP always treated me fairly and I never felt talked down to, which meant a lot to me. Their staff is extremely professional. Having only the one vehicle, anytime I needed a pickup or drop-off while my car was in the shop they were right there with friendly and professional staff to help me get to and from the office on time. MVP is the first mechanic I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you need an expert in foreign auto repair.

On May 3, 2021, I drove my car to your shop for servicing because the check engine light indicated a drivetrain malfunction. I was initially told that the vanos solenoids were bad and needed to be replaced. After the vanos solenoids were replaced, I received a call saying my turbo chargers and catalytic converters needed to be replaced. I purchased two turbochargers and two catalytic converters. I was told that the catalytic converters did not fit, so I ordered more. Again, I was told they did not fit. So, I instructed the technician to put the old parts back on so I could take the car to a catalytic converter specialist. When I arrived to picked my car up, I was given a bill of $2,584.48, my car was disassembled and my turbo charger and catalytic converter where located on the inside of my car. The shop refused to put the old parts back on mycar, so I had to tow it to a shop to get reassembled. I drove my car to the shop to get repaired, paid over $2000 for repairs but had to tow it to another shop to get repaired.As a direct result of my car not getting reassembled, I towed my car to Laredo s Muffler Shop. Laredo indicated that there were too many missing parts and would not be able toput the car back together; however, the catalytic converters did not need to be replaced but they did need to be cleaned, so they cleaned them. I returned the catalytic converters to the manufacturer. Since the car was still undrivable I towed the car to Ver s Import Auto Repair and paid $650 to reassemble my car into its original condition and replace the turbo chargers that were originally purchased. Also, the original concernwas never addressed. So, Ver s Import Auto conducted their own diagnostic after the car was reassembled. It was determined that rear crank case ventilation valve under theintake assembly needed replacement. This repair cost $592.00. Now my car is running and the check engine light is no longer on. In a phone conversation with Dennis, I informed him of the events that transpired with my car and my dissatisfaction with the service because my car was misdiagnosed and left the shop worse than when it came in. He suggested I tow the car back to the shop so they can attempt to remedy the problem.I had no obligation to return the car to you for further repair. I had the damage you caused repaired at a commercially reasonable price and am prepared to prove this by presenting several higher estimates by other garages.

MVP German Auto has a sincere interest in providing quality service at a fair price to its customers. I have taken my car to MVP German Auto for over ten years and would feel lost without them. Prior to finding them in Tucker, I tried shops from from Decatur to Snellville, and always had that uneasy feeling my car was being held hostage for ransom, wondering when I might see it again. All that went away when I found MVP. In my experience they have the expertise to diagnose any problem with my car and will give me a fair price for repairs.I was driving through Tucker recently at 5:30 during a Friday afternoon rainstorm on my way to 78 headed for an appointment in Monroe. I was experiencing the engine wanting to shut off when moving slowly in traffic or at traffic lights. I turned into the shop on Hugh Howell on the outside chance they might still be open, could look at my car the next day and give me a ride home. Not only were they open, they checked the car right then. The owner was able to make adjustments that got me back on the road again and to Monroe safely, and only 15 minutes late. This is the standard they expect of themselves. I would recommend them to my friends, family and anyone who can get their car to MVP German Auto at their location in Tucker.

The Service was great. I have a 6 series and the guys were great. I had my coffee and sat outside relaxed. I watched some ESPN and car was ready. They will be my new spot to go when I take the 6 back. Go see Dennis at the front he will take care of you.

My experience withDennis, Was one of the best ever going to a mechanic. They were top notch in their customer service and also the shuttle service was also great. This will be my go to shop for my BMW. They take their time to figure out the problem and if it happens to be one after they have completed a task no charge, who else does that.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience, so much so that I am posting a review (something I hardly do)! I have a 2004 VW Passat which had a check engine light that kept coming on. Three other shops had looked at the problem and could not resolve it. I should have went to MVP first!When arrived in the morning, Dennis was very friendly and welcoming. One of the first things he asked was if I needed a ride. I was surpised that he volunteered this service without me asking, and I didn't think I lived close enough to get a courtesy ride home, but they accommodated me easily. Throughout all my interactions, I could tell that Dennis and John were not only very knowledgeable, but also demonstrated empathy and understanding for me needing to pass my emissions test before my deadline expired, and went above and beyond to make it happen. In my opinion, the customer service in all aspects at MVP at all really stood out compared to the level received in most establishments. I felt like a friend or family!I am happy to say four months after bringing my car in, the check engine light has not come back on. I would recommend MVP in a heartbeat!

New to area, looking for BMW mechanic to install and register a battery for my Z-4. Based on reviews, I called MVP German Auto and Dennis scheduled me for the same day. In and out in little over an hour for 3/4 the price the dealer wanted. Dennis, staff very helpful and pleasant. Very comfortable waiting area. Will definitely go back to MVP.

The work that was done on my vehicle was 100% to my satisfaction. My service rep, John, explained everything that needed to be done on my vehicle prior to the work being done, and once it was complete, showed me all that was done on my vehicle. The price for the work was also satisfactory, but more importantly, I did not have to wait days to get my vehicle serviced. I was able to drop my vehicle off in the morning and got it back in the early afternoon.

It was a good experience.. The staff is knowleadgable and honest. I live around the corner it was great to have them close. I have been a Mercedes owner for 20 years.. I know most of the the Repair specialist and these guys rank at the top. They went above and beyond to correct my problem and use foresight to remedy other small items. (two thumbs up)
