Had a great experience here. Erica help me at the desk and was so professional and helpful. Chris was my mechanic and he was honest and told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it! They never tried to over charge me or up-sale me. I will continue to use this Mavis for my basic car needs.

Two days in a row the trash can was near full, no toilet paper or napkins, bugs were crawling on me every time I sat in the waiting area, staff saying she was overwhelmed and did apologize but that's no excuse. I finally saw the manager and he immediately replaced the tissue after two days, I had to cross the street to go to Sam's to use the restroom. I'm a disabled veteran and shouldn't have to go through this. I had to purchase insurance on the tires again even though the tires were defective from the original purchase. I don't think I should have been charged anything except maybe wear. I would like to speak to someone about this matter. The manager was James Davis.

My Cadillac had a flat tire so I came to Mavis early morning, the front desk guy was so nice and very friendly. The advisor trying to fix my flat was very nice too.They couldn t fix my tire because we need to order it and I m driving back home Sunday morning but they really did try to help me the most they could.I appreciate that they were so nice and welcoming and helpful.

Had 2 tires blown out and this Mavis luckily had an appointment available in the next hour, and I was able to get towed there and get two new tires installed in less than 2 hours! Staff was super nice and helpful to someone like me, who doesn't know much about cars. And they made sure my tires were all good before I left

I had a flat tire , try to fill it with some air at the QT right next door . Came right in front of of Marvis and I saw Charles . He gave it a look and try to add air into it and told me it was a no go . He ended up putting my spare on there for me which was greatly appreciated. Great mannerism, customer service and very helpful . Will definitely be back in the future .THANK YOU CHARLES

Erica took care me and was cooperative and understanding on what I needed done for my vehicle. I didn t know Mavis did full inspections for free until Erica told me! I m thankful and very satisfied on how I was treated and how fast I was serviced. God bless y all!

Came into the Mavis location due to issues with my tires. Erica & Chris were both informative and thorough actually determining the true issue with my vehicle. They gave a recommendation of the timeframe of future repair as well as a quote to consider. Even though it was a busy morning they still provided great customer service and professionalism

Once again , Mavis and team were phenomenal. Honored my appointment time , informed me of what I needed , was also offered suggestions from the young lady Zianna. She was not only very nice but very informative. Thank you genuinely!! The establishment was clean and with her positive presence there , definitely welcoming. This was one of the very worst experiences ever in tire buying. Employees refusing to do a simple task I offered to pay for!! Lied about our conversation to his boss and still didn t complete the task!! Don t go here!!The day after the above I called the store to talk to the manager about what her staff didn t do! She was as rude as her employees. And now I m going through their corporate office to try to get my tire installed with the Pressure Monitor working. Geez!!

I would like to thank Mavis on Mountain Industrial for kind and speedy help getting my tire changed out and getting me out the door. The staff was kind and friendly and made my experience worth commenting about. Thank you Mavis employees.

James is AMAZING!!! He went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of.I'm not at all happy with the mechanic that raised his voice at me & LIED about putting air in my tire & almost put my life at risk!!! Thankfully, I drive a newer car that alerted me to the issue!!!

Mavis is the most professional, clean, well kept tire shop I have ever been to. I have only ever had bad experiences with mechanics. They re rude, unfriendly, and an overall pain to work with. But right off the bat when I walk in to Mavis I am greeted with a warm face eager to help.Erica was kind, helpful, and sympathetic towards my sudden popped tire. She went above and beyond to see to it that I was out of the shop in a timely manner.Mavis is a spectacular company, I will definitely be back again.

Erica and her team were fantastic in helping to locate hard to find tires the same day. Had been to Sam's, Tire Discounters also Goodyear Center would have had to wait 5 -7 days. Will definitely be returning for future tires! I'm thankful for Eric's due diligence in a time of( serious) need.Thanks!

My experience here was very helpful. Not sure what her name was but the girl with the red dreadlocks was extremely amazing at her job and had some of the best customer service I ve ever experienced. Definitely grateful that I found this shop to get work done on my car.

I went in today for a new battery for my Alfa Romeo Stelvio, And not only was the customer service & quality of service Amazing but the manager Erica was very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be back to get my four tires and alignment next week.

Came in for just a brake check because I had some concerns . My appointment was at 9 . They had the car diagnosed in its entirety by 9:30 and fixed by 1130 !! Love it here !! Erica and the techs were all knowledgeable and nice !!!!

AWESOME Customer Service Zainna!!!Let me start by saying this is what Customer Service should look like.I had an issue with my car tire and needed an replacement.I called Mavis Inbound Call Center and they made me a appointment to get two tires installed. The told me that the tires would be delivered and ready to install by 4 PM.When I got to the actual store this very nice associate named Zainna greeted me with "welcome to Mavis Tires & Brakes". I proceed to inform her that I had aa appoint to get two tires installed.She check the system and verified my appointment and then informed that the tires had not arrived.She then checked the system for delivery status, which she descoved that the tire would not arrive until tommow." I was not a happy camper since I was promised that they would be here at 4 PM."She then begin searching for tires to fit my vehicle and found some in stock at another location.She callled the location to verify they were actually there, put in a transfer between locations.She then went to the store and picked up the tires and brought them back to have them installed for.I want to applaud her for the Exceptional Customer Service she provided and making sure the customer was completed satisfied!Job Well Done!

i can thank them enough!! it was just one of those days, then on top of it all my tire blew out. they were the closest shop, my friend picked me up after i took my tire off on the side of the road. They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes! AND they gave me a great deal on the tire! spent half of what i was expecting to pay :) Zainna, Erica and James were amazing help and made a super stressful situation a breeze! thank you!

Ms. Erica of Mavis had a refreshing smile as she opened the door promptly at 8a on Tuesday. She was very professional as she stated the situation with my tires and the total cost of them all. No hidden fees. I will continue my business with you all thanks again.

I got told wait times were between an hour to hour and a half. I waited for two hours, and when I asked about the time they said I still had three cars before me and it would be about 45 mins more (which in reality would have been more due to the 3 cars before me.) It would have been a total wait time of 2:30 hours to change ONE tire, so I left.Don't play with people's schedules like that.

I busted two of my tires 5 miles down the road from this mavis, I barely made it to them. And considering I moved from Louisiana 4 months ago I have no one out here. They were concerned about my well being and they worked with me and what I could do. James was absolutely amazing, he did everything he could to make sure I was well taken care of and he did it with a smile on his face and care in his heart even though it was extremely early in the morning. I appreciate this entire Mavis team, this night actually be the best location I ve been to even compared to Louisiana.

I always receive great customer service when I come here, but today s service was exceptional! I was greeted at the front desk by James. He definitely set the tone with his pleasant and positive attitude, and he maintained that same energy with every customer he interacted with. He gave me a very detailed breakdown and explanation of all the charges for my services, this was very much appreciated!
