Can't find all the right words to express my gratitude for the great service I received from Kuhn's. They are the only garage I will trust with my car. Kuhn automotive is the best! They have been honest and knowledgeable regarding my 1999 Cadillac and have managed to help me keep it running. I can't praise them enough.

Kuhn Automotive is a great outfit. Very honest mechanics -- always straight up with me and no up-sells. They often offer solutions to get stuff handled cheaper, or give a few alternatives. I also have a high-end modified jaguar sportscar that they work on with no issues. I got them to do a full suspension re-work, and they even used my own parts I had which many shops refuse to do. Chris, the owner, is a great mechanic and straight shooter. Sabrina does a fantastic job running the front office -- always a pleasure dealing with her. I trust Kuhn with all my vehicles, Jaguar, Ford, Nissans, etc.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension replacement, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

They don't take responsibility for anything they claim to fix.They hold your vehicle for extremely long amount of time then pop up with a large demand for money and if what they charge you for isn't fixedYou're just out of money because they make no mistakes.I haven't been able to enjoy my car in almost a year because they have it for the same reason they had it..I lost trust for this place as a result of multiple experiences..

Kuhn Automotive is a great place to go when you want top quality work done to a Jaguar for very good prices ( cheaper than dealership). I have used them for years and have never been disappointed. The staff is extremely friendly and treats you like family. Would recommend them to everyone who has a Jag and wants to keep it in great condition mechanically.

Kuhn Automotive is by far the best car repair shop I have ever had the opportunity to work with. They do their due diligence in truly inspecting your car to see what exactly is the issue, only quote you for parts that truly need to be fixed (unlike many other highly rated places that looked at the same issue), give you fair and honest recommendations on what to fix and what possibly not to depending on the age and overall shape of your vehicle, and have very reasonable pricing. I was blown away by the customer service shown there between Chris, Sabrina, and the rest of the team. Thank you for having truly honest business in a field that is hard to find that and for going above and beyond to serve your customers! You have a lifetime customer and advocator here!

We found Kuhn Automotive randomly during an emergency 20 hours away from home. The entire staff went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Couldn't have asked for more. Every attribute in a family owned business that I could look for we found there. Mostly thankful for their patience and understanding with me. We're so glad we found them and I urge anyone in the area to please support them and send your business their way. Great family atmosphere, they do business the right way.

Great place to take your Cadillac. I own a 92 DeVille and they take great care of it. Good prices for high quality Cadillac service. They let you know what you need and nothing more. They suggested work on my motor mounts but let me know it was not necessary unless I am drag racing it. Great customer service and a pool table. I take my Range Rover here to have my oil changed and only here. You can never trust a Jiffy Lube. I was referred here by a friend and have been stoked with my service ever since. I only use top notch mom & pop places and Kuhn works for me. They are some of the best people on the planet. Chris, Sabrina and even Randy have been great. Give them a shot no matter what you drive. I live in Canton, but needed a car evaluated in Tucker. I used Google Maps and found Kuhn Automotive. Their reviews were outstanding. They worked me into their schedule on the day I called. Even though they have "Cadillac and Jaguar" in their name, they do work on ALL types of cars and evaluated a Hyundai for me. They charged me less than the price they quoted for the evaluation...which was already reasonable...because it took a little less time than expected. Chris and Randy were both super nice and answered extra questions for me about maintenance and car evaluation.

I had been looking for a local place to take Mom and Dad's 2014 SRX for service after the check engine light came on. I called these guy's and told them about the problem. They told me that there would be a $95.00 inspection fee to check out the problem. After reading other reviews I noticed a response from the owner completely contradicting what the gentleman told me on the phone. I also became alarmed when I noticed they disclosed the customer's name in the response. I decided to take it to the dealer they told me the inspection fee would not exceed $150.00 dollars. I believe I can trust them since they are more of an established business.

Excellent work, dependable and trustworthy. What more can you expect? I even hate to say trustworthy because with Kuhn trust is integral. A few years ago my XJ8 transmission failed. Chris repaired it with a part and I was able to afford to keep the car. He now takes care of my XJR.

Great service! Chris and his team know their cars, and they price their work fairly. Honest people.For me, they've fixed Honda ('07 Pilot), Acura ('01 TL), Alfa Romeo ('90 Spider), and Mercedes-Benz ('72 280SE 4.5), and I never had an issue. They stand behind their work.Are they the cheapest? Probably not. Are they worth it? Every penny.Whatever you have, Chris can fix it. Right. The first time.

Very friendly and pleasant to deal with. They diagnose the problem quickly and repaired it all in the same day I was very happy with my choice to bring my Cadillac here. Highly recommended!

I had gone in for oil change and had a casual conversation with the service manager about the engine sound & he popped the hood up and found one of the car belts was was about to fly off and could have damaged my car any time. They offered to fix it on the spot and even offered to give my wife and I a ride with our groceries. They were very courteous and thoughtful that was exemplary!. God Bless you!

Update to my previous review. Randy is no longer the office manager. I feel that the new person the owner has up front doesn't understand the car business as much as he did. Unfortunately I'm taking my Jaguar somewhere else. I wish them all luck.

In my personal experience, finding an honest mechanic is like finding a lawyer with scruples. Not impossible, but not common either. I am very fortunate to have found Kuhn Automotive. My 2002 Cadillac Deville wouldn't start due to an issue with the security system. I had it towed there. Everything I researched on the internet pointed to the ignition lock cylinder at a potential cost of several hundred dollars. They could easily have told me this was the problem and I would never have known better. It turns out the chip in the key went bad, and that's all that needed replacing. Labor to find the issue wasn't exactly cheap, but it could have been so much worse. They are very honest and friendly people that I will continue to go to for service, and would recommend to anyone.

These guys are amazing! Took me in last minute, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly at a fair price! Glad I found them after the Jaguar dealer said they were booked for over two weeks out! Jaguar XF 2010.

First visit the other day. I was very satisfied with the service they provided. I have been looking for a new mechanic since AJ retired and closed AutoWorks. I think I have found a great replacement.

This is a must to go place for your Cadillac Repairs. After couple of weeks strugle finding a right mechanic that knows how to locate the problem and fix it am so happy that I found this place. They located the EXACt problem ( and not guessed it like other places) , fixed it and price was exactly what they quoted in first place. This place will be my now to go place for my CTS. Thank you guys for beeing awesome.

There is no finer place to have your autos serviced than kuhn automotive. Ther are very well versed in servicing all types of cars, reasonable in their pricing, prompt with their work and they have proven their honesty to me many times over. I could not recommend any service center higher.
