I whipped in here and they were busy. Immediately a tech addressed my air pressure issues with the new goodyear terrain at tires with Kevlar. Thanks guys for getting my issue solved within minutes!

I've been here multiple times for an oil change, to get new tires and to have other work done. They are very professional here and always let me know exactly what is going on with my car and this last time I got an oil change and they were nice enough to put my spare tire back underneath my car without charging me. I will continue to use them and recommend other people to use them as well.

Mr Eric was very respectful and professional I came in here to get some air in my car and he put some air in my car he showed me my tire tread with his tool tread depth gauge and show me that my tires had no tread and it was so low that they need to be replace ASAP so he gave me a quote on tires which was a great deal for all four I asked him when can it be done he told me that he would get it done under 2 hours and he went back there in the shop and got his hands dirty himself to me he went over and Beyond to satisfy me as a customer he also informed me that I needed wiper blades cabin and air filter and oil change since I bought multiple items and service he hooked me up with a deal I couldn't turn down but also which was needed for my vehicle everywhere else I've been they don't tell you that you need these items they don't do a full inspection but I never knew nothing about this until Eric showed me Eric is a great customer service advisor thank you so much good year for hiring Eric

What s the point of setting an appointment, if you still have to wait hours to be seen? The wait time at this location is always crazy long, but there s never a ton of people waiting. Make it make sense. Usually when you come to this location you re greeted and told upfront the wait time etc. Walked in today 3 people standing at the counter just looking, finally the older gentleman says something. After a hour of waiting I ask how much longer then the guy goes a hour and half after I ve already waited a hour. 2 1/2 hours wait with an appointment is ridiculous,but after I ask them, my car gets pulled back mind you it was literally just repairing the tire. Majority of these employees at this location act like you owe them something. Only say majority cause there is one guy who when you walk in he greets you and tells you upfront the the wait, etc just don t know his name. If I could have went to another location I would have, warranty is only good at this location which sucks. I definitely called around before coming here.

I have been bringing my personal and business vehicles to the Goodyear on LaVista Rd for about three years.Nahum is outstanding. He listens and always has excellents suggestions as to the model of tire that would be best and their service department is first class.

Brought my previous car in for a flat tire and everything was seamless and reasonable. Now with a new car and in need of a new place to service it, I chose to put my faith in this team and they did not disappoint. Reasonable and straight forward pricing and wait time. They effectively and clearly communicated which is a big deal for me. So many times you go in and one wait time (or price) is said and you end up waiting (or spending) more. Here it was all easy and seamless. Appreciate the efficiency and effectiveness. Will definelty come back for my next service and beyond.Ps. I walked in on a Saturday at 12:30 pm for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment expecting a long wait and tedious process. They told me it d be a 2 hr wait right at the beginning and at the 2 hr mark on the dot my car was ready.Thank you Nahum and the entire team!! Quality service is hard to come by.

Caution: I took my car for an oil change. After waiting for almost two hours, they came out to tell me the the drain plug was stripped. They damaged the oil pan and declined responsibility. The damage estimate is around $400. On top of this, they still charged me for the oil change ! I will never go to a Goodyear store !Update: I already contacted the store manager and the corporate before posting my review. They both denied responsibility and did not offer to fix the damage they caused ! The worst experience ever !

Howard had me in and out. He took the nail out my tire, fixed it, balance them and changed my oil. Whenever I'm there, those guys are the best, thank you for good hard working gentlemen, thank you Goodyear.

They are a lifesaver! My sister had a flat tire and they really helped her. She got there right at their cut off time of taking new clients, and they still found the time to help her with a flat tire. They fixed the tire quickly and she was on her way. Thank you!!!

I bought 3 new tires 8 months later they were worn out. Goodyear would not honor the Continental tire. I m giving a one star because I ve been back to the shop complaining about losing air in the tire but( Howard ) was so very rude and disrespectful to this queen. He hung up on me twice. I didn t like the way he talked to the employees. And he should find a job where he can work alone , maybe washing tires. They tried to sell me 2 more tires for 1200. I called Continental tire they sent me to discount tire and gave me 2 new tires for free and told those tires were no good. Thanks Discount tires and their Customer Service was Superb. Im so happy. The big names are not always the best .Customer Service wins everything.

We got a flat tire on 285 right outside of their exit and rolled in on the rim! They fixed us up within the hour! Great customer service and catered to our 4 year old and baby while we waited! Highly recommend!

Every time I come in the staff is courteous, friendly, & most importantly honest. I ve been coming here for 3 years, always a pleasant experience. Great place preventative and routine maintenance.

Friendly and courteous staff. I brought my truck in on a Tuesday morning around 8am without an appointment and they were able to look at my tire, pull the nail, make the repair, and got me out the door in under an hour.

Great customer service by Jeff & his associates at the Lavista Rd store. I had a bad battery that was only 3 months old, and he came to my house to give me a jump. I drove it to the shop and they replaced the battery with no hassles and no charge. Greatly appreciated!

We took our car in when a tire got a nail in it about a month ago. Yesterday we noticed a bubble in our supposedly new tire and returned. After multiple attempts to sell us other services, the tire was replaced under warranty but not even at the quoted time. When leaving this morning, we again had our check tire light come on and need to service it a third time. Do not use this location if you actually want the work to be done properly and as quoted.

I was on my way to Virginia and was looking at a 10 hour journey alone when I got a nail in one of the tires. It was a Sundsy and I calked the isest Goidyear. Ken answered and asked me to come over. I was registered in no time and my vehicle was ready within the hour. Superfast service, phenomenal customer service, nice seating and absolutely the most courteous service I have ever received. Thank you Ken I got home before it was too dark.

I ve been a loyal customer to these amazing guys for years, through 3 different cars. Just today, a few hours before heading out on Spring Break, I was running a few errands and punctured my tire. They were wonderful, as always. Fit me in, saved my tire (because I foolishly put fix a flat in it), and got me on way. So thankful to the team - wonderful service, friendly, and trustworthy. At first I had love it there when the other manger was there and I have been going there for almost 2 years now never had no problem tell now but now with the new manger there they are scam at that one I made a appointment online to get the good oil yesterday the manager had them put the better oil in my car behind my back and charge me a single mom 65 dollars for a oil change now I'm broke because of them smdh I talk to him like I say they is a scam now I miss the old manger NEVER GO THERE THEY ARE SCAMS

I got so much trouble for wanting someone to check a tire for a nail. They said there was no issue and kept trying to sell me new tires. I did just have a nail. Waste of my time. I shouldn't have to wait until my tires are falling off to get service. It's like he didn't want to be bothered.

The only place in town that carried my tire size and got me in same-day to replace the tire. Great customer service. Super friendly front desk.

The downfall of Goodyear is extremely evident at this location. Not only are they completely incapable of doing simple, routine car work, they are understaffed and grossly mismanaged. Incompetence and carelessness seem to be the motto at this location, and I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for your vehicle needs.

I previously took my car to BrakeMaster in Tucker whenever I needed any work done. Once they closed I switched to Good Year on Lavista Road. I have had nothing but great service since the change. Tom and his staff are friendly, accommodating, professional and do great work. From brakes to tires and other vehicle work they can handle it all. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I went in right as they were closing with a tire steady going flat! We were in town from Louisiana and headed home early the next morning. Mr. Howard Snell-Blanchard was AMAZING! Not only did he stay late to help fix our tire, he did it with a smile the entire time. He was so glad to help us and send us home on a good tire. They also had us out within about 15 minutes. We are so incredibly grateful for the kindness and generosity of the team at this location. We appreciate it more than you will ever know!! Billy and Mandy Muller

If I could rate lower I would. I booked an appointment for my cars ac to be inspected. Arrived 15 minutes early. Was told that they don't do walk ins because of how busy they are. I pulled up my confirmation number for my appointment and then was told that appointments don't matter because they have too many jobs to do . I was told to come back next week and that for my inconvenience the price would be only 75 dollars. When I showed the guy the online promotion on goodyears website for the service at 20 bucks he said that he didn't know of that promotion and even though it showed that it was valid and true that he would not fo the service for less than 75. Do not give goodyear your money.

These guys have addressed two different tire issues for me. I drive for work so it's pretty important that I get back on the road expeditiously and that has been my experience here. They are professional, courteous and thorough. As I have not been able to just drop off my vehicle for logistical reasons, it has been helpful that their waiting area is peaceful and pleasant.

"Ran out" of oil for their "Good Oil Change," but had the more expensive oil in stock. Upselling?
