Have been trying for months for a repair waiver, people there are not helpful and try to make you do their job for them.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. You can t get anyone on the phone and once you go to the office for help they are extremely incompetent, cold and rude. Tameca told me that I qualified for a repair waiver because the repair estimate I gave was well over the 946 minimum repair cost. However, she later denied my claim. They don t care that its a pandemic and a $1000 required payment for a car repair in a few days may be difficult for some people during this time. They took forever to process the claim so they left me hardly anytime to resolve the issue before my tags expire. I drive for a living so getting the money for the repairs now is impossible because I cant drive the car with expired tags. There was an older Black lady there who was so rude. The way she referred to me to her coworker was very hurtful to be treated so cruelly. All she cared about was leaving the office at 5 and she was very clear about that. The policy is so awful and pointless because even if you can clearly see that your cars repairs exceed the minimum amount required for the repair waiver they still make you fix the car up to that amount even though it doesnt matter because you will still fail the emissions tests. Its crazy how they treat people so strictly in regular vehicles while I cant drive down the street without seeing large black clouds of pollution spewing from semi trucks.

I tried to get a student waiver that Cobb County Tag Office requested- they insisted I had to have a Georgia registration. They also insisted I did not have a GA title when Cobb County told me 2x that I already have everything I need except the waiver. I will now be driving to Auburn to get my daughter's car, bring it up here, test it, take off work Monday and take it back to her.... you guys did great keeping the air clean this time!!!!! Oh and they just hung up on me after calling and waiting on the line- wow.

The woman that was there was very nice and explained what was emmisions related and what wasn't and she was thorough in explaining the steps in obtaining a repair waiver.

I have been going to school out of the State for a couple years now and Georgia's Clean Air Force has helped me from traveling back to Georgia to get emission test for my car by a simple process of filing out out of state form so that I can keep my car tags up to date. Thanks GA Clean Air Force for your help. I tell all of my family and friends who need to travel out of the state to go through this process.Satisfied Citizen

The inspections are an enormous waste of time and a racket. The vehicles that pollute the most are exempt! It's 2017, the great depression is over. Make-work jobs like emissions inspections for passenger cars and light trucks are completely unnecessary.

A little hard to see, if there are SUVs or trucks parked in front of the door. But Very quick and painless. Very nice staff.

Can't talk to a real person on the phone. Hard to find location. Robotic voice message does not leave clear instructions for motorists. Highly disappointed.
