I really enjoyed my experience. It was very awesome amazing. Customer service was was awesome. The best time ever experienced the money was great. I didn t feel like I spent too much. The tech was awesome very well. Known of what his work was in the Boss Man was was nice know Ishmael was awesome and the tech Buchanan. He was great as well. Thank you so much I really appreciate the experience

I ve never had a bad experience at this location. Extremely great service every single time and helpful insight about my vehicle s integrity. I m thankful for the guys here who have saved me a bunch of money and never taken advantage of my lack of knowledge on vehicles . I recommend it to anyone who talks about car issues.

The Northlake Firestone staff were kind, courteous and efficient. Ishmael was helpful and professional as well as the gentleman who took my payment. The repair work was done quickly and they communicated clearly and sent quotes and receipts to my email. They even offered to add coupon as I had mentioned the cost at the dealer was lower for brake job. I much prefer this location to the N. Druid Hills location.Overall, I am satisfied but confused why my last few visits do not appear in my work history on my online account.

Search an amazing experience! I have never been inside of an establishment where the people were so friendly, fast, and efficient. I was quoted a wait time of an hour and 30 minutes. But I had my services done within 45 minutes! Such an amazing person and thank you to Ishmael for getting my car in and out. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I stopped in to get my tires rebalanced, explaining that the day prior I had them installed brand new at discount tire but I had a bad vibration and needed to make a road trip today. Discount tire was closed. I explained to the man behind the counter I would happily pay for the rebalance so I could be on my road trip, he cut me off and said "let me stop you there, I'm not gonna work behind them, you need to take it back to them". His helpfulness was about as pleasant as the trashcan is overflowing with trash as I walk in, and the shop is in general disarray. I would not recommend going here.

I had brake work done on my 2015 bmw and had a great experience with this shop. They greeted me and explained what they would be doing in the inspection and then called me sooner than they quoted and further explained what I needed to have done, and since I had a little knowledge of the vehicle, I knew they were not trying to sell me something I didn't need. I had front/rear pads and rear rotors replaced with a brake fluid exchange and the car was returned in better shape than I left it. No greasy finger marks as I've had in the past from other shops, very clean and professional. Thanks to Ishmail and the crew, I can be secure in knowing my brakes are in fine working order. This is the second vehicle I have had serviced in this shop and I will be going back.

My experience was horrible and after my feedback I got a call from them. He listened and then I listened to him. When the narrative differed from what happened I tried to correct him. Then he talked over me and started to argue with me. Then he hung up. I remember what happened since I was there for 5 hours. They look for problems to get other business but I was clear my mechanic was on the phone. I just wanted my alignment done. He was .9 miles away at my office and he was going to fix any issues I had. While they are calling around for parts to give a quote my time was wasted. I finally asked what was taking so long and when he told me I insisted they do the alignment and let me go.

I took my car to Firestone in December 2023 because I got a message on my dash that says Engine Overheating. They replaced my thermostat and did some flushing. Two months after that, I got the same message and towed my car again to the shop. They did not do anything because they said they don t see that message so they returned my car and I drove it again for about 2 months and got the same message. I took a picture of it and send it to them. Finally they said my radiator was leaking. And that they fixed it. That should ve been fixed way back. I was driving this car for a long time with it most likely having a leak. I am not coming back. Firestone is a tire store not a mechanic shop. My insurance was the one who referred me there. I hope this radiator they installed is new. Go to a mechanic shop so you avoid taking youur vehicle back every 2-3 months for the same issue that should ve been resolved the first time.

I had an issue with a failed part. My extended warranty company was having issues receiving the photos that my service advisor from Firestone was trying to send. The adjuster was blaming them, they were blaming the adjuster (for stalling). I then attempted to send the photos myself, which were never delivered, and called the warranty company multiple times. The folks at Firestone were patient, although not altogether happy for all the issues, but hung in there with me to get the mattered settled. The work was done properly and efficiently and we were finally able to get payment from the warranty comoany. I will continue to use firestone for my auto repair and maintenence needs.

Did not have a pleasant experience here. Went to get one headlight replaced and ended up with both of them broken and no resolve. Awful communication. They gave me an estimated amount of time originally (1-2hrs) and told me at the end of that it would take 45 minutes more. 1.5 hours later, I went to check in and they said they weren t working on it at all. I asked to leave after being there for 3.5 hrs (when the original estimate was 1-2hrs) and noticed now both of my headlights were not working. They tried to deflect responsibility and eventually fixed it (they didn t fix it it- temporary fix but the other light that wasn t originally broken was out by the time I got home). The front desk man was extremely unprofessional and manipulative. Not a great experience overall.

After over $1400 the problem still exists and they have no clue how to proceed. I did bring it back and still same results. Mechanics don't seem qualified enough. They want car back for a 3rd time to try and figure out problem. I'll be going elsewhere. I'm on a fixed income and now I'm out over $1400. They should stick to changing tires.

Awful service, techs screwed up my coolant flush and was there from 8:30 am until at least 4:30 in the afternoon because they couldn't figure out why my car was still running hot. Reason being the tech screwed it up, and I was there all day, with little communication, no offer to give any money towards my time. Don't do it, go somewhere else.

Zack and Derrick are the BEST Firestone Associates EVER! Their customer service is like no other. I came to the shop close to closing time and these two young men stayed to assist me with my tire issue. The other associates saw me in the lobby and had left and didn't have time to help.Zack and Derrick are an asset to the Firestone Association. They deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service.

I am grateful for ISHMAEL He ended up refunding my money that was spent there. I do appreciate them, taking the consideration and the time to do this. I had originally took my vehicle to get diagnosed and fixed for a check engine, light and felt I was given no results.

This was such a great experience! Ishmael helped out so much with making sure we understood everything and getting us in and out as quickly as possible. This is probably one of the shortest trips to a mechanic I ve ever had. Thank you, Ishmael and Firestone!!

I am sure the cost of the repair would have been free if I had taken the car to the dealership, unfortunately, I would have had to wait a day or two. The cost was only $ 30.15 great for being able to get safely to places I need to go.

I called the shop before I came just to make sure I could be serviced and I was took in and had to wait over an hour just to be told there wasn t good communication on why I was able to be checked in. My car was in the parking lot the whole time and didn t even get to enter the service area I was highly upset.

I went in thinking I would have to pay an arm and a leg on a mechanical issue with my car. The manager was honest, which is a rarity. He saw that my cables were lose on my battery. He tightened them up and sent me on my way. No charge. I think I found my new shop!

I went in for a tire alignment, and without my consent they installed 2 new tires in the back.Went I went back to have my old tires switched back,they had given me different tire,with a nail in it.I wouldn't recommend Firestone to anybody.

Well the service is good but it has changed some. I've always had my tires rotated when I get oil changes, except this time, now I have to ask for it. Ofcourse I'm charged for it. And I also had to wait over 2 hours.

Don t take your car here! I strongly advice everyone to steer away from this store.I decided to take my car in for a tire change, and when picking the car up I noticed the driver side door is bent backwards. I brought this to the manager's attention, not looking for any kind of compensation but just an explanation on what happened. All I received was denials and reasoning's on how it could not happened. Due to the carelessness, the unwillingness to accept responsibility for their mistakes and lack of professionalism of this place, I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.PS. The shop need to hire someone that know how to use the car jack, not someone that is unprofessional and damaging your car, ( Never Let The Asian Guy That s Work There Touch Your Car) he seems pointless of what he s doing.

This place is the best. The expertise and professionalism is what you would hope fir- which they offered in spades- but they were also helpful, friendly and welcoming. Marina was the best- she is smart, knowledgeable, welcoming, professional and accommodating (and not hard on the eyes). The gentleman who worked on my car (can't remember his name) was straightforward, honest, extremely helpful, and professional. Neither tried to sell me on stuff I didn't need. I would highly recommend this place.

They let me know that my tires were bad and that they could not do a balance on the tires due to the high amount of wear on the tires. They offer lifetime alignment and balance which is great! I am using that on all of my vehicles

Went and got my brake pads and rotors replaced back in January or February. The total cost of everything was over $700 and even with ceramic brake pads, the brakes on my car will still squeaking up until i finally took my car and got ANOTHER set of brake pads put on my car. On top of all that, this shop stripped the bolts on my brake calipers so when re-replacing the brake pads it was nearly impossible. The car was at the shop for over 8 hours while i was working so it s not like there was a rush to get it out the door. DO NOT GO HERE. you d be better off going to the dealership. at least then you d actually be confident they ACTUALLY replaced the brakes on your car.

I made an appointment for an alignment and rotation, it didn t take very long and i can definitely feel a difference. Ishmael and Marina were so super helpful during the process as well. Ishmael helped me figure out what to do about an issue with my tires and overall made the experience and expense a lot easier. Marina was also very kind and walked me through what was done on my vehicle and broke down my options as well! :)

Had a great experience here when I needed a tire change and new bolt. They were honest with me about what needed to be done and didn't try to upsell me. Will for sure go here in the future next time I need new tires.

!Beware!Took my car there because I had a nail in one tire. Tire pressure monitor went off in my garage because the tire was at 20 pounds. I believe I picked it up in my neighborhood because it did not alert when I parked it, only got notified the next day. Pumped it back up to 35 and it held there, drove it to Firestone, checked it again when I got there, now at 32.After they had the car for a while I was told the hole could not be plugged because of "sidewall damage". I asked to see the tire and was presented with a tire that had a gash big enough to put my hand through. Clearly if the tire were in that condition when I got there it wouldn't have been holding pressure at all.
