Highly recommend. Did great work replacing brake pads on my Civic. The men working the front desk were so helpful and explained everything to me thoroughly. Will be coming back... Ask for Don or Nick!!

Highly recommended. I was looking for a good and trustworthy mechanic and these guys were honest and fair with prices. Good customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Very happy with the repair work on my car.

If you really appreciate your car don t come here!! I was like you; I read all the positive reviews and decided to change my brake pads here because of the annoying screeching sound. However, after fixing the brake pads the brakes still screamed and decided to return the car. They let a mechanic (Sam) drive my car and according to him there was no squeaking noise and the car was pretty normal. So, they decided to let us both drive the car to point out the screeching noise and god . it was pretty audible. I let another mechanic drive with me and he agreed that the brakes are noisy but then after arriving at garage he changed his mind. So, everyone is trying to gaslight me into thinking my car is fine so they don t have to repair it again. I talked to the manager (Don) and he was unbearably rude. If you value your time, money and mental health don t even think about going to a mechanic you don t trust they will mess up your vehicle and there s nothing you can do about it.

I have been bringing in our Toyota sedan and Toyota minivan here for service and several repairs for over 2 years. Don and his staff are competent, honest, and friendly with reliable service for an affordable price. Thank you for being here for us in Tucker!

Duece Auto Service has been our "go-to" repair facility for several years. We have never left the shop feeling like the cost of repair was exceptionally high or unfair. Don always takes time to explain the problem, the solution, and the timing to get it done. He always meets his self-imposed deadlines.Our most recent repair was a faulty coil wire. We have had brake work, radiator work as well as routine maintenance and oil changes done. I can not recall a single time when the repair was not done right or needed a return visit.

Took my 2005 Lexus 330, which needed a replacement AC evaporator coil, which is a BIG job requiring total removal of the dashboard and instrument panel. Deuce gave me a fair price and completed the repair within the time frame they estimated to provide status updates throughout the process. A very professional organization.

I have been bringing both of my cars to Deuces for over 10 years. Have been extremely please with the service. When they repair your vehicle you know that it is done correctly, the first time. Don, and his crew are very good. Strongly recommend.

I was looking for a new mechanic to maintain my Mitsubishi Outlander. I went to Duece because it is close by and good reviews and it s rare to find a mechanic who understands my car. Its been years since I felt I had a great mechanic, and now I have found one. Don the owner was very polite. I brought my SUV in for an oil change to check the battery because it died the other day. I thought I was going to have to leave my car which would have been ok, but Don said I could wait there. He showed me the battery test and my battery was indeed on the low side but I felt no pressure to replace it, but I decided to because I was already there. Long story short, car is running great now and the price was great too. I didn t feel like they were trying to upsell me, which as a female, is refreshing. I will definitely return to Duece Auto service again.

I've been a customer here for years, and the owner's customer service has definitely changed. He lacks courtesy, concern, and kindness, and he's been very condescending when I ask for help or explain my trouble with my car. I'm not sure if it's my race or gender, but I will not return. You should never treat loyal customers with disrespect.

Update thanks Don and Nick i know i had a complex EVAP problem on the Toyota you guys made sure everything was running perfectly on the EVAP side. I took Dons advice to go to Toyota because of everything running like it was supposed to but the Computer was off. Don was right about the Computer and came to find out Toyota said my battery was bad causing the computer to throw those same evap codes for years. Again thanks Don, Nick and all the techs for finally helping me get rid of this evap problem i had for 3 years.

Great place, prices tend to be reasonable. They tend to be less attentive to the small issues though. They fixed my car s major issue but essentially ignored an electrical issue I told them to fix. When I asked about the issue and if they d fixed it, they stated they didn t observe the issue at all after testing. I literally walked over to the car and replicated the issue with the guy right there and called them out for not even trying. They offered to actually fix the issue this time but I just took the car home, diagnosed it, and replaced the wire and a fuse. They could ve easily made about $60 - $100 for that repair but I guess that wasn t enough for them.

I have been taking my cars here for years and have been extremely pleased with the service provided. Don is honest and upfront on what the options are and the prices are reasonable. I would prefer to have brand new cars that did not require service but driving old cars with Duece able to provide repairs is the next affordable option.

My husband and I have had our cars serviced with Don and his team since they opened. They are thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. Do not go to a dealer for service when you can have your work done locally. We highly recommend Duece Auto Services!

Have taken my car here a handful of times. Don (I believe the owner) is knowledgeable. Any work is usually done as same-day service. Pricing is fair and Don always walks me through the itemized pricing to better understand my service. Finally found the mechanic I can trust!

This is the greatest auto shop I have ever experienced. Don the service manager is thorough, and honest. He always keeps my care running and in good condition. He never over charges for his services. I will recommend him to anyone who has a foreign or domestic vehicle. His staff is professional, and friendly. I appreciate all of my experiences with this auto shop. Thumbs up!!!

I've been taking my Lexus to Don for the last 6 years. I've never met a more honest person. Don was the first mechanic to ever tell me something cost less than expected. A few of my friends come here as well and love Don & Duece Auto. I will only purchase cars that Don work on for life. Thanks for doing great work and being honest and not trying to take advantage.

This shop is quiet, unassuming, and excellent. While other shops price gouge and distract with shiny bells and whistles, this place simply does good business. The service manager asks questions and offers suggestions - this is practically unheard of in the car repair industry. He doesn't price gouge and fixes as needed. Typically this is a busy place but you can always call first and he'll be honest about projected turnaround time.

Don gives excellent results for a reasonable price. My whole family has been taking our cars to him for years and have never had even the slightest problem. Props to him and his mechanics. Totally worth the hype.

Highly recommend. Had a belt split in half. Limped my truck in. They took care of me super fast. And got me back on the road. Price was good, customer service was amazing. I think I have found my new mechanic. Thank you Don.

I had a great experience there! The guy who helped me out was very courteous and despite being short-staffed was able to get me in and out relatively quickly. All I needed was a car battery change.... No crazy upselling that you sometimes get at other places. They specialize in Japanese made cars, FYI.

Very trustworthy mechanics. They know Honda's like the back of their hands. Did a brake inspection of my car and didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee. Don and his mechanics are my go to guys.

I have had my vehicles serviced by Duece for almost 20 years and am very satisfied with the service received. Don is honest, friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices for service and repairs are fair.

My mother and I have gone back and forth on whether the unique spelling of "Duece" is intentional or not. It makes it memorable for me, so perhaps it's not such a bad thing.My family discovered Duece years ago, and we have been bringing our cars here ever since. The owner, Don, is helpful and friendly. As a first generation Korean immigrant, my mother loves to bring our cars here because she can communicate with Don in Korean. As I got an oil change earlier today, I saw another Korean couple speaking with Don in Korean, so it seems my family isn't the only one. But Don is also perfectly fluent in English.Duece's sign says they specialize in Japanese cars, but they have been able to service all variety of vehicles including our Hyundai Elantra, older Ford Explorer, and Toyota Prius (they can service a hybrid).The legend of the sneaky car mechanic who fixes one problem but secretly creates another so you will have to return simply doesn't apply here. Truth be told, my mom is the one who has frequented Duece the most as I have been out of the country for some years. The fact that she is such a loyal customer makes me think highly of this auto shop. After all, who doesn't appreciate someone who treats their mother well?Short update 12/19/2018:I needed 60,000 mile maintenance for my Toyota Prius. The Toyota dealership quoted me $549. I called Duece, and I was quoted $270. Now granted, the dealership was also charging for wheel alignment and tire rotation (which I didn't need). This can cost up to $200 if I estimate on the high end. That still means Duece could have cost $470, which is well below the $549 the dealership was asking for.

I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Been a customer for over 10 years and they have always been upfront and honest. Every issue I had, every problem I had, they fixed with no problem and Don is very knowledgeable and knows me when I call with a problem.
