Had my friends car and got a flat. They were the most friendliest staff I've ever met in years! They even let me bring my cat in and pet her n let her walk around and stuff. They made me feel so comfortable. Thank you. I will be back!

I had a flat tire in the morning and was able to limp the car over to Dekalb Tire. Hamilton and Ethan were able to help me out with a quick change to a new comparable tire and gave a recommendation for a steering fluid change. My car is handling so much better now and I was able to get going within 30-45 minutes of pulling in. Great service here.

Hamilton is amazing. HE Helped me in a pinch when I had car troubles getting off the highway. He also gave me advice about tires. Will definitely recommend.

Service was great. Went by yesterday morning and ordered 1 tire which would arrive today. Realized I needed another tire and called Shayla that afternoon to order and she said it would arrive this afternoon. Got there early for my appointment and they got everything done. Thanks Shayla, Dricka and Ethan!! I ll be back!

I came in with a flat tire and hoped that I could get it patched but that was not the case. The leak was on the outer part of the wheel. Living in Atlanta please pay for the warranty FYI. I worked with Ramon. Ramon was nice and had great customer service. I can tell the technicians here care and they seem like a family. I appreciate them guiding me through this process. Also they have a air machine that is in the parking lot that s free! I would highly recommend!

Idiots. Scheduled an alignment appointment online for Sunday morning. I got there early and they got started early but brought the car back around after just a few minutes."We can't align it because it needs new tires". Alignment has nothing to do with tires. 35 years, no one has ever tried that excuse. Firestone across the street was happy to do it for me. Car drives perfect.

Shout out to the front office staff Shayla and Drica, and the Technician Ethan for taking me right away for a tire repair( nail of course ) and overall for taking good care of me! Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and I also got a movie in with my wait, one of my favorites! Thank you guys so much and keep up the great customer service!

Ramon was a pleasure. He was very nice and answered all my questions professionally.Needed to have my tire repaired, there was no wait to get my truck in, the waiting area was nice and clean. I would go back for any future tire service!Great customer service will get you 5 stars!

I really appreciate being able to get my car repaired in a quick and friendly location. Mechanics and front desk personnel are always kind and explain the rationale for additional services being recommended in a way that doesn't feel like I am being upsold or taken advantage of, would recommend and will return.

They were so helpful and professional, Drica helped me out and let me come in 10 minutes before closing. Even being there after close I didn t feel rushed at all. They accommodated very well did not try to upsell me remotely, they were very honest about my tires condition and helped me save money.

Sequoia was amazing! 6 stars out of 5 if I could! She took her time to properly beat all competitors on pricing for Changing my brakes! Very grateful for her customer service and time!

Went in for a tire patch and was told it would be an hour wait. Two hours later, they finally started working on my car and told me they couldn t patch it they had to change the tire although I had been told by several others that a patch would do the job. Long wait, rude and impatient staff, and the whole staff of technicians went to lunch at the same time which increased the wait. The lady ahead of me had the same experience. Never feel the need to write bad reviews but this was just not acceptable service. Won t be returning and wouldn t recommend.

In an out in about 30 mins. Changed all my brakes. Allowed me to bring my own only after I informed that the person on the phone said I could. Waiting area was nice but I wish they had a vending machine. I miss when they were dekalb tire but I guess mavis acquired them. Might come back soon

Shout out to HAM over at Dekalb Tire (Mavis) He's a miracle worker!!! He was able to fit me in at the last minute. I needed back breaks so bad. I didn't have to wait , customer service on point, communication on point. Thank you so much!!!

Let me start by saying the team here was heaven sent. Not only were they professional and caring they took their time to explain everything to me fully and made sure I had no questions. Ms. Shayla (not sure if I spelled it right) really went above and beyond to take care of everything for me.

I came in for one flat tire and the guys found nails in the three other tires too! I worked with Mike who has exceptional customer service. He explained everything to me really well, and helped me get the best work for my budget. I usually feel scammed at car repair places, but I actually felt really good about the quality service and products that I got. I ended up buying two new tires and he plugged the other two. Everyone was very nice, the store and bathroom are clean, and there was no waiting. They ve earned a loyal customer.

This place should be your first choice to come before anywhere else!!! the customer service was absolutely amazing especially the receptionist Shayla she was extremely kind and helpful, they care about quality service and will make sure you re satisfied with your service and have amazing prices I will be back in the future for any services I may encounter in the future!

Great experience and great staff we were in and out the young man Ramone got us in and out in less than 30 minutes we were about 35 minutes away from home and out of range the tire was affordable and they were nice

Went in for tire allignment. The wait was 40 minutes, fine. Returning almost an hour later, the work hadn t started and werentold the wait was another 20 minitues. We left.

Drica the store manager was very very accommodating letting my boyfriend and I come in 10 minutes before closing to patch and tire and ended up staying 30 minutes past closing. Super sweet.

I always enjoy coming here. The service is friendly, typically fast and they always do a good job of insuraning that I m happy. Dakota was great to work with!!!
