Did a great job on my baby! While every other shop told me it would be a month before I could drop my car off. CR Auto was able to have me drop it off same day I called. Staff was nice as well. Gave me the feel it was a family owned shop. Another plus.

Our first (and hopefully last) experience was amazing! The customer service from the very beginning was on point! When we picked up our car it was like brand new! Thank you to all of the staff, including the receptionist! Keep providing great service!

The service here is fast every body shop is slow or are behind but they were able to see us quick after a tree fell on our truck (which was a total loss) but everywhere we called they weren t going to see us until Feb and they were avail the same month of Jan when the truck was damaged. I recommend them to everyone!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 starts! The women Loretta I think her name was was very friendly and helpful! My entire front and passenger side was ruined. I thought for sure they would total my car, but I'm happy to report that my car looks brand new! Amazing work and great customer service! And she gave me an amazing deal! Come check this place out!

I had to get my car fixed since ,while functional, The bumper, grill , and light connections were all falling off my car. I go in, they gave me an estimate, I tried to go to several other places for comparisons in the area , Maaco didn't answer the door or the phone,Caliber didn't take my money since I'm not an insurance companyTR was booked up until December,And Tucker auto was running some fly by night jerri-rig operation and basically said they couldn't fix it.CR was prompt, Professional and worked with me since I insisted on using my existing bumper and grill despite its minor blemishes. When I got my car back it was later than anticipated since I have poor hand writing and my 1 looked like a 7. The paint work was great ,my blemished bumper was reattached beautifully and Its as close to new as any 5 year old car I have ever owned, They cleaned the windows and had a nice " new car smell" sprayed in it. It wasn't cheap and I don't know a lot about cars But I am happy with my purchase and the service. 5/5Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible communication. When we found out insurance was totaling my car, the shop took stuff out of my car without informing me. Left my other personal belongings in terrible shape

MVP Imports in Tucker suggested I take my car to C R Auto for paint/trim work, and when I picked my car up from C R Auto on 9/15/22 I was charged 5% extra because I used my AmEx card to pay the bill. MVP does not charge for using AmEx, so I was surprised that C R Auto DOES CHARGE 5% if you use AmEx. I've had an AmEx card since 1978 and this is the first time I've ever been charged for using it. Buyer Beware.

Was passing by on a Saturday and just decided to stop and get an estimate for water leaking inside my car. The desk attendant was very knowledgeable, said that she could do the estimate; she came right on out. After looking at my car told me that it was likely that if the water leak only happens when it rains, very likely that it was coming from my sunroof drain line. The next time my car gets banged up, which seems to happen quite often, never my fault I'd like to mention, this will be the first place that I come to.

They did a horrible job to my car!!! My bumper was hit in an accident a couple of months ago. They put a cheap bumper on and painted the bumper with a different blue from what was on the car!!! Josh told me if I wanted to get an oem bumper I would have to pay $200 more. I did not have the $200 at the time but a couple of months later when I came back to paint my whole car black JOSH don't remember anything!! He is said "he don't care" and CHARGING FULL PRICE ON A SERVICE I ALREADY PAID FOR!!I do not recommend this company to no one and I'm taking my $1,800 some place THAT CARES!!!UPDATE:I went to Abra, Maaco, Peach Auto painting/collision and they all said that when they fixed the bumper they did not put the Bumper Obsorber which is why the bumper was so flimsy and easily bend and made cracks in the paint because the bumper had no support.When I went back to tell JOSH this he said that I needed to talk to Toyota about it because he said they makes Prius with flimsy bumper because his computer said bumper Obsorbers are not needed!!!!I literally paid them $800 to replace my bumper after an accident they did not get the paint right and they claim that Bumper Obsorbers are not needed. YES, I HAVE EVERYTHING ON VIDEO! Such a wast of time! I'm so upset!!! :(Please don't wast your time they will SCREW you like they did me!!!

You know I drive by all the time, so few weeks ago I had an Accident so the gentleman Sitting with the chair and I came in say Hi and said OK. I said could you give me an estimate please, he took E he took his phone and walk outside to covalt 35 2nd to diagnose what's wrong and how much it ghost he went back type on the computer and said here is your estimate said thank you. Spare dry I think he doesn't know what hes doing he give me $1900 the core destroyed I take it to really profession and place and they decide that the course of fixing it is 92% of market value another Ward then surance decide to total the car. This play is not busy it looks like they're starving for a business but they're not Doing anything

Front and rear bumper damage. Rims were scratched. They did a great job! Highly recommended!
