I have been a customer of CSP for many years. Michael and JJ always help me when I need anything. They always seem to be one step ahead when I need customization work done with my customer's vehicle. Always fast and done correct. Great customer service. Thank you.

Had a serious issue with my overhead dvd player in van. Wouldn't play then it would; skipped; pixelated; and made weird sounds. My grandkids were so disappointed. JJ and Collin took care of it for me.I am never disappointed when I go to Car Stereo Plus in Stone Mtn/Tucker GA. I left today smiling' instead of fuming. Great job Collin!

My car was sent there by the dealership for leather seats & heated seats.They did my initial install in 24hr, impressive right? WRONG!!Use caution before you have heated seats installed here. Have a conversation & clear understanding of what you're getting. They're nothing close to a factory heated seat!!1st Time: I couldn't believe they let something like that roll out. It looked terrible! Wrinkles, stressed fabric, stressed stitching, looseness.2nd Time: They kept it for 7 days, spent several days trying to fix the first disaster then decided to put a new kit in. Now, Driver side heated seat doesn't work. They added foam in the back seat, you can clearly see & feel it, big wrinkles in the backseat backrest on both sides. I was told to leave it sitting out in the sun & it would come out. 3 weeks later & they're still there.Even the guys at the dealership agree with me on this.It's about to go back for the third time & i will post another review on how that goes.

Strange place: the small parking lot is filled with gigantic pickup trucks that obscure the entrance. I m not sure what the business does, but despite the name, I was told that they don t put stereos in cars.

Not a good experience/customer service. We bought a brand new Ford Explorer from dealership and this is the company they used to have sunroof installed. About 7 months after install the lining around sunroof popped out & was protruding from cloth of ceiling. We took car back to Car Stero Plus to have the problem fixed (under warranty). The business layout is very strange (no customer service window to interact with anyone/just a closet of a room with a bell to ring for service). Some of the people working looked very unprofessionally dressed (work out shorts- I couldn't tell if they worked there or if it was another customer). When we picked up car hours later after being "fixed", the spot was not fixed at all & there were dirty hand prints & stains all over the roof and visor that were not there before (we just had the car cleaned). They said there was a different spot they thought was the problem and they fixed it, but there were no other known problems and had no idea what they were talking about. We had to then leave the car for the rest of the day to be properly fixed this time. We picked the car up at the end of the day and it was finally fixed and they did clean some of the areas that they got dirty after we asked them to. They just brought us our keys and said here you go and we had to ask for a receipt because they were obviously not going to provide us with any proof that we had any repair work done. I wouldn't have used this company If I didn't have to because of the warranty with our dealership. I would choose to take my business somewhere more reputable especially if I had to pay out of my own pocket for costs.

I bought a brand new truck 2 weeks ago and during negotiations the dealer "threw in" free leather seats. After dropping the truck back at the dealership an employee of CSP upfitters picked it up to bring to their shop for the seat upgrade. During the 22 mile trip I was alerted by my onboard recorder 7 times that my truck was being redlined and that gps has tracked my vehicle going 80+mph in a 45mph zone & even locked up my brakes. Now I get cars get driven hard and I honestly wouldn't care normally but my truck had under 200 miles and was still within the break in period. After the truck was at their shop, based on GPS address I figured out their phone number and called to verify it was there. After they installed my leather seats they also decided to take my new truck through a Wendy's drive through, before I even had the chance to eat in it... when I picked it back up from the dealer I brought this up and the sales manager confirmed it was a CSP and not one of his own but stated that he could not do anything about it. Once my oil analysis comes back I will determine appropriate legal action if there is an unusually high amount of metal shavings due to being redlined excessively during the first 200 miles.

Marietta Toyota referred me to Car Stereo Plus to check my Camry seat which was not heating. CSP actually installs heated seats and other things on new cars at the dealership. JJ was my main contact and he is awesome. The people there are just plain nice and helpful. They did a great job and my seats were nice and comfy before I left the parking lot!

I would avoid this place at all costs, I was sent here by my dealer to have Paint Protection Film installed. First off the majority of folks working here are just rude and unprofessional. They escorted me to a waiting room with a 24 inch tv and no cable. You have to ask for updates concerning your car as well, and you have to bother the office staff since they will not let you into the shop area. They installed the paint protection film, after a whole day waiting in their cell. Come to find out they used a razor on my cars exterior paint and cut into the clear coat. I had to take my car back to the dealer and show them since they could not believe they had cut into my car. Also the paint protection film was not installed correctly, their are areas where the film is not applied correctly, finger print smudges under the film. We even found hair and pollen under the film. Would AVOID at all costs. They also were revving my engine before they returned my vehicle, even asked them why they would be doing that and was brushed off.

CSP is amazing!!!! I had front proximity sensors installed on my vehicle in 2018 and the product was flawless. I purchased a new car and wanted to use CSP again. There was a slight mishap with matching the color of the vehicle. CSP was happy to try again and the second attempt was perfect! Mike and the team are customer focused. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!!

So, let me lead off with what an amazing experience I have had with this business. Spot on, despite being very busy. The work was superb. They worked with me on dates for the installation, and I am impressed with the work. Highly recommend them.

Worked with JJ and Rachel there at CSP. Couldn't have had a better experience. Installed a new DVD player within 2 hours and despite a questions on the warranty from previous car owner they went ahead and fixed it for free. Awesome group to work with. Highly recommend.

Don't trust this company. Bought a new challenger. The car dealership used this company to install a sunroof. I forgot my sunglasses in the holder when I dropped my car off. Two days later I go to pick my car up from the dealership. The first thing I do is check to see if my Ray Bans were still in the sunglass holder. They were not. I gave the owner Mike a call and he gave me the run around for two weeks. Basically expressed over the phone that I'm SOL stating that he asked the installers and they said they didn't see them. End of the investigation...moral of the story someone at this company "misplaced" my sunglasses!

I got a sunroof added to my 2016 Chevy impala ltz, and I must say I'm very pleased with the work CSP did. The turn around was quick, and my car looks great. Will definitely be recommending to my friends.

Purchased a new 2017 ford fusion had these guys install a sunroof they picked the car up and delivered it back. They did a decent job a few wrinkles in the headliner no big deal. I remembered leaving my $170 Costa sunglasses in the overhead console. I call and the installer said he put them in the glove box when I got my car back no sunglasses. They told me SOL file a police report. Finally they agreed to maile a check.

I was referred to this place by my dealership to have a remote ignition installed. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday but I received a call on Thursday that they could not complete the work because they were having issues installing ignitions on cars like mine. JJ said that they could not install the starter on a key ignition 2019 Jeep. My car is push button but he still cancelled my appointment and told me I d have to wait until the next week. Keep in mind that the dealership had scheduled my appointment on Monday. Just sad sorry service.

They changed out my 2007 Tundra interior and it looks identical to the interior that I had when I purchased my truck off the lot. Excellent and worth the money!!

Came to my house and installed a rear view backup camera and remote door locks on my Willys Jeep. Technician was super friendly and extremely knowledgable. Did a great job. You can count on Paul!!!

Recently had my wi.dows tinted on May 1 2019. This place is great with aftermarket lights but dont get your tint done here. Its take 3 day for them to tint 3 windows (driver front, passenger front and front windshield). My passenger panel was not put back on correctly and the top of my roof lining has dirty fingerprint smudges across the top. While in the store customers from the past are coming in because the tiny has either bubbled, piled or has damage to the film. Their is one bright side. You can watch movies whe you water 4 hr to tint those movies, so my suggestion bring a book or home work. Dont expect good quality work.

They lied about what needed to be done to "repair" my open sunroof. They did a "quicker" fix, still charged me $365 (price quoted for difficult fix), and did not even close it completely - so it now leaks. Avoid them.

Got a last minute appointment. Everything went smoothly. Didn't take long at all, and not to mention got my windows tinted in the process. "A One Stop Shop."

Hey man, this is Andrew. JJ made sure we were taken care of, even when we had an issue and had to come back, they fixed it. They even tried to install a camera that I bought online from TADIBrothers (which ended up being junk - p.s. don't buy from them). One suggestion, if you have a VW and need to get a rear backup camera tied into your factory RNS315, go to VW first and have them program via the VAG com. THEN go see JJ at Car Stereo Plus. They can't troubleshoot the system if it's not pre-programmed - duh! The fact remains, the folks that are leaving negative reviews are probably the same idiots that are causing so many wrong way accidents in Atlanta. Put the phone down, you're not in your living room, you're in a fricken automobile! State Law!

Wasted time, treated like I wasn't part of the exclusive club. It was kind of like the door in the Wizard of Oz, where they just won't let you thru. But they did give me a recommendation to a place that sucked.

OVER WORKED UNDER PAIDED DO NOT WORK HERE. THE EMPLOYERS DO NOT NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO THE EMPLOYEES REAL DISRESPECTFUL. HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THERE WEBSITE SOMEONE WAS LOGIN ME IN WHEN I WAS OUT. ZERO STARS JAY JAY IS THE COOLEST THERE IN THE OFFICE.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! TOOK MY GRANDFATHERS 2006 3500 DURAMAX TO GET THE LEATHER RE-DONE, AND HAVE A APPLE CAR PLAY RADIO INSTALLED AND THEY KILLED IT! HES JUST AS HAPPY AS HE WAS WHEN HE BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW IN 2006. IF YOU NEED ANY AFTERMARKET PARTS INSTALLED, IN A QUICK AND TIMELY MANNER, DONE PROFFESIONALLY, DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM. I was sent here by Rick Case Kai for a remote start to be put on. Rick Case said it would be 45 mins. I've been here for 3 hour now in there little holding room of a lobby. They had terrible customer service here. It doesn't look like I will be getting out any time soon.
