Extremely great people here.Fast, smooth, and easy process.Allowed me to talk things through and discuss everything.Initially talked with Latonya Valentine, who made the process great from the second I walked through the door up until I had the check in hand and leaving. We recently purchased a 2021 Yukon Denali and Micheal & team were great!They helped us understand what we were buying by providing all available research and documents. They spent the time with us to ensure that we were comfortable with the information and how that affected the price of the vehicle.Throughout the entire process Michel was transparent and honest which led us feel confident with our purchase!

I had the most pleasurable experience. The people were very kind and respectful, helped out a lot. Latonya Valentine was my salesperson and she was very helpful, very kind and professional. She also kept in contact with me for a week before I was able to pick up the car. I would definitely recommend Latonya and car connections in Tucker, Georgia.

I purchased a 1968 Triumph TR 250 From car connection. I asked the salesman several questions over the phone as he did a walk around on the car. All the information he gave me was totally incorrect and actually lied about the condition. Dents on the left front fender were described as minor things that were actually fist size dents. The paint work was described as 8 out of 10. The pint job looks like it was painted in the back yard on a windy day! When questioned about any oil leaks I was told that there were none. In reality the car leaks a significant amount of oil, from start to finish it was basically one lie after another. I was excited about finding the car I wanted but I should ve made the trip to Georgia to inspect it in person. I blame myself for trusting them I d recommend that you don t make the same mistake I did.

I really appreciate the hard work Tammy and MJ did on helping me get into one vehicle I came in for but ended up with a newer and nicer vehicle than the original one I applied for...That's a hard working family owned business that will take car of you!

Although I didn t purchase a vehicle here I still wanted to provide a review on the genuine care my husband & I received from Mrs. Valentines. I ve never met a person who is as passionate about their line of work like Ms. Latonya V. Unfortunately even with all her HARD WORK and our pre-approval, someone else beat us to it but her hard work was sure seen and appreciated by us. Thank you for going above and beyond for us!

I am beyond happy with my purchase today! I was so nervous and unsure about being able to purchase. I met an amazing salesperson Latonya V. who was a breath of fresh air. She took away my fears of not getting a great deal. The process was less stressful at Car Connection a family owned business opposed to a large dealership. This was one of my easiest and my favorite purchases for my family.

I spoke with Mrs. Latonya Valentine, before I made the trip to the CC showroom, and immediately, she was enthusiastic & motivated to assist me in my car buying process. The next day, my father & I made the trip to CC, and I purchased a vehicle that I saw online. Latonya made the process so seamless that I was in and out in no time. Had a great experience here! Latonya(sales) did so much work for us before we ever got there since we were coming in from out of state. Randy(manager) made the process easy when we got there. We had all the details ironed out before we arrived and they were true to their word when we got there. The in-person part took less than an hour and we were driving away in our new EV!!! The car is in immaculate condition. The PermaFinish really makes a difference in the appearance of the car. I even had to pull the factory screen protector off of the infotainment system. We couldn t be happier. Would and probably will buy here again! Thanks again Latonya!

Great experience! Don t judge this place by the look of their front door. Beautiful selection of cars behind the curtain. Easy to talk to and connect with. Loved the haggling mentality. 10/10 recommend

I am currently completing the transacation to buy a vehicle here. I am very leery of used car dealerships, and I have been searching for a Jaguar for more than a year, a make notorious for problems.Since the first email contact this dealership has been exceptionally professional and pleasant. They have been prompt in returning all emails and calls. I wanted service records, the Carfax, and a pre-purchase inspection. They provided everything immediately.There has been a delay in the pre-purchase inspection, which given the records I felt was really an excessive precaution. The owner called me with a similar opinion.I expect to complete the purchase Monday. It's a beautiful vehicle with compelte records, in a dealership loaded with very high-end cars, staffed by pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable people.If the car is a ruin I'll have something different to say, but they provide a return guarantee and a poertrain warranty. I don't see how they can do any better than they have. A great experience so far...

First time buying a car from another state. Tammy and Michael were amazing. Answered all my questions. Sent extra photos and videos. Michael and his staff were very professional, polite and in my opinion they were top notch. They all made this purpose very simple and easy. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you all again for a very smooth transaction and a great vehicle. I love it!!!

I bought a 2022 toyota supra at car connection inc. and it was the best dealership experience ive had on my entire hunt to buy a car and its all because of one woman and that would be Latonya she has so much experience in the sales field and it really shows, she knows how to work with the customer and make you feel comfortable in whatever decision you are willing to make and i can easily say that if it wasnt for her i wouldnt be driving my dream car right now. THANK YOU SO MUCH LATONYA!!!!

Had an amazing experience at Car Connection working with Phil!! I had been searching and searching for a car for my daughter because her first car was totaled by a careless driver. The stress alone was enough but THANKFULLY I found Phil!! He was pleasant, friendly in a genuine way. He didn t rush or pressure me at all. Randy the manager was awesome as well! The place was clean, cars well cared for and indoor! If I had to buy another I promise you I am going to find Philip!!! Thanks again

don't buy a car from here I bought a car and within 2 months the engine stopped working tell the whole truth about the warranty how it expired in 2018 please don t buy from these scam artists they will tell you what ever to buy there lemons I m a college student that bought his first car from them and now I have to pay for a whole new motor just buy a hoptie or go to CarMax don t trust these people and don t lie I tried to give the car back they didn t want it after a month in a half

I bought a 2011 GLK Mercedes-Benz from Car Connection. Others from my job use Car Connection. My Credit Union was well ready to finance my purchase. The service was without stress and seamless. I still drive my Mercedes-Benz.

This is a family owned and operated business with people who treat their customers like family! Best buying experience ever! Randy, the finance manager worked a miracle of a deal for me, Tammy, my salesperson took awesome care of me and the owner, Michael took the time to greet me, thank me for my purchase and even ordered the owner's manuals for me!!! I worked with Latonya, Michael, and MJ to sell my car. They were flexible, welcoming, and open to getting me as close as possible to my desired price. They negotiated fairly and were very transparent throughout. I look forward to doing future business with them. All around quality experience and they provide the most competitive prices buying and selling. The best experience I ve had with a dealership, and it helps that this a family owned business.

I was shopping for a specific car and color and found it at Car Connection in Tucker. I dealt with Latonya who was very helpful and easy to work with. She went out and looked at the car to answer my questions and even recorded a video of it for me. She also worked with one of the managers (Randy) and they worked out a very fair price for the car. I had been contacting many dealerships and none were as responsive and friendly as Latonya and Randy. I will definitely check there again for future car needs.

I bought a 2010 Black Beauty: Mercedes Benz and I m loving my car! Had a small issue with check Engine light first few days, but the OWNER: Mike Tobia was ABSOLUTELY REMARKABLE when helping to fix my issue, (which turned out to be small, something disconnected) they connected and corrected the issue and my Black Beauty is riding like a Queen should! I also have to say my car had only 86,000 original miles and purchase and very very very clean! Thanks Mr. Tobia and Staff for quick relief and great sales of my 350E Mercedes Benz! I Highly RECOMMEND this Dealership and Mr. Tobia is a great guy who dealt with me patiently, and personally giving me his own private cell phone number until the business was handled! I will DEFINITELY purchase all my Vehicles from this Dealership! Easy and Fast Transactions as well!!!!Gina Harris

About 2 months ago I purchased my Lexus IS 250 for a really good price with low mileage. The staff was friendly and the process went fairly quickly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they attempted to charge me $500-$600 dollars for "Permafinish" a paint product that I did not choose to have on my car! My only complaint is that this service should be given as a option and not a mandatory charge on top of the price of the vehicle. Again, my total experience was positive, I would purchase from here again minus the Permafinish!!!

Randy Williams in finance did a good job with all the docs. And finally the owner Michael gave me his contact info in order to assure the sale went faultlessly.

The way car buying should be!Seriously, it was the first time I had a pleasant experience buying a car. Zero pressure, super friendly. And I mean zero pressure, I took over a week to make a decision and they took the time toBUT the awesome part. The car had some issues two weeks later. They took care of it for me. They stood by their car, and took care of me. What a gem we have here in Tucker.(And you should let them give you a tour of their high end showroom. It s epic.)
