This was an absolute pleasure to deal with an RV dealership that actually cares and takes the time to show you and explain to you the important things you need to know!Hat s off to Chris who showed us everything about the trailer and Matt the general manager for exceeding our expectations, and our salesman Ryan who couldn t have done anything better and Todd who took care of our finances and explained everything we didn t know.I was kind of reluctant to travel 850 miles to buy a new RV but I believe we made the best choice I wish dealerships up north would have treated us the same thank you we really appreciate everyone who has helped us.

I can t say enough about the experience with the Tucker GA Campers Inn from Brandy Bailey, who greeted us with our first of many warranty issues on our brand new C class, she went above and beyond to ensure the warranty folks approved things in a timely manner then expedited the arrival of parts and then made sure the service guys were on top of getting the repairs completed fast and right! She is a one woman power house! Not to mention her eye for detail. She and her team made it possible for us not to miss any camping experiences . Everyone with in this location were nothing but pleasant, personal, and professional.I highly recommend Campers Inn Tucker GA for any of your camper needs (we actually bought our unit new from this location in 2022) but if it is service you need, Brandy will not steer you wrong!!!

The whole staff at Camper Inn in Tucker Ga. made us feel so awesome, shopping with them for our Class A motorhome. I would definitely send anyone that's looking to try the experience of camping to you all. To fit them for what may fit them. It was wonderful customer service. We are so in love with our motorhome. THANKS!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the crew at Campers Innat Tucker, Ga. A good sales person makes all the difference, and Dannie is one of the best. They listen with no pushy tactics. Because we were traveling from a few hours away, they were able to get us scheduled the next day for inspection and the walk though. Todd the finance manager was super guy, going out of the way to get us the best rate. We sincerely appreciate how nice everyone was and making it an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend them for your next purchase and ask for Dannie.

If there was a way to leave a review without leaving any stars, this is the most deserving business for a zero star. It started with their decision three days before my 600 mile trip to purchase a new RV, to unilaterally ignore my signed acceptance of their previous offer. They stated that my signed acceptance of their offer (along with a deposit of $2,000.00) was not a written contract and they said if I wanted to buy the RV pursuant to their previous offer I would need to pay $500.00 more. My choice was cancel my travel plans, spend another two to three weeks to find another RV; sue Campers Inn of Atlanta for breach of contract or pay $500.00 more. This dishonesty and blatant disregard to their own negotiated purchase agreement forewarns any person who wants to find a legitimate RV dealer. After closing the purchase, they were committed to switch out my lithium battery from my old unit to the new RV. It took them more than six hours to accomplished this task (and I discovered the next day that either they improperly installed the battery or the lithium battery compatible charger/inverter was not properly functioning). Without adequate charging of a lithium battery you can cause permanent damage to the battery. Thus, I called on the four next business days to have them schedule replacement of the charger or correction to their installation. Four calls to their service department; one call to their sales department and one call to their business/finance manager. None of the six calls were answered and of the six messages, none have been returned. Even my two e-mails to them have not been effective. I was uncertain if the company is still in business.Ultimately I had to make a 600 mile detour to have them correct the problem. They had failed to properly calibrate the both battery monitors in my unit. It is standard part of installation of a battery to an RV to calibrate the battery monitor to match the battery being installed. Also, at closing they were unable to locate the owners manuals. After four different promises by three different employees over the next month, my call to Matt two months later finally got the proper attention. In preparing a unit for pickup (a portion of the dealer fee they charge), you would think they would have noticed the missing items (no fireplace controller as well). Yes, if they operated a professional operation this would not be a problem. Thus, from dishonest sales practice, to incompetent service department and ghosting of all calls during normal business hours, they are extremely qualified to receive zero stars.

This will be a very simple review. I never thought I would be so excited to buy an RV for my birthday last year, that I could never even enjoy due to the issues it has been having since I bought it. I thought I could trust the individuals at Campers inn RV in Tucker to advise on what is best versus just taking my money. I wouldn't be writing this, if the RV actually held up to what they claim it would do for me.I financed an RV for $97,407.16 with a deposit of $20,000 through a bank they referred to because they also said, "we have connections, and the best deal." Now I realize why. Not only was I manipulated into signing a 240/month contract, but I also signed it for an RV I can't even enjoy because it has been continuously draining the battery and in multiple shops.I should have noticed a problem when I questioned the check engine light coming on days after I signed documents. During the walk-through, they kept reassuring me, "your extended warranty will take care of that." The technician also used his device to remove the check-engine light, and we pointed out that it was inappropriate. Due to my excitement and lack of knowledge as a first-time RV buyer, I got fooled into thinking that this was normal and can be easily fixed because they kept persuading and insinuating that my extended warranty would cover it, and that they couldn't fix it there. The most disappointing part is when we made this establishment aware of what we were going through, you would think proper managers would arrange a meeting time to discuss events and discuss the ideas of how they can fix something. Instead, Matthew Blitch was insensitive, arrogant, and dismissive.I understand I have to take accountability for not doing my diligence in making sure this deal was appropriate. But it's not fair to be stuck with something that I can't even use. I feel like they used a loophole to have my RV registered in Florida because they knew Florida does not do emissions, and Georgia does. Because I was still slowly moving to Georgia and was currently on travel RN assignments, again, I thought this was normal, even though I said I could get my Georgia license if that is the correct thing to do.

Cudos to Randy, Brandy, Craig, and Harley. I had a major RV repair on my Grand Design Momentum. I am a full time RV'er, it's not just a camper, it's my home. They understood the impact of having to move out of my home while the repair was accomplished. Life being life there were delays that could not be avoided. They communicated the delay and reason for the delay in a timely fashion. They worked with my insurance agent to settle the claim quickly. In my 12 years of full time rv travel I have never seen this high a level of customer service and courtesy, they are exceptional. And then they washed my RV.

I may say I am in love with the RV my wife and I purchased. I did not know anything about an RV in my life let alone been in one. The staff was excellent and the did an excellent job teaching a novice how to operate all the function in and out of the RV. The definitely get 10 s from me

Scam artists. Don't bother with their 12 point inspection. They will fabricate things for repair checking "immediate repair required" even for mundane things that certainly do not need immediate repair. As an example, I just got a new furnace and water heater at Gander RV. Yet their inspection said "Immediate Repair Required" for furnace and water heater mainentance. They're brand new and work perfectly!!! Clearly they didn't even look at these things and just check that box every time to price guoge. You could buy a brand new camper and drive it over to camper inn the same day and they would make stuff up on their report checking "immediate repair required". just to scare you into paying for services you don't need. I am certain of it.

After trusting in Campers Inn to inspect my A/C, in June and finally received a quote for repairs in September. It was simply blowing warm. I didn t chose to use them for the repairs simply because it was just too much. I don t condemn them for the price, but my A/C was damaged while in the care of Campers Inn.(see the pics) On top of that, I was charged 50.00 for sanitation fee! I think they are still taking advantage of Covid and meant sanitized but I did agree to the fee, but there is no way any sanitation was done. This was mandatory before the inspection could be done! ( See the pics) Just another way to cheat people out of their hard earned money. I totally regret ever buying a Camper from them! After the purchase, service is at most, horrible!

I was camping at Stone Mountain and needed a part for my RV that the camp store did not have. The parts counter person was very helpful and friendly. I was really excited to have found this place.

What a great place with great people. Working with that team was wonderful, especially Javi. He made us feel like we were family and was able to tend to our needs. Todd was also great and full of energy. Thanks again Javi for all that you ve done to help me surprise my mom.

I have owned RV's in the past but never a new RV. I was hesitant and had concerns going into the buying process. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire buying experience with Nick, Todd, Brandy and the entire staff on the purchase of my new Grand Design 5th wheel. Not only a great experience, but I got a great deal!

Absolutely horrible!! I was a given trade value and certain deals and when i went to a private finance Because they wanted to stick me with a $500 monthly payment they retracted every offer even though i had the offers on previous quotes they even took 3k off my trade value all because i didn't want to finance with rip off inn. They are a rip off central. Their goal is high rate in house financing end of story. If u buy from them save urself a few hundred on a monthly payment and do outside financing. I got a massive better rate and financing they said was not available. Oh yea they also try to get u to pay their junk destination fees for having it shipped even if its sitting in the yard watch yourself at this place.

The entire crew went above and beyond to meet our time schedule. We bought our Grand Designs Solitude literally in the middle of our summer migration.Danny was the best, Todd too.Cannot recommend them highly enough. It's unlikely we will ever pass through Tucker, GA but our experience there was first rate. I gave them a 5 star rating only because I can't give them six stars!

My husband and I have just purchased a new Grand Design fifth wheel from Campers Inn RV of Tucker. Our experience has been more than exceptional. We have followed the General Manager Matthew Blitch for years as we know that we can trust him to lead us to the best camper, service and customer care. He put us with Lucas Stallins, who has given us the same level of care that we re accustomed to with Matthew. Lucas showed us a number of options and we were able to choose the perfect camper for us. We were happy that Randy is sill in the service area and really like Brandy in the Parts and Service department. Todd is an excellent finance officer, not overwhelming, but slowly explaining and answering questions. Chris who gave us our walk through was patient and thorough.Matthew has put together an excellent team. We are thrilled with our experience with Campers Inn RV of Tucker.

Horrible service department. It has been a nightmare dealing with warranty issues and repairs. Takes months to get anything done and trying to get someone to call you back is next to impossible. Just poor poor management by the service department. Very sad situation. The receptionist is very polite but I can only imagine what she has to deal with when all these disgruntled customers call and complain. Unfortunately, we did not read the reviews before taking our camper to this place. Lesson learned .

We are FANS!During our first visit, Dannie showed us many options, shared his own deep knowledge of RV life, and listened carefully to what we needed/wanted. I think he matched us with the ideal camper. (We just got back from a two-week maiden tour with it, and it is indeed the right camper for us!)Then Chris gave us a thorough walk-through, respecting what we already knew and gently teaching us new ropes --- no "man-splaining" here!! We really enjoyed learning about our new rig with him. When on the trip, we encountered some technical difficulty, and called in for advice: Manager Matthew calmed our nerves and assured us that they had our backs, without hesitation.....and let's not leave out Gino, the service manager (I think), who is another great asset to Campers' Inn, as is their financial manager who found us the best loan possible. Is this a long review? Yes it is, but there are a lot of moving parts in making a success of such a big purchase! These guys did us right and we highly recommend them!

We just purchased a fifth wheel from Campers Inn in Tucker. The camper is great, but the really good thing here is the people. Matthew, Todd, Chris, Lucas and Randy have treated us extremely well. They re just good folks with a sincere desire to help their customers. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

We bought a used motor home from Campers Inn in Rucker, Ga. After reading some reviews that were not that positive I was skeptical. We were pleasantly surprised with every step of the deal.Great salesman, Dannie was awesome. New Sales manager Matthew is super to deal with, a real stand up guy. Everyone we met, from sales, parts, admin, and especially the service department were extremely easy to deal with and genuinely concerned with making us happy! The peace of mind package they offered was surprisingly a great deal if buying a used vehicle. (Better inspection than the rv inspection I paid for before) after purchase follow through is outstanding so far! My understanding is the place is under new management with Mathew, and it shows the entire team, top to bottom is dedicated to providing a great service! Happy to do business with them!

The purchasing process at this location was pleasant. However, we have since sold our camper and it has been very difficult getting them to refund us for the maintenance package purchased. I reached out to Todd several times over a matter of a few months and it took forever to get a response. Once he replied, he advised I needed to sign a form to cancel the coverage. I sent the signed form to him over a month ago and have not received the refund or a reply (after following up twice) regarding the status. They pitch the package to you when buying and go on and on about how you can get a refund if you sell/trade, but once that happens they offer zero customer service to help with the process. As with most types of dealerships, they are on top of it while making a sale and then couldn t care less after. I m glad we decided to purchase our 5th wheel from another dealer and will not be returning to this location.

After waiting one year and calling Melissa numerous times about parts ordered for my coach, never once was a return phone call made . I was charged to have my tire pressure monitoring system calibrated and the amplifier mounted which I was charged for only to find it still sitting on the table where it was noted on the service ticket. Alan the service Mgr never called back and I was able to get Randy the mgr of who k is what. He berated me with every excuse in the book and finally said he would call me back. That never happened . YOU WOULD BE WISE NOT TO TAKE OR TRUST CAMPERS INN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES BOTH TIMES I WAS THERE

Amazing service!! Everybody here was so nice and very thorough, we purchased a pre-owned travel trailer and these guys did not mess around! They made sure to give us all the details and a complete tour and instructions to the camper. We definitely walked out of there happy!
