My grandmother left her Subaru here to be repaired and I must say it turned out looking brand new! They even washed it for her!Seriously, I was blown away by how well they had managed to repair her car. They went above and beyond for her. April, the representative we worked with, was so kind to my grandmother and treated her with tremendous respect. I was going to make arrangements to drop off my car today. I called and was told Jasmine would check availability and I was placed on hold. After being on hold for 15 minutes. the phone rang, and then hung up. I called back and was placed on hold... again for an extended period of time. I hung up, called back and was told Jasmine is dealing with a customer from I guess Travis, and would I hold. I thought about it. To be on hold for the same customer meant there was an issue in my mind, and to simply provide a date for me to patronize the business it took over 20 minutes to answer a damn call. That short irritating experience pretty much helped me to decide not to deal with them. And no need to respond with the typical, sorry about the service. It was insightful. Thank you.

My service disappointment occurred when I picked up my car. Unfortunately my car had an error light on and I was instructed to take it to the dealership for diagnostic and repair if needed. This should have been done by Caliber Collision as this light was because of the impact of the collision to my car. I was also disappointed my car was not cleaned after the repair. It was returned to me dusty and dirty from the repair.The repair damage appears to be excellent work. The car does not look like it was ever in an accident. Though I am stuck to find out the internal damage.

Kiry (GM), Gerard (repair specialist), and Jasmine (front desk) were all very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. The whole process from intake to pick up was very quick and timely with daily updates. I highly recommend this location!

I visited the Tucker location earlier this month for a minor repair. Both Jasmine and Chris gave great customer service and took care of my problem quickly. This is the 4th time my family has used Caliber in the past 10 years and every time has been a very pleasant experience with excellent service and workmanship. Will definitely recommend Caliber to others.

Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. My car drives like NEW!Update: My car is still having issues and my back passenger window does not roll down after the entire door was replaced. I called to have these issues addressed after I received my vehicle. I explained that my work schedule was Tuesday -Saturday, and because this is no longer an insurance claim including a rental, I can't afford to just drop my vehicle off with no guarantee that it will be looked at, checked or fixed on the same day. My vehicle was in the shop for 2 months. I honestly feel like I shouldn't have any problems with the vehicle. But by the end of the conversation, I was put on the schedule to bring my car in, but was told not to actually come in until I was contacted. The day of, I called several times and kept getting placed on hold. I know it has been some time now but my window still doesn't roll down and after having my vehicle for two months, it's extremely disappointing.

The tailgate of my 4 Runner was damaged by someone backing into it. Caliber did an excellent job repairing and repainting. They kept me informed throughout the process, returned the car earlier than expected, and were very pleasant to work with. I AM TIRED OF WAITING . THIS PLACE FIXED MY FRONT LEFT HEADLIGHT A FEW MONTHS AGO THEN THE HEADLIGHT WENT OUT NOT TOO LONG AFTER THEY REPAIRED AND WHEN I TRIED TO GO BACK TO THEM TO FIX IT ,THEY BRUSHED ME OFF TO THE SIDE - SINCE THE END OF NOVEMBER OF LAST YEAR . THEY SAID IT WAS Manager CHANGE AND DIDNT INFORM FOR MONTHS AND TO THIS DAY I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO REPAIR THEIR MISTAKE.NO UPDATES OR ANYTHING.

It s not easy to get a car repaired in these post-pandemic times when supply chains are constrained, and parts are hard to find. These folks kept me updated on the progress so that at least I would have realistic expectations. The car came back super clean and beautifully repaired. Even tho there was a issue. It was handled in a timely matter with care and concern. I would give it a five but it took a few ticks. Otherwise they did a very good job.

If I could give this location 10 stars I would! Patrick worked on my car and it looks amazing! Everyone is so friendly. The GM Lee was very nice and helpful. The ladies in the office were so sweet. When dropping my car off Chris gave an estimate of 3 weeks. Called me a week and a day after and said it would be ready in 6 days. Then when the time came, he texted me and said it s looking more like tomorrow . I cancelled an orthodontist appointment just so I could get my vehicle. Then the next day, I didn t go to work just so I could pick up my vehicle. Was texted an hour before I was told to pick it up, that it wouldn t be ready. He should have never given me a date if the car was nowhere near being ready. This has been an inconvenience bringing my car here because if I knew I was going to keep getting pushed back, I would have gotten a rental and wouldn t have cancelled important things. Extremely disappointed because I ve used other Caliber Collision locations and they never once gave me the run around like this.

My experience with this shop was amazing. I got into a car accident 2 months ago and my front lower bumper on my kia soul was completely destroyed. So i finally found this shop. Ms. Amy was always pleasant with me. My car looks brand new and they repaired other damages they found from the accident. I wish I can post before and after pictures of my car. It looks brand new like I never hit dodge ram. I figured out how to post the photos lol

Wonderful staff, Casey was so wonderful called all the time to let me know what stage my repairs were in, besides the text messages, and so great full that it was completed before Christmas wasn t sure it would be, but Casey and her team were miracle workers- thank you all so very much and Happy Holidays, my car after Accident
