Since moving to Georgia a yr ago I am so happy to see there was an auto zone not to far where I live. I have been dealing a very personable person named Jason . Very polite and always smiling and very professional.Thank you for your service when I enter your store.

Walked straight in and had help with my battery right away. Amir was so helpful in answering my questions and replacing the battery in my car. I would definitely recommend Autozone and I'd definitely come back here for help next time!

Our truck died while at a doctors appointment & my husband had to walk to Autozone in Tucker to get a new battery to get us on our way home.Mike was amazing, he helped get us a new battery, jumper cables and even drove my husband back to our truck to give us a jump. What an amazing guy! He has made us loyal AutoZone customers for life.Thank you so very much - Mike - you are the best!

Humble request to everybody not to go auto zone. They are bad in service they only want ur money either u get product or not they don t care. They can check camera of Wednesday 1/24/24 arnd 6pm I went to there store to get ignition coil for my car they said they have it at other location I drove 30 mins from there to other location n they never have it I tried to call them back but the lady at the store was not helpful everybody will have bad experience if they goes at this store pls be carefull.

10 minute walk in and out takes 30-50 min wait because workers aren't trained right and don't know how to ring in deal. Then in the end I get charged extra

I was sold a faulty alternator but it happens when you buy a rebuilt part now my is was I did not want to swap it out after being told that once the part is installed you can't get a refund that makes no sense to me how am I going to know if it works or not if I don't install it so I was I would have to get approval from the store manager who seems to only come in on certain days I don't have time to come back and forth especially if nothing gets done

Been going there for 10+ years. Always great service. I needed a new battery. Called all (3) auto stores on Lawrenceville hwy. They had the battery and could install it same day. Whole process took 15 minutes. Way to go Autozone!

I just want to give a really big shout out to Krystal the Assistant Store manager for this particular autozone She wen out her way to help me on the products that I was looking for but even took the time to educate me on how to replace the battery in my remote and showed me away I could save money Krystal I really appreciate you and your awesome persona

Came in to return a part, the guy asked me what was wrong with it I said my mechanic suggested an OE instead of the auto part brand. He responded with oh I ve never heard of that. Then proceeded to tell me he couldn t give me a refund because the amount is too large and they have already broken down the cash register for the day at. 5:00??? Then said it ll be better for me to go to the original stare since they already have my name in the system doesn t all auto zones have the same system??? I was just confused

Krystal was a great help! She was quick to diagnose a bad battery, grab a new one, install it and have me back on the road in minutes. She s a great asset and provided great customer satisfaction.

Listen! There is a wonderful lady that works at this store location that literally goes above and beyond. Every time I have called the store, if she s the one answering, she actually don t hang up the phone until she resolves the question at hand, she has googled things for me, gave me suggestions and places to look for certain things if she don t have it in her store, she s very friendly and gives great customer service, I can go on and on about this wonderful Queen. At the end of the day, that will forever be my go to store because what she does, you can t find that everywhere. Such a great help and just as sweet as can be. Thanks Ms. Krystal for ALL your help and support . It will not go unnoticed I promise!

Clayton was so helpful and fast! I came in for a battery testing and within two minutes he had my hood popped, doing a full system test. I ended up having to purchase a new battery, but he assured me that the issue was fixed after installing it, giving me the peace of mind I really needed. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Above and Beyond customer service. Needed a new battery and Jesus K took his time to present me with the different options and offered his recommendations. He was calm, patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming during a busy time at the store. He tested my battery and another customers battery under the rain and then replaced mine while it still was raining. He was quick and efficient and am thankful to him. Another employee brought me a chair to seat comfortably with my infant while Jesus replaced my battery. Will keep coming to this location after such a positive experience.

Brandon was so helpful with getting my wireless FM Modulator hooked up in my old car. In the hot sun and not mention my radio knob was broke and had to turn manually lol. I thank you Brandon my summer road trips will be great cause I can listen to music through Bluetooth now...

Michael Thompson was very polite and helpful when I came in with a battery issue. He said I didn t need a new battery and just cleaned the terminals. So thankful for his honesty and expertise.

I don't know anyone's name, but every time I walk in, it's like old friends, greeting you. If they can't answer a question. I've had them call people that would know just to help me..... 100/10 would always and will always come here
