My 2022 GENESIS was involved in an accident and I was worried my 4 wheeled baby would never be the same. A friend had recommended this shop so not wanting to chance the repair with one of those high volume centers I took the leap. The staff at AUTOGLO were super courteous keeping me informed and helped me through the insurance process. When I took delivery of my car at the end of the repair my car was detailed better than the dealer. Thank you AUTOGLO!

Was quoted $1,700 for a job, and I approved them moving forward. They called the next day, and said they had been able to fix the problem for $585. Could have taken advantage of the situation but didn't. Honesty and expertise are what I value most in car care professionals. Autoglo came highly recommend by my trusted mechanic, and now, I see why.

It was unexpected to receive such excellent service. Today that doesn't happen very often. The staff at AutoGlo is responsive, informative and caring. I felt comfortable leaving my beloved Subaru in their capable hands. They delivered a car that looked perfect in every way. Much appreciated.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT! FULL STOP!I recently had bumper damage repaired on my Mercedes Benz GLC 43 AMG and had to bring it back in about a week later because a trim piece was loose. This in and of itself wasn't a big deal - only slightly inconvenient.When my vehicle was brought around after the trim piece repair I was asked to inspect the work. As I was checking the repairs, the "custer service" representative told me that the reason the trim came off is because of previous damage repair, not what Autoglo had performed. This raised a red flag because even if that was the case, why wouldn't the previous repairs been mentioned when I initially picked up the vehicle? It made me feel he was simply refusing to take accountability for the work they perform and instead chose to place the blame elsewhere.I immediately noticed that the rear door now had significant scratches about 3 inches in by 2 inches in the area near where the trim had been repaired. There was also a dime sized ding in the door as well. I asked the "customer service" representative what happened and he said the damage was there before. I stated it absolutely was not and he repeatedly insisted that the damage was already there. He then stated he would go get the photos taken that prove this.Instead of returning with these phantom photos, another representative comes out instead. He introduces himself, mentions the issues and then notices that I am visibly frustrated. Instead of simply saying something along the lines of "I understand that you are frustrated and I will do my best to lessen your frustration from here on," he instead just tells me not to be frustrated. I tell him that it is reasonable for me to be frustrated considering the circumstances and he then states that he "just stepped into the situation so..."He takes my car & I wait outsideinstead of going inside having to face the employee that had already disrespected me more than once. My vehicle is returned to me within 5 minutes and the person who had originally helped me when I brought my car in for the first time came out as well. He apologized, shook my hand, and demonstrated the same high level of professionalism & courtesy he had on my first visit. I asked him if he was going to speak with the employee who kept insisting that the damage was there before and he stated that he already had and apologized again.The driver then exits my car and asks me to inspect it again. This is the same person who instead of empathizing with me chose to insist that I just not be frustrated. When he asked about the work, I stated I'm sure that its fine just wanted to go. He then again made a point to tell me not to be frustrated. At this point I tell him that I didn't appreciate his dismissal of my perspective the first time and I most definitely didn't appreciate "this" again. I made a hand gesture, indicating the exchange we were having and he then used the same hand gesture to flippantly state "well I hope you appreciate 'this," indicating the repairs to the damage the technician caused during the repair...of the previous repair.There were so many failures here that I had to take time to write this review to make sure to inform anyone choosing to do business with the company what they will be in for.To recap:-the repairs required me to return for correction-the fact that I had to return was blamed on previous repair work, not the work that Autoglo performed, in a manner that just seemed to be passing on accountability-my vehicle was damaged during the 2nd visit-again, accountability was denied-I was treated with a level of disrespect from 2 separate employees that was appalling-the amount of time it took to repair the damage done by their tech was less than 5 minutes, so that even if the damage was there previously, which it categorically was not, why not use the opportunity to establish goodwill with a customer that has been inconvenienced by having to return?Autoglo was careless in its work & deeply offensive in its treatment of me. You have been warned

Very good service! I worked with Steven and he was very professional and accommodating. My car was broken into and vandalized, so I was in a bad mood for days until I was finally able to bring my car in to be repaired. The repair took a day and a half but I was behind thrilled to see my car s window looking brand new again. They matched the brand and color of the glass, and they also took out the pieces of old glass that were stuck inside of my car s door. I am very grateful that I decided on getting my vehicle serviced here because they did exactly what I paid them to do. They also threw in a complementary car wash and polished my tires, so I cannot complain.

These folks.... Really, the only thing that needs to be said is "GO HERE". Do not bother with any place else. AutoGlo has seen my car now twice - once to fix the work that another shop conducted on the car, and another time to pretty much completely replace the passenger side of the car after it was taken out by a truck.I'm stupidly picky about this car and Ted and the crew at AutoGlo exceeded all of my expectations. They treated the car as if it was their own and their workmanship really can't be matched. They constantly communicated with me about what was going on, they dealt with Hagerty's without needing any input from me, and they even handled some little touch-ups without any hassle what so ever.I now refer anyone I know that needs bodywork to AutoGlo and they'll have my business for the rest of my days.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Autoglo had my Tesla twice for paint correction. This is what a $250 "paint correction from Autoglo looks like.Hopefully, autoglo doesn't pretend to have no record of me like they've done with other customers. Anyhow, ask Steven or Jonathan who I am. I would like to thank them both for the terrible jobs done on my Tesla. The jobs autoglo did on my Tesla are comical at best. Autoglo ignored my calls to correct the issues until I got Tesla service involved and told them the paint correction from autoglo was wearing off. The autoglo owner agreed with Tesla service that autoglo would correct the paint. I dropped my Tesla off at autoglo. I thought autoglo would actually correct the paint. The vehicle was not worked on. It sat in the same spot until I picked it up the next day. Vehicle logs showed no work was done on the car. When I asked Steven what work was done, he was confrontational. After two opportunities to remedy the problems, I would not recommend Autoglo for paint/detail contracts.

Super professional and awesome work! Superior customer service! My husband and I decided to remove some of the full-vehicle vinyl wrap off my 2008 SUV; and, unfortunately a lot of vinyl adhesive remained. I wanted the wrap to remain on my front and rear bumpers. I needed the adhesive removed on the other parts of my vehicle without damaging the wrap left on the bumpers. I took it to two shops that told me they could not guarantee the chemicals they used to not damage the remaining wrap.At Autoglo, Dave gave me an estimate and walked me through the steps for taking car of my car. He also asked when do I want to drop it off and pick it up. What great customer service to work on my schedule! I was blown away when I picked-up my SUV. Mauro, did a superb job detailing my car. The adhesive was gone and you could rub your hand across the shiny hood and it was so smooth and clean. The wheels glowed and I glowed! Dave went beyond the call of duty and even replaced my Ford emblem on my grill; as the old one looked grungy. The detailing both inside and outside of my car was first rate.Couldn t be happier! Highly recommend this shop and can t say enough about their attention to detail, exemplary customer service, and downright nice folks!

These guys are the best. Seriously. The absolute best! For some reason my car is an accident magnet. People keep running into me, and I keep taking my car to Autoglo because they make it look brand new every time. They are fast, great at communicating, do a fantastic job, and I won't take my car anywhere else. Ted is an extremely personable guy and I can tell he really takes pride in his work and helping customers. Steve is great too, and also super helpful.Best part - these guys are truly HONEST!! This is nearly impossible to find in a body shop these days. Ted literally took money out of his own pocket to pay me back for a part. Simply amazing. Steve and Ted have done great work for me before on my r32 skyline gtr when no other body shop would touch the car. Now they have done a masterful job on my rhd toyota aristo. They put in for the suppliment with the insurance company because of all the added damage that was done to the car that the insurance adjuster could not see. I only use autoglo for body work to any of my cars.

I highly recommend Autoglo. Their work is excellent and fairly priced. They explained everything to me when I came in for an estimate to repair my fender and offered me options depending on cost. This is my only car so they expedited the process by ordering the parts ahead of time. They are friendly and knowledgeable (with insurance questions also).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I will never use this place again. Autoglo submitted several supplemental claims against my USAA company, which exceeded the original cost by over 100%. Moreover, I was never informed there were issues. These were minor dents. USAA should review Autoglo's business practices as I am certain they are taking advantage of USAA's committment to excellent MILITARY customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Always Professional. I don't know why the other poster was not happy. I had my BMW X5 and my Audi A4 done here. Each time blending paint and matching panels (so you can't tell what's painted and what's not). Sometimes they need a little more time but, you can't rush perfection. :)

Getting my car back after an ordeal was so emotional. I couldn't even recognize any of the damage spots. It looks like nothing was ever wrong and I couldn't be happier. The communication with Johnathan and the entire team was on point. Everyone was very understanding in my need of updates clarity and explanations. Handled the rental and updates in the system. Had to drop off my car for a repair after it was backed into. They did a great job repairing and repainting the damage, also had it ready for me way quicker than I was expecting. They detailed my car for me before I picked it up as well and it looks better than it did when I bought the car.
