AMAZING group of men here!!! Every dealership/auto shop charged a arm and a leg for a job they said was simple. And did it in way less time. I just want to give jimmy and Greg a huge thank you. They were able to fix a problem, go above and beyond, and demonstrated patience after two dealerships failed too! The Ford dealership couldn t even fix the issue, but jimmy made sure that they kept in touch and informed me of the steps they took. I am so pleased and relieved. I can finally breathe normally. It only took them one and a half days to fix my car. Thank you guys so much, and I will be returning!

UPDATE: I had to tow my two cars to a different location after they couldn't fix it. They claimed the repairs required to get my cars to start were too complicated. They charged me $210+ for doing nothing. Mind you, it costs money to tow cars. No joke, the fix for one car was new spark plugs and they changed the intake filter plus cleaned up the flooded engine. The other car only required a new battery. This after this guy claimed he tried a new battery! I will be disputing the charges to my credit card by this con artistDoes not know how to get a car to start. Does not tell you costs. Does not keep you informed.Towed two cars that wouldn't start to this shop for $240. I spent some time on the phone with the guy, never gave me an indication of costs or a quote for service.He had the cars for 3 whole days and never called. I finally called him. He had only looked at one car. It would be another 3 days before he could look at the other.4 days later I called again because he wouldn't. He said he couldn't figure out why either car wouldn't start. He said it was the battery in both but batteries are fine and car wouldn't start after he changed it. He said I would have to Tow to the dealership.I was scheduling another $240 tow to a location that can properly diagnose the issue. I reached out to him to let him know that the tow truck would be there. He then informed me that I owe $209.98 for him to unsuccessfully start two cars.So far he's had both cars for 1 whole week. I've spent almost $700 and he hasn't done anything to improve the situation.

I had multiple leaks via my coolant system. They did a pressure test and replaced the recovery tank and hoses. The workers are very nice! They got the job done quickly and my car runs perfectly. Great service!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil changeServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

If I could give this place a sixth star, I would. Tucker Auto Depot has some great people and great service. They did an amazing job fixing up my car and the best part, the service was fast, honest and friendly. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place for Auto service you can trust. I know I will. I flew back to Atlanta to pick up a 1989 Pontiac Firebird that has been my fathers since 1990. The front brakes had locked up and the exhaust needed extensive repair. Greg, Alan, Tom and the rest of the team were open, honest, friendly, and professional. Their estimate was close to spot on, but there were some things that needed extra attention. All of them welcomed us in the shop and let us walk around the car and check out the repairs as they were being done. They were quick to call and check in with us with any snags and informed us of what was happening with the car regularly. We were on a bit of a time crunch and they delivered the car at 5:30 on a Friday knowing how important it was to my father and I to drive it together again before shipping it west. I cannot speak highly enough about this shop and the wonderful owner and staff there. We will certainly bring our other vehicles here and highly recommend anyone else take their vehicles as well. Auto Service Depot has taken care of my vehicle for many years, and kept it on the road longer than I thought it would last. They are always friendly, honest, professional and timely. They do high quality work, and they stand behind it. My trust in the owner (and everyone there) is always rewarded, time and again. I recommend them highly to anyone and everyone.

I have patronized this establishment for several years, always receiving exemplary customer service and HONEST feedback regarding only the NECESSARY repairs required for my car. I feel completely confident that the staff of Auto Service Depot do not engage in questionable sales tactics, charging me a very reasonable price for the requested repairs and nothing more. If no repair appears indicated, then they simply don't charge you - a very refreshing change compared to my interactions with other auto repair shops. At this visit, the mechanics expeditiously removed a nail from my tire, patched the hole, sparing me the cost of a tire replacement, and only charging me $29.95. Thanks to the fine folks at Auto Service Depot for their outstanding customer service!

I am travelling from out of state. Had an oil pressure issue while in Stone Mountain. The gentlemen at Auto Service Depot turned a difficult situation into a great experience. They fixed our car quickly and for less than we expected. They have great customer service. They called several times during the day just to update us on the status. They are all very professional and excellent and what they do. Way exceeded expectations

Went to Auto Service Depot with a temperature control issue on my 09 F150. After discussing issue with Technician and explaining steps I had already taken technician recommended I take my truck to dealership. He told me it wouldn't be right for him to look at it and take my money only to end up at the dealership anyway. I can't tell you how much that meant to me to hear straight honesty. The technician listened, understood my issue, understood I'm living on low income disability, explained to me in detail why it would be more beneficial to take it to a dealership. In today's world it's not easy to find that kind of honesty. Auto Service Depot may not have been able to help me with this issue, but I guarantee, I will be glad to take my truck to them for my next issue. I went to Auto Service Depot, and was pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated. I went in thinking I needed an expensive part, and was told it was fine, and needed something less expensive. The integrity they showed me has kept me coming back. They always give you a price before they start the work which is nice. I would highly recommend them.

Greg gave me a price for tires, when it came time for me to get the tires, that price had gone up and he would not offer the original price. The same day after getting the new tires, started having issues with my car swerving. Took my car back in and was told that there was nothing wrong. Allen is extremely unprofessional and not personable at all. Absolutely take your car somewhere else. Very disappointed and unhappy with the service I received.

I had a flat tire on the way to work, and the depot helped me out tremendously! They could fix my tire and do a couple extra things needed on the car the same day. Great price and service! I definitely recommend going to see Greg and his team.

Great, dependable and knowledgeable! We have used Auto Service Depot for 20 years and are grateful to have a place to service our cars and trucks in Tucker. Greg and his team work hard to get the job done in a timely fasion and for a reasonable price.

I've been taking my cars to Auto Service Depot for almost 25 years and each time I need service of any kind, they make sure the job is done right and affordably. If, for any reason, it's not done right the first time (a VERY rare occurrence indeed), they bend over backwards to make sure it's done to my satisfaction and at no additional cost. Greg and his team obviously know how to keep their customers satisfied. Their method is simple: get it done right and don't over-charge. It's for this reason, they still have customers coming back year after year, just like me. Other automobile service centers could learn a lot from these guys!

I get lots of work done at Auto Service Depot. I am a store manager and I have 15 delivery vehicles. They don't try to jack up the bill with unneeded service work. They have good mechanics and they have a good turn around time. (I can't make deliveries with a truck that is in the shop.) I can't remember the last time we had a come back on a repair. They fix it right the first time. I take my own truck there, too.

Very dependable, knowledgeable and honest staff at Auto Service Depot. I have been to them several times for service after going to a major auto dealership for years. After having several issues with my car AC that the major dealership couldn't seem to fix but kept taking my money, I went to Auto Service Depot. AC was fixed and still working. Auto Service Depot definitely has my business!!

I've been a customer for over 20 years and have always been pleased with their service and pricing. Greg and his staff are honest and take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. I have referred several friends over the years and they have been quite pleased with Greg and his staff as well.

I've not had my car serviced anywhere else for the past 8 or 9 years. My "newest" car has over 160,000 miles on it and the one before is still being driven with 260,000+ miles, I credit the mechanics at ASD for keeping both running long and running well. I don't want to be up-sold with an oil change and that doesn't happen at ASD. If your car needs something they will tell you and you will know if it is an immediate concern or if it can wait. ASD is a Tucker business with employees who live in the community. Shop Local!

Firstly, I call to verify if I need to have an appointment. The man that answered was pleasant and told me to come by in an hour or so. I came by not even 1 hour and a half later and spoke to the man one the phone about how I am a new customer and needed an oil change. He told me that they may not have the parts, to which I replied to let me know and I would come back later. After an HOUR of waiting, I asked if it was going to be much longer. The man told me that the mechanic just got back from the store and should be wrapping up soon. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I specifically asked to let me know if they didn't have the parts and he did no such thing. The most expensive waste of time and oil change of my life. Do not waste your hard earned money to these people.

Other than the fact there location in GA, ( because they beat my Sooners with Baker, this place seemed great. A tad bit pricey, they were extremely helpful in canceling my service because of a long list of bad luck. So move out of Georgia and lower your prices a tad cause when I get back on my feet and over the Sooners defeat, I will be back. ( not Arnold Schwarzenegger style lol I mean business. ).
