I didn't want to leave a bad review, but absolutely nothing went right. I was told to drop off the car on a Monday at 8 a.m. because that was when they had time to look at it. I received no calls for 3 days. At the end of the third day I called and you said you were about to look at my car. On the 4th day you called me and asked what it was I wanted you to look at.. he called me back shortly after and diagnosed my driveline slack to be the throttle body, but that they couldnt get that part. So I sourced the part the next day myself and you installed it over the weekend. I was given a call and told all my problems were fixed. I was billed $320 to swap a throttle body (should be 30min labor). I picked up the car and none of the issues have been resolved. It was still bucking on acceleration. I leave it with them another day, and they say it had nothing to do with the throttle body, but it was a transmission issue and that would cost at least a $1000 to get into and look at. I took the car and left. Went to a run-of-the-mill shop on the corner. It took them 15 minutes to figure out that an entire bushing was missing in an obvious place ( they just literally pointed it out to me on the lift... The right side of the cars suspension had no bushing and the left side did). I don't know how the supposed Corvette center of Atlanta couldn't see a bushing missing entirely, and then misdiagnose it twice, and then tell me the problem was solved, and also not even carry a replacement Corvette part. Not a huge loss at $320 labor plus $150 part, but it certainly would have been a horrible problem had I agreed to let them crack open the transmission, where there was absolutely zero problems. The actual problem was a $10 part in plain sight, and took 1hr labor to swap out.
